Unfortunately, the pool and pool heater are managed by the building’s HOA, so they are outside of our direct control. During the holiday week, the pool pump unexpectedly broke, and the building manager had difficulty sourcing the required part due to limited holiday availability. We’re happy to share that the issue was repaired during your stay. We also understand your concerns regarding sound between units and regret that this impacted your experience. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

While we strive to ensure everything in our properties is in working condition, unfortunately, appliance failures can happen unexpectedly, and in this case, multiple issues occurred at once. Please know we responded as quickly as possible to address the water leak from the refrigerator failure, including replacing the appliance and offering alternative accommodations. We understand that using a fridge in another unit was far from ideal, and we truly regret the disruption it caused which is also why we were understanding to refund half of your stay.
