Schlüsselloses Türschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln mithalten müssen !! Wenn Sie die Wohnung verlassen, gehen Sie in ein Atrium und nicht in die Elemente. Dies ist großartig, wenn Sie in den Wintermonaten bleiben oder wenn es regnet !!

Phoenix X ist einer der beliebtesten Komplexe an der Golfküste. Es gibt einen Grund, warum mehr Urlauber in dieser Wohnung wohnen als an jedem anderen Strand in Orange.

Es gibt keinen besseren Ort für Sie und Ihre Familie als Phönix X. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten, darunter ein Kraftraum, ein Racquetballplatz, eine Sauna, ein Innenpool, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze und ein Außenpool. Es gibt sogar einen hübschen Pavillon, in dem Sie sich beim Grillen entspannen können.

The ice maker did not work, the tv in the spare bedroom was not hooked up. The swing latch on the door was broken off making the door not secure. The whole condo needed a good cleaning. The coffee pot was nasty. We are waiting on a refund as we did not stay.

Great location for access to live muy

The ability to walk to the famous Flora-Bama bar was the best. Live music, fun crowd and good drinks. Also a short drive to Gulf Shores State park with miles of hiking and biking trails. Lots of great restaurants s short walk or drive away. Beautiful beaches.

We’ve stayed at the Phoenix x often and this condo was unfortunately so disappointing. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The floors were so dirty, my daughter had black all over her hands and knees from crawling. We had to sweep and clean so that she wouldn’t put the leftover mess in her mouth. An aspirin pill in the bathroom, Cheerios everywhere and crumbs.

We have stayed at Phoenix X for several years but this rental was by far the worst. The photos on the website appeared to be quite old because some of the furnishings were not as they appeared in the photos. Many of the furnishings need to be replaced. The couch in the living room was sagging due to a broken support. There were other issues such as a broken HDMI cable and the icemaker not working. I called immediately upon check-in about these issues, left a message but no one called me back. I finally reached them through a message on VRBO. They did send out a repairman immediately. Overall the unit was not cleaned that well and like I said it needs new furnishings.

Beautiful property with an amazing location! We celebrated a 50th birthday, last cancer treatment and old military buddies weekend. Couldn’t have gone any better! They even had an Easter sun rise service at the Flora/Bama! Excellent time!

Great place and great location

The condo itself needs a little updating, hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful, the guest bathroom had running toilet issues and the tub got clogged. They fixed right away, but it was a pain. Wasn’t thrilled with the bathrooms. Overall, loved the location and we had a great time.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a great time. Loved Phoenix X - check-in was so easy, facilities are awesome, location to everything was great. Our condo was so nice and perfect for us. The owner stayed in contact with us with updates from the time we paid our deposit to checkout. Also Ike's Beach Service is the best I've ever dealt with since going to the beach (Gulf Shores to Destin) from the 70's to present. Can't say enough about a really wonderful week.

Spring Break with family

The Phoenix is always a great property to stay on. Very family friendly. The condo itself was great but needed a little work. The lamps didn’t work in both bedrooms and the remotes were very confusing. But overall it was wonderful!

Christmas Get Away

Our stay was great from the moment we checked in to the minute we left for home. We had never been south for Christmas and wanted to try it and we are glad we did even though the weather wasnt in our favor. Because the weather had the record lows for this time of year, we weren't able to be on the beach very much but was so happy to have the hottubs and heated indoor pool. The condo provided enough room so my husband and our 2 kids could have enough peronsal space and enjoy their hobbies. This is first time staying here and it won't be our last.

Easy to walk to several restaurants and literally next to Flora-Bama bar/restaurant. This condo was a comfortable size for our family of 3 and could easily accommodate more people. Loved that it is on the same floor as parking.

It’s on the third floor overlooking the pool, the beach and right over the boardwalk! Awesome. The condo needs more water pressure, a new shower curtain in master bath, the garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher needs to be worked on. Other than that, great vacation!

Great property! Some furniture needs updating

Clean and spacious condo. Location and amenities were great. Kids loved the indoor pool & hot tubs, as the water temps were still a little cold in early April. We also got the treat of watching a beach concert held next door at Florabama from our balconies. Only negatives were some older furniture that needs updating. The master bed is extremely firm, not comfortable at all in our opinion. One balcony chair is rusting/breaking, and the couch could use a good cleaning. Overall it was a great stay for multiple families all renting separate condos! BBQ area was nice for a big group in the evenings!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was good. For us, it was too close to the pool which didn’t close until 11 pm each night & children swimming were very noisy— so relaxing was not possible. Also balcony had not been cleaned, the floor was very sticky so we couldn’t go outside without shoes.

Girls trip 2023!

The location and the view is perfect. Walking distance to a few establishments. The condo was not clean at all. I spent the first few hours I was there cleaning and washing bedding. Toilet is double room wasn’t flushing. Still wasn’t fixed by time we left. Blood on toilet in double room. Blood on bedding. Furniture in living room needs to be deep cleaned and so does rug. We did get our cleaning deposit refunded. Hopefully these issues will be addressed and fixed for the next group. I did report mold on shower curtain in double room and a new one was brought to us and maintenance came and cleaned up mold.

Disappointed

Upon arrival, beds unmade and no linens. Commode guest bath would not flush. Sink stopped up, had to plung commode and sinkevery time it was used. Lounge chair on balcony was totally busted. Sofa cushions on one sofa were dirty and soiled, on the other the sofa cushion were on the busted lounger on balcony. Coffee pot old and fragile. Ice maker made very little ice. Beds have a very annoying squeak every time i moved. However, The condo had a great view of the beach. We made do of what we had and enjoy the beach and restaurants and shopping.
