Absolutely loved this condo! It has everything including amazing Gulf views! The indoor pools and hot tubs were a bit dirty but the outdoor ones were great- loved the upper deck pools, lazy river and large chess and bags area. We loved it so much we wanted to add time to our stay but it was already booked after us. Would absolutely recommend and come back and stay again!

Very enjoyable stay! Room was clean and view was great! Site is very hard to navigate and they need better signs and maps around the property. Can be intimidating for first time guests. Host did not respond to my messages on the app but we figured things out on our own. We usually like being more on the beach but the property offered plenty to entertain the family!!

The room had a left over pacifier in it under the TV, multiple things broken including the fridge which we fixed on our own luckily before our groceries ruined. The fridge and freezer also reeked like fish. Master bed was broken and falling in the back. Showers were filthy with mildew. The room was supposedly not supposed to have pets; but the couch REEKED of dirty dog and made our clothes stink. One of the showers kept backing up because the pipes were clogged. TV in the master bedroom wasn’t usable cause it kept cutting out. I messaged the about our concerned and only heard back once about the fridge when we told them it was broken but we fixed it after opening up the fridge to work on it.Will never rent from them again.Honestly want a little money back for the lack of cleanliness, but highly doubt we would get anything.

I’m very sorry your stay included so many issues — the leftover pacifier, fridge problems and odor, broken master bed, filthy showers, pet odor on the couch, clogged drain, and unreliable TV are unacceptable. I’ve escalated everything to our operations and guest services teams to investigate and address immediately: - Deep-clean and sanitize the unit and remove any remaining personal items. - Inspect, repair or replace the fridge/freezer and perform a thorough odor removal. - Repair or replace the master bed and inspect all other furniture for safety. - Inspect and remediate shower mildew and perform plumbing work to clear the clogged drain. - Treat for pet odors and review enforcement of the no-pets policy with cleaning staff. - Diagnose and repair the master bedroom TV and any electronics connectivity issues. - Review our guest communications and response time; we’ll take corrective action if our team’s handling fell short. We’ll also review your stay for appropriate compensation after we complete the investigation. Please share any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. Again, I’m very sorry for how this impacted your stay and appreciate the feedback.

Always a great stay at Caribe

We stay at Caribe every year when I am here for conferences. This condo is beautiful and well appointed. Beautiful view of the beach. This is the first time I have stayed here where I actually had to drive to a different location to check in. Seemed very old school and caused us to have to back track. I will be sure, from now on, to make sure we can check in on site. I don’t recall seeing in the property description that check in was not on site.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location was great and central to everything from the pools and restaurants to the beach and tourist attractions! We absolutely loved and hope to return next year.

The property was clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony had nice patio furniture for morning sunrises and sunsets. We love the Caribe because the condos are nice and spacious and plenty to do onsite. We loved being by the elevator and the parking spot was near the door (my husband was very pleased with this). The king bed was a bit firm but we figured it was a newer mattress. The water pressure was amazing in the kitchen and bathrooms! The only draw back my husband found was the the elevator from the pool deck to the inside pool/ parking garage, we think the tags were switched because the door kept opening to the garage when we wanted to be at the indoor pool. LOL We would book this property again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the amenities at this condo, the restrooms by the pool could be monitored a bit more for cleaning, and better signage/directions for the pools/lazy river. But our unit was the cleanest condo I've ever stayed in.
