What Jane and Brian couldn’t say, was how warm and friendly they were, which made hosting them a walk in the park

Matthew was a wonderful guest and ticked all the boxes of the kind of guest you hope to have. He ensure the apartment was was clean and orderly before he left and even left me a few items of food stuff which was great.. Sad to see hi e go so Hurry back Matthew!!👍🏾👍🏾

This family arrived with 8 very large to oversized suit cases plus hand luggage and immediately made nice comments about the apartment. My property is a modern build of 10years and is described 100% as posted except that I had another bed added in the large bedroom to accommodate this guest who booked the property advertised as a 1 bedroom but had 4 adults so I initially assumed it was 4 friends who didn't mind sharing but it turned out to be mother and father and 2 fully grown adult children. This meant that my sofa was used as a bed, which had I known this I would be the case I would not had accepted the booking . I personally cleaned the apartment so I know it was cleaned in every aspect. I did have reason to enter the apartment on 2/3 occasions knowing the family had gone out but could hear the buzzing of the ceiling fan that was left running 24 hours on a number of days and simply turned it and the out door lights left on ....off . On arrival I had pointed out my 2 house rules( ceiling fans turned off if not in the apartment ) and that laundered clothes should be dried on the rotary clothes line in the garden as they would dry in the hot sun and breezy conditioned with in 1 hour and the dryer should only be be used if it was raining. I soon found out that both these rule was broken and it appeared that a substantial amount of drying had taken place as fluff was flying around the laundry room. The husband left his wallet and phone outside the door of the apartment and I found it where he left it and returned it back fully in tact . I noted that the hinge on their door had loosen during their stay but no one had mentioned this to me I found this out 1 day before they left. I had also checked in with them a few days after arrival that things were going well and received no complaints but positive feedback ! So surprised at this review. Sent from my iPad

Karen was just the perfect guest who is friendly and down to earth. You will love her! She came to enjoy and explore the island and she did as St Kitts is naturally a beautiful and historic place. This made me very happy as my apartment was a nice space to come back and chill . I hardly had much cleaning to do as the place was near spotless when she left can’t wait to have her back
