Dieses neue Strandhaus liegt am Ende des Sakonnet Point mit Blick auf alle Seiten und einen privaten Strand. Sie sind nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Sie sehen den Sonnenaufgang auf der Veranda und die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge auf der Veranda. Der am besten erreichbare und hundefreundliche Strand in Little Compton ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Haus ist offen und luftig wie auf einem Boot, aber noch besser mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer in einem großen offenen Raum mit herrlichem Blick. Große Veranda zum Kochen, unterhaltsam,
und mit Ihrem Lieblingsgetränk entspannen. Waterfront ist immer aktiv mit Segel- und Fischerbooten, Kajakfahrern, Kiteboardern usw. Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten in Little Compton zu tun, aber das Beste ist, die Aussicht zu genießen. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the water, particularly in the living/dining room and main bedroom, are incredible. The home is a beach house – it is casual and comfortable. You can truly relax there as you look at the water and hear the waves on the rocks. You can see water in all directions and the mansions of Newport are visible in the far distance. The kitchen has everything you need, and we appreciated the small touches throughout the house. We also appreciated the small marina nearby – it was great to see the fishing boats leaving and returning each day. We were there in late April and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We were fortunate with the milder and sunny weather on most days. Lloyd’s beach is terrific and easily walkable. Our dog really enjoyed being there too. We were glad we stayed there for our first vacation on the Rhode Island coast.

Thank you for the great review. It was a nice break after the worse blizzard of the century - hurricane II winds and luckly The house survived almost all intact .

Another wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location of this home, we absolutely love it. Having the ocean steps outside the back of the house and our own beach is priceless. My fiancé spends hours picking up sea glass on the private beach, and I enjoy a fire on the beach each year. We look forward to next year’s visit!

Sisters Weekend away!

The fantastic setting of this house and the gorgeous views were absolutely the highlight of our weekend away visiting Newport. At first we thought the drive over to Newport would be a drag but it turned out the be a huge benefit. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Little Compton and getting the real feel of small town New England. The house is small but very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Our host was very accommodating and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful beach house

This home was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet off season beach retreat. The ocean views, sunsets and access to so many spectacular beaches was perfect. The house had many kayaks, bikes and games for use, kitchen was fully functional and stocked with all the things needed to cook for the family. The homeowner checked in with us regularly and we had a great time speaking with him and hearing the history of the area. Will definitely go back!

Rhode Island beach house

We loved our stay in this beach house. The location is spectacular. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time playing on the rocky pocket beach. They climbed, collected rocks and played in the sand. During bad weather we enjoyed a fire in the fireplace.The General Store in Little Compton had a well selected stock of food, and the restaurant next door was good.

Gorgeous

The location and beaches were stunning, both for sunsets and sunrises. The house was comfortable and cheerful and we enjoyed being there. Owner was extremely accommodating and helped us arrange a golf outing and provided wood for a cozy fire on the rainy day. Our dog had a great time too!

Great views

Overall we were happy with our stay. The location is beautiful with a stunning view, incredible sunsets and sunrises! The house could use some repairs and new furniture. For the cost we would at least expect kitchen appliances to work better and furniture that is comfortable.

A true beachfront gem

Phil’s place had everything our family needed. The beach front and lloyds beach where the highlight of our stay. You will not run out of things to do since it is located an hour away from cape cod for those interested on visiting Martha's vineyard or even providence!

Beautiful location!

The house was just perfect for us and exactly as described. Big bright windows with fantastic views made it feel very open and airy and it was so serene and relaxing being by the ocean that we didn't venture outside of the immediate area. The beds were comfortable and clean and the house had everything we needed. We didn't see the bikes, but also didn't look very hard, lol. Lloyds beach was great for the dogs and there's a nice loop around the marina right next to the house.
