Neu in unserem Mietbestand 2020. Dieses geräumige Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern für 8 Personen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dennis Golf und den Stränden. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit Schatten und eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Terrassentisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Bonus-Spielzimmer der zweiten Ebene mit vielen Spielsachen, Spielen und Puzzles für Kinder. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen Klimaanlagen im Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock und im Schlafzimmer / Spielzimmer im Obergeschoss. Ebenfalls enthalten sind eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im ersten Stock, ein Geschirrspüler, Kabelfernsehen und WIFI. Draußen finden Sie sowohl Gas- als auch Holzkohlegrills und eine geschlossene Dusche.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great, plenty of room. My kids loved all the toys and games. The only issue we had was there seemed to be very little cleaning between renters. There was stains on 2 mattress pads we had to wash and an empty bag of chips under 1 bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very spacious and has everything you need. It’s located in a great neighborhood with friendly people. It has a nice back yard with a good size deck with lots of seating and includes a nice outdoor cooking area. The only problems are a smelly basement which could use some damp rid and the upstairs ceiling are low. All in all it’s a nice, clean place for large family to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well suited for a family with small kids. We were 4 adults and 2 children under 5. The attic bedroom/playroom was well stocked with toys and gave my grandchildren hours of fun. The house was a quick ride to Mayflower or Corporation beach which are beautifully clean and calm. Refreshing as our vacation temps were in the 90’s. The house very well stocked with everything you could think of and an outdoor shower and porch that was a nice added feature. I do not think you could ask more for price. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that I wish there had been central air. It happened to be a very hot week and there were only two window units for two bedrooms so we spent most of our house there. The town of Dennis itself is amazing. I haven’t haven’t good this good in ages. We visited Sprago, Fin, and Pheasant which were more than I could have expected. Finn, was especially good! We were very impressed. I really don’t like the star rating since you have to take into account what you get for the money and everyone’s expectation is different. My next visit will likely be something larger, and closer to the beach.
