Good location and views

Nice 2 bedroom 2nd floor condo. Beautiful views and sunsets. Lots of wildlife to watch.Close to restaurants and some shopping.

Awesome view

We gave 3 stars due to the following:The porch slider door was held together with a pool noodle and duct tape and was not able to lock slider (huge safety issue), A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and took 5 days to repair/replace; we were given several door codes and u-tube videos on how to work the door lock and after about a week the door lock was replaced. The furniture is very worn and tired looking, the bed is not comfortable. The best thing about the unit is the spectacular view and the walkability to restaurants.

Good location but property needs upkeep.

Pros: walking distance of shops and food , great location , great beach , good pool facility. Cons: maintenance problems with unit , lack of general upkeep. Property management made good faith effort to fix issues . Main issue was the sliding door to the balcony was damaged from the previous renter and had to be sealed up . The balcony is a main feature of why we rented this unit Based on my experience , probably would not recommend this unit

NICE CONDO

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice. Was perfect, ocean, pool and hot tub were great. Loved being close to good restaurants. The location was perfect. Would just say could use a chair in master bedroom. Also the towels need replacing, they are like drying with sandpaper.

Nice location, plenty big enough

2 bedroom condo was nice. Beautiful view from balcony, awesome sunsets. Just across street several nice resturants, shopping and some things to do. Great area. Would stay again.

Great beach terrible room

Loved the beautiful white sandy beach but the room needs updating bad. The fridge/freezer would randomly stop working and we lost a lot of food on our stay. The patio door handle was broken off, the sink was leaking underneath, and there was mold in clothes washer. I told vacasa about the food and they sent someone out to look at the fridge but at the time of their arrival it was working. They made it seem like I was lying about the fridge and offered nothing.

Fantastic Beach and comfortable condo.

We enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo is a second floor condo so it was easy to just walk a flight of stairs and be at the pool or beach. There is a nice big grill for use which was great. The condo had no basic spices or cooking spray- so if you plan to cook, bring your own. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was spotless when we arrived. The location was wonderful, close to many restaurants and only a 7 min drive to the grocery store.

GULF FRONT COMFORTABLE STAY - DOG FRIENDLY

Getting in was a little confusing given the instructions as you get there. But a quick call to VACASA gave us the correct instructions and we were in like flint. The unit itself has all the essentials. Certainly had a winning view of the Gulf. But the unit did show signs of wear on bathroom wall papers that were either missing or tearing off the wall, faucets in bathroom sinks' hot and cold directions were backwards, common hallway bathroom sink did not have a stopper so we bought one (and left it as our contribution to the unit), knobs came off drawers (which we glued back on), doors to hall closet next to washer did not want to stay on its track, sliding glass door blinds missing slats in middle, patio was hot as there was no ceiling fan, there was no bathroom at the jacuzzi/pool area (that we knew of). Can opener did not work and we had to go buy one (which we brought home with us), Light over stove did not work. We also bought a metal mesh drain cup for the disposal which was not functioning (also left that as our contribution to the unit). There was a wasp building a nest in the ceiling of the patio. But we did appreciate the coffee filters that were left behind to use and cleaning supplies - thank you for that. The washer and dryer worked great - and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers after bathing in the gulf. Thank you for that too! Rooms were large. We are large and old, so furniture was a bit uncomfortable for us (too low and hard to get out of, or too high to sit in), but for others I am sure they are just fine. Hurricane Ian forced us to leave a day early. All things considered we had a very nice nearly 2 weeks of sun and surf - it was really quite lovely in Indian Rocks Beach - absolutely loved having breakfast watching the sunrise color the clouds in front of us and then again at sunset - SPECTACULAR SUNSETS! One of our guests had a comfort animal - a dog - and we were over-the-moon happy that we could have her there - THANK YOU!

Spacious, clean beachfront condo

The condo was very clean and we were very happy that we could take our dog with us. The condo is spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We only gave it 4 stars because all 3 beds in the bedrooms desperately need replaced with newer and bigger beds. The living room could use a bigger tv as well. But overall, the unit is nice, great area, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Birthday week in Indian Rocks Beach!

The condo was very spacious. Great location to everything. Heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. The beach was beautiful. We did have issues with our text not being responded too from Vacasa. One vertical blind panel in the master bedroom was broken off. We text to see about it being repaired was never responded to. The major problem with this was we were right across from the elevator and outside lights shined in the bedroom. Also the sheets on the master bedroom bed had a large rip down the center and a rip across the bottom.

Great Condo

This condo is in a great location! The beach is beautiful, and the waves weren't overwhelming. The pool is nice and the building is well maintained. This was a great experience for our family!

Perfect location!

This was a great place for the price! We walked to several restaurants near the condo which was nice. The walk to the beach was even nicer!! Everything was how it was pictured except the tv in the bedroom has been updated to a bigger and better one. The master bedroom is right across from the elevator but being on the 2nd floor I think most people just walked up the stairs and I don't recall hearing it at all. Bed was great and my friends who slept on the twin beds said they slept like babies. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and take in the view and listen to the ocean. Even though this was spring break it didn't feel crowded here and that is plus if you ask me. I'm ready to go back and would definitely book this place again!

The stay at room 204 at Oceanside

I loved the view and the great restaurants near.I loved to hear the ocean it was relaxing.The only thing i didn't like is hearing people walking up above us all the time couldn't get much sleep.Since i was on 2nd floor i heard people's cars wasn't pleasant.Most of all i liked was the view.

Amazing view and location!

We wanted to stay at the Oceanside condo complex, because we had friends that were also staying there. The location is perfect--you can walk so many places and you can't get any closer to the beach! Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well. The condo was as described and we were happy to be able to bring our little dog with us. The only thing that caused a problem for us was that the main bedroom has a window that faces the outdoor "hallway" of the complex and the lights stay on out there all night! Unfortunately, the blinds in the bedroom did not block much of the light, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. It never felt like it was nighttime in that bedroom.

Nice unit in an awesome location

Just got back from our vacation and I’m missing it already. This unit was very clean and comfortable with a jaw-dropping view of the gulf from the patio. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely rent again.
