It was more than expected!!! We would all come back! Very clean and only minimal for the cab ride to downtown! The property owner was more than accommodating for check in.

Do not stay here

We did not even stay one night! This is not a kept property. Overgrown “lawn and patio” and a crashed car in the car port.

Great overall

We stayed from a Thursday to Sunday and had 12 people. We had a lot of rain and were forced to stay inside and not utilize the backyard which seemed very nice. All the sleeping areas are upstairs and the common area is downstairs, with all 12 of us downstairs because there was still plenty of area for us to move around and enjoy ourselves despite the weather. We will definitely use this again next time we travel to Nashville with a large group.

Weekend Trip

Overall my friends and family were satisfied with our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive and there was plenty of off-street parking. The route we initially took into the neighborhood had us concerned about safety, but inside the neighborhood was very quiet and we had no issues. Entering/exiting through the other side of the neighborhood brought no concerns at all. A big selling point for us was the backyard described in the listing; the backyard was very quaint and set up with lights and chairs but they had not mowed before we arrived so the grass was a little higher than we preferred to be walking around in but was manageable.

Birthday Getaway

House was like it was described on VRBO. Neighborhood looks like it is on its way to being renovated. It was quiet and had no issues. Short drive to everything! All bedrooms/beds are in top floor and kitchen/living space was downstairs (basement), which was interesting because the front door opened into beds. I gave 4 Stars , water heater had several old towels layering around it on the floor in the laundry room as well as downstairs bathroom floor , beside the vanity needs TLC., I had to contact the host several times,for information. It was a day of arrival and was told I would’ve texted the access code that access that morning, and I did not receive it until two hours prior to arrival. Also, I also had to ask Wifi password and was not given that to several hours later. If the host would have a better layout of check-in process for future guests and update in timely manner, then this would have been a better review. Overall, it was good, spacious, and had a washer and dryer . Would stay again!

Sorry, we don't send a code, if the room is still been cleaned. It is not clear what you are saying about downstairs bathroom, it is clean and there is always clean towels. Property was fine. I felt it was more for a party than a family. Plenty of beds and bedding had 2 1/2 baths which is not in the listing. I could tell there have been plenty of parties there. The main living area is on the bottom floor and all beds are on the main upper floor. It rained the whole time we were there so we weren't able to use the backyard much.

Awesome Getaway During Covid

Talbots Corner gave us some great relaxation during this stressful season. Plenty of backyard space for me and my girlfriends. We loved the lower level of this home as well. We will visit again..

Dad’s 60th birthday

We had a great time with a full house! We were able to get to so many local attractions easily and quickly during our stay. The house was perfect to cook, eat together, play games, and enjoy the outside space in the morning and evening. We celebrated our dad turning 60, and enjoyed having a bed for everyone and plenty of bathrooms to share. Thanks for letting us stay! We’d come back again!

This house was the perfect size for the party of 9 we had this weekend. Plenty of beds, and room to get ready. The house was so cute, clean, and up to date! The only complaint we had was that there wasn’t a full body length mirror for when we were getting ready (group of 9 women I may add haha). 15 minute drive to broadway and we were able to get an Uber at anytime! Thank you!

We had an awesome time at this house!

I really enjoyed this poverty! We loved spending most of our time down stairs in the living area. I have to say it was really nice to share things with other guests as we flew we couldn’t take stuff back with us so it was nice to pass on food and laundry supplies as we were given from the past guests!

Nice stay for seven people

Nice place, convenient location, plenty of bathrooms. The ONLY issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper but that was a quick and easy trip to the store.

Loved it!

This house has plenty of room for hosting, relaxing and enjoying. The way it is set up is perfect for weekends like ours. The living room, kitchen, dining was downstairs and all the sleeping was upstairs -- so we were still able to mingle without bothering people who were asleep. There was plenty of room to cook, watch tv and hang out. We were pretty close to downtown, The Opry, and plenty of other fun to-dos. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
