We regret you had these issues. There is always soap available and ample soap available in the housekeeping closet. Had we known they had not put out enough to start, we would have sent them back to put out more. The AC works fine, per the HVAC person that came out. Unfortunately in a guests attempt to adjust something, a switch was flipped that did not need to be. Thank you for acknowledging sufficient dishes and silverware, and we have added even more baking and serving dishes for your renting pleasure. The PAC-Man game worked just fine when we checked and the multi game arcade system works as well when we troubleshot it. Thanks again for your stay and feedback so we continuously improve.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re very sorry the home wasn’t prepared to the standard you expected upon arrival. We have already shared your comments with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen in the future. We also appreciate your notes about linens and upkeep, and we’ll be making updates accordingly. As for the layout, you’re right that the floorplan is a little unique — the master suite opening to the kitchen and the bedrooms being accessed through the game room. While unconventional, many of our guests find this part of the home’s charm, especially for groups who want to be together in shared spaces while still having private areas to retreat to. We’ll look at how we can better highlight this in the listing so future guests know exactly what to expect. We’re grateful for your insights, as they help us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again when you’re back at the lake!

Hi Patrick, We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your review. We have stainless steel GE appliances and we apologize that the freezer malfunctioned. We got someone out there as quickly as possible. We apologize again for the inconvenience. The freezer has since been repaired and is backing in working order. Regarding the stains on the sheets, it appears that it was laundry detergent from housekeeping having too many sheets in the washer. We have fixed this issue by having a discussion with our cleaning crew and purchasing new sheets.
