Dieses 1862 erbaute Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern liegt im aufstrebenden östlichen Ende der Broughton Street und ist mit Gusseisendetails und blau lackierten Schindeln ausgestattet. Im Inneren befindet sich eine wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel machen sollen.

Die erste Etage verfügt über ein umgebautes Wohnzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein angrenzendes Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Queen-Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Diese Gäste können das nahe gelegene halbe Bad nutzen, um sich fertig zu machen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit benötigen, befindet sich gleich um die Ecke und bietet ausreichend Stauraum für längere Aufenthalte. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich ebenfalls im Haus - ideal für junge Familien!

Im Obergeschoss finden Sie zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Vollbädern. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Queen ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eigene Kommoden, Flachbildfernseher und eigene Bäder.

Parken Sie Ihr Auto auf dem privaten Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und erkunden Sie Savannah zu Fuß für den Rest Ihres Aufenthaltes. Blue on Broughton liegt am östlichen Ende der Broughton Street: Savannahs "Hauptstraße", verstreut mit einigen der besten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants der Stadt. Die Gäste werden aufgefordert, bei den lokalen Favoriten vorbeizuschauen: Capital Bee Co., Hygge Savannah, East End Provisions und Leopold's Ice Cream.

We enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. Location was great. We had one issue, was able to get ahold of someone right away and they instructed us what to do! The private parking although tight was a huge bonus especially in Savannah. Definitely would stay there again.

Close to the river to take daily walks and being on Broughton let us enjoy the unique shops and restaurants. The Pirate House was a block away and had great food and service, we had our first fried green tomatoes there, fantastic. Private parking was an attraction to the place, very tight though, be prepared to use your cameras to avoid the posts. Great for four people. The adult comedy trolley tour is a must. Overall, every single person that we encountered, local or visitor, was enjoyable to talk with and share a story.

This was our first trip to Savannah (a friend's wedding). We were all thoroughly impressed with the town, the location, the house, the food, everything. I never thought I would have liked it so much. My only critique - better yet, a suggestion, is to have darker curtains in the bedrooms. For people traveling from the West Coast, the time change is a little rough. We all felt that we would have slept better if there were blackout curtains in the room.

Beautiful Home to Stay in Savannah

I travelled with a group of 5. The home was perfect for us, with parking (warning the drive in/out of the back parking area is pretty tight, we had a 4 door jeep wrangler for size comparison), and just enough space we didn't feel on top of each other. Location was super convenient and we could walk most places. I would definitely recommend staying here

Savannah Stay

They area was wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance. We found a wonderful Italian restaurant 800 feet away also the cafe down the street 400 feet from the house was wonderful. Parking is tight. We found it better to back in (need to watch out for the black poles) I would recommend management doing few upgrades kitchen and bathroom out dated. The vanities are from the 80's with only be 30 inch high instead of todays standard of kitchen height- also kitchen needs updated countertops are tiled(so outdated) and cabinets need fixing. However everything was overall fine. Could be a real cute getting way with a few updates

The house itself is great. Good location and solid furniture. I would highly recommend the owner hire a different rental agency. They were annoying to work with, demanding photo ID and credit card copies, poor checkin instructions, and poor property management. On that note, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the front door lock didnt work (probably a dead battery), and a worker showed up to pressure wash windows with no warning or heads up. And if you reach out, they are happy to give you a canned response or lackluster apology.The owner should really look to treat this like a vacation rental, where it currently feels more like a low end hotel. It is completely bare bones. No coffee, cream or sugar (even motel 8 has these!). About 12 total pieces of dinnerware, 4 bowls, a few plates. I have stayed at campsites better stocked.No games, puzzles, cards, reading material or other entertainment I've come to expect at a vacation rental over the last decade.Would not recommend at this time.

Great location

The house was a great spot for a girls trip. Appreciated having one of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The location was convenient to so many things. Savannah is a town that you will do a lot of walking…this was a central location, so it was nice to be nearby and able to walk practically anywhere. The parking in the back is very tight…like many have mentioned. We had two vehicles (two larger suvs) and we made it work. Will be back…more to see and do.

Very nice home and very comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that you should bring a sleep mask if you need a dark room to sleep in. The flood lights pour through every window in the house and the venetian blinds are just not significant enough for nlock.it out.

Our stay at the blue house

The blue house is beautifully decorated and having 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for filled our ladies of 4 perfectly. I did discover as I was packing my toiletries under the lavatory in the master suite, there was a water leak under the sink. It would have been nice if we had a chair in the bedroom, to sit and put shoes on. There was traffic noise, but that is to be expected on a main thoroughfare. There could have been a shelve or chest in the bathrooms to give more space for toiletries. Overall, we had an excellent time in Savannah and thank you.

Not what we thought

My family hoped to have a great space in the right location for our trip to Savannah. We were expecting the home to match the description and images from the listing. When we arrived, it felt that this wasn't the same place we had rented online. It had been painted stark white and "redecorated" for the worse- wasn't inviting or relaxing. The home is old- what we wanted and expected. It was everything else that is extremely run-down. The appliances in the kitchen are really old and not what you'd expect after paying a pretty good price. The chairs in the living room had brown wear on the arms and legs from long-term use. The bathrooms are noticeably absent from the listing, and for good reason. Those spaces are "clean" but hardly feel like it due to their age and neglect. Surely this rental company could invest some money into a little updating and refining of this high-potential home. The location was great-quiet and close to a lot. You could only enter/exit through the back door because the front door lock didn't work. On our last day, we came back from a trip to several people standing in the private drive. They were apparently staying on the property next door. They were using the garage directly behind our home, and kept moving throughout the drive. We were extremely confused, as we were not made aware of the garage being used by the neighboring home. We asked for more towels, to which they responded quickly. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was extremely good only used a car one day to Tybee Island. It with that came noise and bright lights through the windows all night. Blackouts would be helpful. But you half to make a choice. I would still choose the confident location. We bought sleep masks which helped a lot and wore ear plugs. Not the kind of place so would expect so much noise. But we made due and loved it. The parking area is extremely tight, once in only finally care can get in and out. Very tight getting down drive without compact car. But we managed it.
