Dies ist ein Privatbesitz (kein Timesharing), in dem der Eigentümer für regelmäßige Ferien wohnt. Da wir keine Vermietungsagentur nutzen, können wir unseren Gästen ermäßigte Preise anbieten. Wir sind stolz darauf, ein sauberes, komfortables und preisgünstiges Hotel mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa zu haben (zwei Erwachsene und 1 oder 2 Kinder werden empfohlen). Wir haben vor kurzem einen neuen Teppichboden, einen neuen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Küchenbereich hinzugefügt. Wir haben Decken- und Standventilatoren im Schlafzimmer. Wir bitten die Gäste, das Rauchverbot zu beachten. Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt neben unserem großen Swimmingpool. Wir haben vor kurzem einen neuen Teppichboden, einen neuen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Küchenbereich hinzugefügt. Wir haben Deckenventilatoren im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.
Das Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Kamaole Beach II, einem der weltberühmten Kamaole-Strände. Sie können von einem Strand zum nächsten bis nach Wailea auf einem der weichsten Sandstrände gehen, die es gibt! Das Kam II ist ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Standup-Paddle-Boarding und zum Planschen mit Rettungsschwimmern - ein großartiger Strand für Kinder und Erwachsene. Mehrere Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Geschäfte sowie Informationen zu Aktivitäten und Ausrüstungsverleih sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Weltklasse-Golfplätze, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Resorts liegen nur wenige Minuten südlich von Wailea und Makena.

Kihei liegt etwa 19 km vom Flughafen Kahului entfernt auf der trockeneren Sonnenseite der Insel. Wir nutzen Kihei Rent-A-Car für Auto-Reservierungen. Wenn Sie fragen, können sie ältere Nissan-Modelle usw. für niedrigere Preise anbieten (800-251-5288). Für diejenigen, die kein Auto mieten möchten, gibt es den Speedie Shuttle Airport Service (808-242-7777) für 38 USD für 2 Personen und einen Inselbus-Service. Turtle Tracks (808-866-9979) bietet von Montag bis Samstag von 13 bis 21 Uhr Transportmöglichkeiten in Kihei und Wailea für 5 USD für 1 Person und 3 USD pro Person für Gruppen von 2 bis 5 Personen. Es gibt auch Lyft und Uber.

Great location, Beach and places to eat nearby. Natural Breezes keep the condo comfortable although air conditioning is available. Shower is nice, bed is firm. Good communication from owner. Centrally located Easy access to beach Great king size bed Nice lanai at ground level. No air conditioning but because it is a ground level suite it is cooler. There are fans and windows which provide good circulation so the suite is a nice temperature. We are glad to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed our king size bed. We try to offer an affordable vacation in "paradise" in a clean and comfortable condo. We have not updated the kitchen since putting in new cupboards and countertops in 2000 because we want to offer a reasonable rate for our return renters. Each year we find something to work on and are planning on new carpeting for the living room in January. Our best wishes, Jim and Pat

Maui Dreams

This was a great place to stay! The location could not be beat. There were great restaurants within walking distance, three grocery stores within a few miles, it was an easy drive to anything along the coastline, and of course a beautiful beach across the street with three other beach parks within walking distance. The condo was well stalked with anything we could need. There were two of us and the condo was a perfect size for us, but it would be good for a group of four also, especially if you are spending most of your time out enjoying the island. The property was well kept and had good facilities for laundry and other needs and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

This rental is in a great location - just across the street from the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit also felt gigantic after spending time in tiny hotel rooms on the other islands during our trip. The only downside was the a/c unit isn't located in the bedroom, so it can be difficult to cool that room down. Several fans were provided for the unit, which helped alleviate this to some extent. Overall, a very good stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Jim and Pat were gracious hosts. When we had a flight schedule change prior to the trip, we asked if we could take off a day. They were glad to do that. Check in was a breeze. The place is centrally located to the pool, office and amenities offered in the complex. It is a easy 2 minute walk to Kamaole Sands II. The place was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and have a comfortable stay. We have stayed at a number of properties in Kihei and this one ranked pretty high. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Great location in sunny laid-back Kihei

We had a wonderful time in Kihei! This condo is in a great location right across the street from Kam II beach! I enjoyed paddling my SUP in the morning on the calm water. One day we experienced high winds and decided to just relax by the pool while we did our laundry in the laundry room right around the corner. There are beach chairs and a wonderful assortment of beach toys on the patio. This condo is just the right size for two. We cooked some really delicious meals in the kitchen and outside on the grill. This is not a five star star resort but we were very comfortable and we met some very friendly and wonderful people in the neighborhood.

Great place, great location

This property is across the street from a beautiful beach. You can simply cross the street with your beach chairs and snorkel or go over at sunset along with everyone else who gathers to watch the sunset. The property has a beautiful pool, which is right across the parking lot from this unit, and the laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers Very reasonably priced. It is steps away from a small shopping area where you can have fantastic dinners, great morning sweets, including gluten, free cinnamon, rolls, ice cream, and souvenirs. The nights are quiet. This place met our three top qualifications: very comfortable king bed, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our condo had everything we expected and more! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. Lots of recreational supplies (boogie boards, snorkel equip) and kitchen utensils (right down to clips for potato chip bags) and condiments. Best lodging value on the island!

Great Location/Nice Place

The property grounds were well maintained and very clean. Beach right across the street and close to nice places to eat. The condo was great. Had all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again next time in Maui. Thanks for the hospitality.

Awesome location

My wife and I had a great time staying here. The location was super convenient and the condo was a comfy and cleanly place to sleep and relax after a long day of adventuring around the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and communication

Friendly hosts. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was large and will start. It is across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Would highly recommend. The bedroom is large in spacious. No complaints about this place!

We chose Kihei Kai Nani because of its location. Our condo is within 100 yards of the Kamaole II beach. We enjoy the short walk across the street for morning dips in the ocean and sitting on the beach wall during sunset.

We enjoy the friendliness of the other visitors and residents of the condo complex. The pool is great for swimming, water aerobics and socializing. Kamaole II is a wonderful sand beach with a lifeguard. It is great for swimming, snorkeling, playing in the waves and sun bathing.
