BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Da wir ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa haben, wird unser Anwesen als 3 Schlafzimmer aufgefĂŒhrt. Wir haben 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett in DoppelgrĂ¶ĂŸe ĂŒber Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett in DoppelgrĂ¶ĂŸe unter dem Doppelbett. Wir haben auch ein doppelt ausziehbares Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. The hosts were fabulous. There was just a slight mixup with how VRBO listed the property at the time of booking as a 3-bedroom which in actuality was a 2 bedroom with the option for a blow up bed - it ended up being just fine, and the listing has been updated to reflect correctly. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. It was a lovely stay and close to our business event.

Nice but loud

The basement apartment was cute and nice sufficient if you want to do minimal cooking. Note this is a basement apartment with a family of young children above. It was loud you can hear everything. Loud even after/before the set quiet time that was asked of us and we were told they would also honor the times. So just be advised. If you do not care then this is a nice place to stay, great location, lots of things nearby.

Comfortable and Homey

We were very happy with our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy interstate access. Our family of 4 were comfortable. We had off street parking for two cars, which also made us feel safe. We were happy to discover the reclining sections of the couch after a long, busy day. The hosts were attentive to our questions and kind. It was a great location for us, as we were traveling between Salt Lake City and Provo during the week we stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

First try at Pickleball

The best part of my stay was interacting with the hosts, Jordan and Jamie! They were very responsive and accommodating! The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Since I was attending events in Utah Valley, the location was perfect for my visit. The best part of my stay at the Pickleball Manor was actually getting on the courts!

Awesome hosts

Reserved for myself, two college kids, and my daughter and her spouse. The place was perfect for us, my son slept in the living room on the pullout and said the bed was comfortable. I shared the bunk bed with my daughter and gave the queen bed to the married daughter. The living room is very spacious and fit all of us comfortably on the couch. You don’t even feel like you’re in a basement. A bonus that I didn’t realize when we booked the place, there is a pickleball court that you can play on if you reserve the time. The house was centrally located to all our activities and was in a beautiful area of Utah. Jamie and Jordan are super nice and answer your texts promptly. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Pickleball Paradise

Our hosts, Jordan and Jamie, were welcoming and communicative. The space is well appointed with everything you would need for a stay with kids - including a play nook. If you love pickleball, this is the place for you. Jordan is an expert in all things pickleball, especially paddles. And there are two courts on the property. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back any time they have availability. I’d give this property and our hosts TEN stars if I could.

The property has an excellent location, surrounded by mountains and parks, in excellent condition, very clean and independent. Wonderful People, Wonderful Property

We stayed here for a few months while we were in the process of moving to the area and it worked out amazingly well. Our families got along well and our kids loved it. The bunk bed has a twin on top, a full on bottom, and a pull-out bed underneath so when my son or daughter were sad at night my wife and I could both sleep in there to help them feel better. Everything inside is in good condition. We were so close to restaurants and grocery stores, especially since Timpanogas Highway gives us a straight shot to all of the shopping and the 15 freeway. We would definitely stay here again if we hadn't just bought a house in the area.

Hi! My name is Jamie and I've lived here in Utah with my family for almost 15 years and we absolutely love this beautiful state!

We love to spend time with our children and playing board games is one of our favorite activities. We also love travelling as a family. But most of the time you'll find us at our favorite place... the pool! I think my kids (and hubby) are part fish 
