Besuchen Sie unser neu renoviertes Strandhaus! Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den schönen weißen Sandstränden von Captiva. Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse oder spazieren Sie zum weltbekannten Bubble Room Family Restaurant oder zum Mucky Duck Restaurant.

Dies ist Captiva, Sie können also nach Hause fahren.

Das Haus wurde vor kurzem mit Hartholzböden und Fliesen im gesamten Haupthaus renoviert.

Das Haus besteht aus drei Ebenen. Auf der obersten Ebene befinden sich zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, beide mit Kingsize-Betten und neu renovierten Badezimmern. Von den vielen Fenstern und Veranden dieser Ebene genießen Sie einen tropischen Blick. Einer der Meister verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Der andere Master verfügt über ein Tagesbett mit einem Rollbett für zusätzliche Schlafplätze sowie ein Kingsize-Himmelbett.

Die zweite Ebene ist der Hauptwohnraum, der eine neu renovierte Küche (neue Spüle und Quarzarbeitsplatte), ein formelles Esszimmer und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten für 20 Gäste umfasst, um gleichzeitig mit einem formellen Esstisch für 10 Personen und einem Küchentisch für 10 Personen zu speisen 6 und Stangenbestuhlung für 4 Personen. Diese Etage umfasst auch einen brandneuen 75-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und neue Wohnzimmermöbel. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf dieser Etage und eines verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das andere verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett. Diese Ebene verfügt auch über Decks und Wohnmöbel im Freien, einschließlich Tisch- und Stuhlsets. Ein weiteres Badezimmer auf dieser Ebene ist zum Wohnzimmer zugänglich. Der Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich ebenfalls in dieser Etage.

Ein Teil der unteren Ebene verfügt über einen Schlafsaal, der vom zweiten Stock aus über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Dieser untere Bereich hat ein eigenes separates Bad mit Dusche. Es hat auch zwei Etagenbetten mit einem Twin oben und einem Full Size Bett unten. Es gibt auch eine ausziehbare Couch, einen Spieltisch mit Stühlen, einen Schreibraum mit Tastatur und einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Dies ist ein großartiger Bereich für Kinder / Jugendliche zum Entspannen und Genießen von Freunden und Familie nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag am Strand.

Das gesamte Haus verfügt über neue Böden mit gefliesten Badezimmern und Holzfußböden im restlichen Haupthaus. Alle Badezimmer wurden mit Travertinfliesen und neuen Armaturen, neuen Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Behälterbecken sowie stilvollen gebürsteten Nickel-Armaturen aktualisiert.

Folgen Sie dem schönen Pfad durch den tropischen Garten vor dem Haus rechts und hinunter zum Strand. Strandtücher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Kühler stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, um den Strand zu genießen. Der Strand ist einen kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Laika Lane.

Der Hinterhof ist privat mit Laub und grenzt an das Gut Rauschenberg. Verfügt über einen neuen Pool und ein Spa in einem Bildschirmgehäuse.

Perfect for our family

Heaven near the beach

A beautiful, very large house near the beach. The pool and jacuzzi came in handy on rainy days. One caution is there is a lot of construction work going on all over the island due Milton and Ian so it can be noisy at times. - we will definitely be back next year

Wonderful gals weekend

Our group was a bunch of old college friends, and we had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home. Lots of areas to hang out and chat, both indoors and outdoors. Lovely decor on all floors. We really loved going to the tippy top of the house to watch sunset. Proximity to the beach, as well as ample beach chairs and umbrellas made our trips there so lovely. We can't wait to return! Brian and Anita are wonderful hosts, as well.

Steps away from sunset…

This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back.

So many beach toys!

The location can't be beat and we had a great time on the beach looking for shells and waiting for the sea turtles to hatch. The house was very clean and its easy to see they have done a lot of upgrades. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals there. Plenty of room for everyone and we had 18 people.

This house for is perfect for multiple couples or families. It's a lovely beach home located on a quiet street with four true bedrooms and a bunk room/living space on the ground floor. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. The ground level space was adequate but not as nice as the upper levels. Small pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Large kitchen and options for inside or outside dining. Owner was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and hope to return!

Outstanding Family Get-Away

Ideally located for a short stroll to the beach the Tidewater Property offers almost everything you could want. The house is well maintained amply stocked with appliances, china, silverware, glassware, etc. for the whole family gathering. Our family of fourteen, 13 adults and one teen, had a great time. During the day at the beach until sunset and board games, relaxing, chatting and catching up in the evenings. Our granddaughter and her fiancée chose to get married on the beach telling the family just about six weeks prior to our stay. Excellent accommodations for all ( the newly weds departed in the early evening for a Keys honeymoon) . Beach items, e.g., chairs, wagon, boogie boards and much more all available at the property. Owner responded promptly when asked about about a house item. Hated to leave this wonderful haven and there's so much more we could say about this outstanding property.

Nice but inconsistent stay

Were different aspects rated individually, we would assign '10' to the owner. He was impressively responsive and kind. Lovely to deal with. Common areas (LR, two DR, kitchen) were perfect. Another '10.' Everything was perfect and in lovely condition. Bedrooms and baths = 8. They are tired. Not all windows worked, trim shows wear/poor spackling, etc. Sliding doors on all levels need solid cleaning of trim. Lowest level of house = 6/7. Stairway to basement needs TLC. Pool is small but functional. We appreciated its screened-in nature. But pool deck stones are not all level or stationary, wood pillars of screen show notable erosion, sand on pool bottom (there when we arrived), hot tub didn't work. Outside couches/bed are stained and tired. We respected owners' request for AC temperature limit but never felt rooms sufficiently cooled to create fully comfortable sleep environment. Recommend black out or darker shades to enhance cooling; indicating if wine is gift for guests; editing/organizing kitchen contents; provision of garbage bags.

Fiftieth Anniversary Family Gathering

We absolutely loved our stay at Tidewater. With 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms each family had their own bedroom and bathroom with ample room and space. From the moment we entered the home we were all extremely surprised by how spacious the living room, dining room and kitchen were. A huge surprise was the ground level area surrounding the pool that is not shown in photos- a table for 6, an outdoor kitchen with 4 barstools, small refrigerator, and a grill, a daybed, and another seating area. This space plus the pool and spa are all screened in. The pool area is fenced off with a safety gate and in the afternoon this area was partially in the shade which was nice after being out in the sun earlier in the day on the beach. Outside the screened area is a sandy beach area with a corn hole game, and more seating. The garage has a refrigerator, several beach carts, beach umbrellas, and more beach chairs than you would ever need. There was room for a car in one side of the garage, but we used this space for several baby strollers. The driveway held our 5 SUVs and a golf cart. There is an ample supply of bath towels, and beach towels in the linen closets. The home is so well supplied that you only need to bring your suitcases and groceries. Everything and anything else you can imagine is most likely at the house. Best of all, Brian, our host, was very responsive before and during our stay. The landscape was changed due to Ian, but it did not detract from the natural beauty of Captiva.

Beyond fabulous

We had a magnificent time at this gorgeous 3 story home From the movement you drive up to this gorgeous home your transported to island vibes - we came in through the garage and immediately found a full refrigerator , beach chairs, and a ping pong table - anyone whose had a vacation near the beach knows how necessary a back up refrigerator is with al your beach drinks - then a fabulous ping pong table that literally entertained our teens every night for hours !! - the bunk room was amazing - it had a board games and a tv , futon sitting area where our kids set up their consoles - it has a huge bathroom that very conveniently led back outside - an outdoor shower right outside that door was so instrumental for rinsing off chairs , and feet before coming into the house - the pool and hot tub where screened in which was magical since it allowed us to be in the pool even during dusk (without mosquitoes) then you go upstairs to a gorgeous main living room , it had so many places to sit , and so many places to eat as well - definitely an entertainers dream - the kitchen was fully equipped and even had spices, oil, etc for basic cooking , the main level also boasts of two bedrooms and two full baths - this is where I stayed with my sons , then the upstairs master bedrooms , first , they were huge !!!!! The main master had an enournous bathroom and tub - the second master had a lovely balcony and staircase to a rooftop lounge which my girlfriends and I enjoyed nightly - now if all of that isn’t enough the location of this home is absolutely perfect - It was less than a minutes walk to the the beach - we set up all of our beach chairs on Monday and left them there all week until we had to leave - the beach was fabulous , the sabd perfect and the location couldn’t be better - it was also one steer down from the town market , stores, restaurants like the bubble room and mucky duck - I’ve been coming to Captiva / Sanibel for 10 years now and I can say this was the greatest stay weved had thanks to this home - it will definitely be our go to vacay location from now on !! 💕💕and the best part are the hosts! They were communicative and very attentive !!!! 5 ⭐️

We live and work in Fort Myers, so we are very familiar with all Sanibel and Captiva have to offer. We love to travel. Our owner photo is some of our family in California Summer 2018.

This home is situated on the sought after Laika Lane. It is a short walk to the beach on one end and a spa, restaurants and shops on the other end. We supply the beach chairs, towels and beach trailer to hold everything.

The sunset and ocean views above the treetops from the roof deck are wonderful. Enjoy a cocktail and relaxation while you watch the sun melt into the horizon.

This beautiful and newly renovated home is spacious for family reunions with enough space to sleep 19 guests in beds and 2 in pack-n-play cribs. Meals can be prepared taking advantage of the open floor plan enabling the 'chefs' to continue to enjoy family while cooking. After a tough day at the beach, relax in front of the giant 75 inch television in the living room and tv's in every bedroom.

We also have a EV charger in the garage and have a new water softener system that was just installed.
