Willkommen in 23 Beach Club Villas!

Dieses wunderschöne Stadthaus am Meer befindet sich in der Wohnanlage Wild Dunes in einer unserer gefragtesten Villengemeinden.  Es verfügt über drei geräumige Schlafzimmer, Holzböden, renovierte Küche und Bäder, Zugang zum Pool und einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer.  Treten Sie rechts von der charmanten Veranda und laufen Sie zum Strand!

Im ersten Stock der Villa befinden sich offene Wohn- und Essbereiche.  Die modernisierte Küche verfügt über eine weitläufige zentrale Insel mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und modernen Edelstahlgeräten.  Am hohen Esstisch finden 8 Personen Platz.  Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie viel Platz, um sich zu entspannen oder Zeit mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen.  Das wohl beliebteste Merkmal der Villa, die direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich ist, ist die abgeschirmte Veranda, die einen unglaublichen Meerblick bietet.  Genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit auf der Veranda am Glastisch mit 5 Plätzen oder spazieren Sie die hintere Treppe hinunter und gelangen Sie direkt zum Zugangspfad zum Strand oder zum Gemeinschaftspool.  Das erste von drei Schlafzimmern befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Hauptebene.  Es verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten, einen TV und ein halbprivates Badezimmer.

Über die Treppe in die zweite Etage finden Sie die restlichen zwei Schlafzimmer.  Das großzügige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett, einen TV, ein eigenes Bad und eine große private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik.  Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist ideal für Kinder und verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten, einen TV und ein eigenes Bad.  Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind auf dieser Ebene ebenfalls bequem zu tragen.

Loved the location of this unit, beautiful ocean views! The condo does need some updating, flooring in several areas is uneven and the beds downstair and in the bunk bed room could use new mattresses. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Cannot say enough about this condo! It's so clean and well furnished!! Perfect size, ocean front, pool and beach are just steps away...perfect for a family gathering! Wild Dunes is perfect.....great bike riding and walking for everyone. Tennis, golf and great restaurants within ealking distance---everything is so convenient! We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful vacation in Wild Dunes. The property was located in an excellent location. It was oceanfront, close to the pool and beach. The rental was clean and spacious. The only suggestion that I would have is to replace the master bed as it was uncomfortable.

Amazing Place!! Beach and Pool Right There!!

This is a great beach place. Enough room for the entire family to relax and recharge. It was immaculate better than the pictures. You have a pool and the beach right there, so you can go back and forth as much as you want. Tons of room great bedroom layouts for a family or group. Two awesome decks on back overlooking pool and ocean - one is screened in and the top one is open. Looking forward to next trip back!!

Great time at IOP

My family and I had never been to Isle of Palms before this trip. We selected both the location and property on a whim. We could not have been luckier in our selection of both. The Isle of Palms is an amazing location with great restaurants and activities for a family. The pristine beaches and island were great to relax on. The property and the entire Wild Dunes resort were amazing. The property was perfect for a family with easy access to the pool and beach. We had views of both the pool and beach from both the screened porch and 2nd floor balcony. Highly recommend this location, we will be back!

Great Property Location

Loved the location and ease of access to the pool or beach just beyond the pool! Check in being so late (after 4pm) is rough for a vacation and the mattress we slept on was well worn so it sank in the middle. Overall those were the only (very minor) items that were less than five stars. Compared to the amazing location and spacious area in this unit they are easily outweighed by the positives. We would absolutely stay here again!

Classic Family Beach Trip

Highlights: - Location, location, location! Wild Dunes is as beautiful as it has always been and this beachfront condo was great for our family beach trip with 5 adults. - Bedding arrangements were perfect for our needs (adult children bringing friends) - Sweetgrass Properties communication and responsiveness were fantastic. Opportunities: - The condo furnishings and decor show some age and wear but are certainly still functional. - At this price point (albeit a premium for July 4th week), I expected nicer / matching dishes, flatware, pots/pans, and kitchen tools. - Would be great to have some beach chairs and toys available for guests.

The condo's location is fantastic and the view from the porches is lovely. The building is older and the interiors are dated and need refreshing. The downstairs is a bit dark and some additional lamps would be helpful. I wish the company had explained the pool was closed (rather than rely on the blanket disclaimer about COVID). While we were there a cement truck and crew worked for two days on cleaning and resurfacing the pool. It was so loud we could not enjoy the porches and had to close the doors. If you stay more than a couple of days, you will need to provide all your own cleaning supplies, etc. as they provide very little.

Excellent Location, Unit Needs Updating

The location of this property is ideal. Within eye shot and ear shot of the pool (great to keep an eye on kids). Beautiful views of the beach. Easy, quick access to the beach. The condo itself honestly fell short of my family's expectations. The fridge / freezer does not work properly. We were told to give it 48 hours to "cool down." It took more like 72 hours, and it still wasn't cold enough. We constantly had to sniff food before eating to make sure it hadn't gone bad (and a lot did go bad). The owners need to buy a new fridge. The dishwater pools water in the bottom of the machine. The aspect ratio on all the bedroom TVs is off, so the picture doesn't fit the screen, making it frustrating to watch. There is a weird two-way mirror between the master bathroom and the bedroom (like the kind you see in police interviews), which made no sense and seemed like a cheap fix to a hole in the wall. Overall, the condo needs fresh paint and some sprucing up. It feels a little tired and looks a little dirty. We've stayed in Wild Dunes properties for about 10 years now, and while the location for this property was lovely, the property itself needs some attention.

Amazing quick get away!

Great location with an awesome view of the beach. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Our kids loved how close the pool was and the beach. We will visit again!

Delightful property

Perfectly located for the pool and beach: clean, spacious properly. Would recommend a mattress refresh of the double bedroom as they were sinking a touch in the middle but not a deal breaker

Perfect spot

The condo was perfect since we had the 4 and 7 year old grandkids! They could go outside from the screen porch and head for the pool or beach. We loved not having to get into an elevator to go have fun. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, utensils. We didn't have to run the dishwasher after each meal! Great to have full size washer and dryer rather than a stacked version. Grandkids loved playing on the top bunk. The area is nice and quiet, and since there aren't high rise condos on Isle of Palms the beach was never crowded. I'd recommend IOP and Beach Club Villas to anyone visiting Charleston. It's a good base to head into the city

Place needs updating

Cons: Furnishing, appliances, kitchen tools and mattresses/bedding very old. Glad to be back home in my own bed. High price for unit. Pros: Great location to beach and pool. Like the wild dunes area.
