Das Wohnzimmer bietet edle Möbel und einen einladenden Ort zum Entspannen. Hausköche und Feinschmecker werden diese exquisite und gut ausgestattete Küche lieben. Die Arbeitsplatten verfügen über ein atemberaubendes eingelegtes Seeglas und hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte machen diese Küche zu einem hervorragenden Ort für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für Familienurlaub. Vier Sitzplätze an der Frühstücksbar und 8 Sitzplätze im nahe gelegenen Speisesaal bieten reichlich Platz für Mahlzeiten. ** Update zum Bau des Beach Clubs: Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Beach Club in WaterColor nach Abschluss von Phase 1 jetzt geöffnet ist! Der Hauptpool und das Oberdeck wurden komplett renoviert. Der Hauptpool und die Rita Bar bieten jetzt zusätzliche Lounge- und Sitzbereiche. Obwohl begrenzt, sind auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Phase 2 wird voraussichtlich im Herbst dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein und zwei weitere Pools umfassen. Bis dahin bleibt der Beach Club jedoch montags geschlossen, damit die Bauarbeiten sicher und ungehindert fortgesetzt werden können.

Great Place!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. We had no issues and would highly recommend staying at this property.

The perfect home base

This house was the perfect set up for out weekend, allowing everyone to have their own space. It was the perfect home base, we had some rainy days and were able to all relax in the house play some games with no issues. Beds were comfortable, everything was maintain so well, would expect nothing less from 3y0 blue.

Beautiful home

Really enjoyed trip. COVID-19 made some things a little frustrating- eg 360 blue management company was quite inflexible re late check out etc. however, other than that, loved the trip. It’s a bit further away from the beach/downtown than we wanted (~1.7 miles) but the included golf cart offset this. House is beautifully appointed.

Our stay was overall great. Lovely house, clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. My only two issues were the bed in the master was really u comfortable to both my husband and I and the water pressure in the master bathroom was almost non existent. No other guest had issues with their bed or their water pressure. I ended up just taking a shower in one of the other bathrooms after the first day, which was fine. It does need to be addressed though. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely book again.

Wonderful home!

This house was an incredible place to spend the week in Watercolor. It’s close to everything and the golf cart makes life simple in Seaside. No need to drive anywhere! We did get shorted on wristbands and had some trouble getting the extras we needed. Took a little bit of time and work on my part to contact Watercolor HOA and get it squared away (hence 4 stars). Everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay except for the bikes which for what we paid, we expected nice bikes. They were rusty. One seat kept moving while on the bike. Another one, the chain was hitting the guard which caused us to return right after we left. Our grandson was riding one when the chain came off which caused him to hit the pavement. He had many scrapes and cuts. I called to let 360 Blue know. They never returned my call. The house is very nice.

We are so sorry to hear that your grandson was injured and we are having our bike vendor take some extra precautions with the bikes at this home. We agree that these bikes are more beat up than we would like. Since the beginning of the pandemic, new bikes have been unavailable but we are happy to report that our orders are starting to come in and our older bikes are being replaced as quickly as possible. Great house, but not a great location

Overall, the house is great - very clean, modern, nicely decorated, great pool (the kids loved the color-changing lights at night). The management company was super-responsive to the 2 minor issues we had. The only reason I can't go 5-stars overall is the location. It's not a bad location, per se, but it is probably one of the worst locations within Watercolor. Not really walking distance of anything. The golf cart and the bikes are nice, but we didn't really want to bike going out to dinner, and the golf cart was only going to seat 6 or 7 and we had 11 people in the house, so we had to take a car. It's really a matter of priority - is it worth it to you to pay a premium for a better location? For us, next time the answer is yes. One other note - the golf cart has seen better days. At speeds above 20 mph the steering got really flaky (i.e. it was quite an effort to drive straight).

Loved the house. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We paid to have the pool/hot tub heated. The hot tub does not stay heated as the temperature cycles back and forth, the back yard is not well lit and more than 2 wash towels per bathroom would be nice. That was disappointing but other than that we loved the house and the golf cart.

June 2019 Stay

This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed it very much, we too had construction (sawing and hammering) next door forthe most part of our stay. Also, there was no tutorial on how to work all the lights and electronics. One day we locked the house and went to the beach for the day, when we returned there was music blaring from the back speakers of the house and security was at our door because they had (understandably) been receiving complaints. This music was not on when we left the house and we have no idea how it came on as we did not use (or know how to) those speakers at all during our stay. We didn’t even know how to turn them off when we came in with security. I was very embarrassed and felt terrible for the people who were disturbed by this Also, the golf cart was dead when we arrived and almost died with us down the street. With 4 kids. We had to have 360 come to the house twice to fix it because it wouldn’t hold a charge. The plug was tripped (come to find out) however all of these things taketime outo

December 2018 Stay

Sunny Side Up was a great home. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. One drawback was that fireplace is not for guest use but 360 provided outdoor fire pit. Another drawback is the construction in the neighborhood. This should be disclosed when renting . We had workers hammering at 7:30 am morning !

December 2018 Stay

Hi - Loved our stay in Watercolor, but have a couple of comments that might improve the experience in the future. The "Sitting Spa" was listed as a "Hot Tub" which it wasn't. The water only gets as warm as the pool, so this was a bit of a disappointment for our athlete son, and was a big reason for our renting this property. There seemed to be a shortage of wash clothes/towels. It would be nice to have more than one towel per person. Construction was happening on two sides of us so hammering in the morning was not great to hear. You might want to let people know this fact or offer a discount for putting up with it while on vacation. 360 peeps were extremely helpful and we loved everything else!
