Great condo

Condo was like new, and fully equipped, plus little extras like toiletries and pool towels. Property is located on a fantastic beach with nearby wildlife refuge and turtle nesting sites. Property is beautifully landscaped with a great heated pool and hot tub, plus a small waterfall.

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect (right on the beach!). The apartment/condo was just the right amount of space. We enjoyed the screened in deck the most. We were in walking distance to the CVS (there is a Publix farther north if you need a major grocery trip) and a plethora of restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub/spa was the best way to relax after a day in the sun. We will definitely keep this location as a must "go-to" when we return to Fort Myers Beach. Thank you!

Great condo, great view, great staff, great pool!

My mother, daughter and I visited Ft. Myers for a weekend getaway from CO. This condo was just right for us - spacious with screened-in balconies, beachfront and an easy drive to Lover's Key. We could walk to several restaurants - Pincher's is just down the beach. The staff was friendly and responsive before we arrived and during our stay. When we walked into the condo, there was a bacon smell from the previous guest's cooking. When we mentioned it to the staff, the matter was handled quickly and the smell gone. The pool at this property is wonderful and just steps from the beach. A lovely home base for our trip!

Great location and beautiful view!

This condo is right on the beach with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We liked the location farther down from Ft Myers beach because there weren't as many people. There aren't many restaurants in that area, but you can walk along the beach only about 50 yards and there's a Jimmy Buffet style restaurant right on the beach (What more do you need anyway right?). The downstairs staff are very nice and helpful. It has a great layout and the bathrooms are updated. The only negative thing is that, other than the bathrooms, everything is pretty outdated which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But that being said, we would definitely come back.

The unit itself was beautiful and the property was was excellently maintained, with many extras that made the stay very enjoyable. Only complaints were booking an 11th floor unit and being given a first floor unit. Kids were looking forward to the views from higher up. And the smell in the hallway by the first floor unit next to the trash chute is almost unbearable later in the day. Thankfully not noticeable once you enter the unit, but really bad in the hallway by the door. We would return to this property but not to this unit for that reason.

Great condo for a quick get away

Loved that this property was located on the beach. The beach was wide so we never felt like we were sitting on top of anyone else. The sand was nice and we enjoyed taking long morning walks. Our reservation said that the property location was at the Estero Point beach resort but when we went to check in we were actually directed to the property next door. When we got to the condo they had us in a 3 bedroom instead of the 2 bedroom we had reserved (not that I'm complaining). The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Only addition I would make is some containers to store leftovers in (we made mac n cheese/pasta for the kids lunch). Publix was close to go grab groceries. Having a washing machine was nice so I didn't need to bring home dirty clothes or wet suits. Master bathroom water pressure was a little weak but that's just me being picky. The pool area was small but there were always enough chairs. We loved that the hot tub was actually hot. With the current road construction it did take us about 90 minutes to drive to the downtown area only 4 miles away (this was at 4PM on a Friday). Our drive home took 9 minutes. The downtown area by the pier was nice with quite a few restaurants and shopping. There was also live music which was fun to listen to. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful and had such an amazing vibe. Instant access to the beach and pool. Hanging out on the deck by the fire pits with other people. Exactly what me and my wife needed for a quick getaway......... could of definitely stayed longer though. I already miss it.

Beautiful and peaceful

This property is very well maintained, clean and very peaceful. Located on the south end of the island, there aren’t huge crowds or a ton of noice. It is much further than we initially thought from the central “downtown” area called Times Square and the island’s one lane road makes it a trek to get there. There is a trolley you can take into Times Square but it took an hour to go 4 miles due to the one lane and traffic. There is a little plaza near this resort going against the traffic which has a ton of restaurants that are just more chill, so depending on the vibe you’re after I would choose your stay here accordingly. Chill vibes are for this resort. There’s a courtyard area with multiple Weber grills, tables and chairs which was fun to grill out on w the family. Only other suggestion for this property is to provide beach chair accommodations. It was $25 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. The unit is GORGEOUS! Stunning view, extremely clean and updated bathrooms. Every appliance worked perfectly.

Christmas getaway for the family

The property was more than we expected. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The beach was clean and beachgoers were friendly and respectful. We were allowed to check in several hours early (nice that the on-site team were accommodating so we could get out on the beach for the afternoon). If you plan to cook-in, I'd recommend taking an inventory upon arrival of kitchen items missing/needed so that the front desk can get them to you by first dinner/breakfast. When I asked for a cookie sheet, it was immediately provided - so kudos to the management team again. We have recommend this unit to others.

Beach Fun

Very nice place. Walk to beach is a long one but there is also a pool, hot tub and lots of seating at the pool. There are also tables at the pool. Grilling area next to the pool was very nice. . Our room was a two bedroom. Large porch area that looked over the beach. There were beautiful views from there. We would definitely go back again but for a longer stay next time.

Enjoyed

Very nice. Reported that door from living room would not open fully, also the knob on lamp to left of couch was missing. I thought we were going to be able to see the gulf from our room, well you could a little through the trees. The weather was windy and cool so we could not enjoy the deck. Would stay elsewhere next time so can enjoy the gulf view.

The beach was fantastic!

The property was a mess. Water was completely shut off on day 2 for 5 hours then told we had to boil it for the next 3 days before drinking it. Numerous days where no hot water was available for showers. Construction on premises was nonstop and often started early in the day. We should have been informed (or offered remuneration) before moving in. We left early due to the experience and had to eat the remainder of the bill.

Ft Myers getaway

Property building was in an excellent location. Road work on only access and egress pathway made car travel very inconvenient, dusty, and time consuming. Interior of this unit is dated and tired. Refrigerator and oven is rusted from humidity, tile is cracked and paint stained. Beds were very comfortable, but wicker chairs were not. Wonderful view of the beach and water.
