"LINGER LONGER" Zuhause weg von allem ....... Unsere Kabine ist ein charmantes und gemütliches Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern auf einem ruhigen Grundstück von 1.34 Hektar. Atemberaubende Ausblicke auf den Longs Peak und die kontinentale Wasserscheide. Schneebedeckte Berge, 30 sowie reife Ponderosa-Kiefern auf dem Grundstück mit Felsvorsprüngen und Wildblumen. Genießen Sie Ihren Tag beim Lesen eines Buches auf dem Deck, bei einem Morgenkaffee oder beim Entspannen nach einem Wandertag.

Estes Park Business License # 3242. Aufgrund der Bestimmungen der Stadt Estes Park / Larimer County, Colorado, ist das Objekt auf maximal 8 Personen begrenzt. Estes Park Lizenznummer 3242.

In den Monaten Mai bis Ende Oktober und an einigen Feiertagen vermieten wir unser Haus für mindestens 7 Nächte an einem Samstag und am darauf folgenden Samstag.

In unserem Garten sehen wir häufig Elche, Maultierhirsche, Rotluchs, Kojoten und gelegentlich einen schwarzen Bären vom Deck aus.
Dieses schöne Haus bietet einen einladenden Wohnbereich mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem schönen Kamin aus Moosfelsen. Genießen Sie die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Kaffeekanne, Toaster und Topftopf etc. sind vorhanden.
Decken, Laken, Kissen und Kissenbezüge sowie Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer 1 Verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit eigenem 3/4 Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Holzrahmen.
Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über ein Doppelbett / zwei Einzelbetten auf einem Blockrahmen mit zwei Schränken.
Komplettes Badezimmer auf dem Flur.
Das Wohnzimmer am Kamin bietet auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa mit einer neuen Memory-Foam-Matratze für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Während Sie sich entspannen, genießen Sie den Flachbildfernseher mit DirectTV, DVD-Player und WLAN im Wohnzimmer. Der Holzkamin bietet einen gemütlichen Ort, um nach einem Tag Wandern oder einfach nur entspannen zu besuchen. Ein Pack and Play ist ebenfalls vorhanden, falls Sie kleine Kinder haben. (Bitte bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Laken / Decken für das Pack and Play im Schrank im Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 mit.)
Sie sind eine kurze, 5-minütige Fahrt von der Innenstadt von Estes Park und 5 Minuten vom Südeingang des Rocky Mountain National Park entfernt!

The views do not disappoint! Have stayed in multiple VRBO’s in Estes Park and this met all marks! The only thing we were confused about was the lake with a dock photo on the listing and thought it was on site. But we found other lakes to fish! It snowed during our stay so the fireplace was great to have a cozy day inside hanging with our family! The hosts were very flexible and had zero issues with me adding a last minute guest to our group! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great place great time

The house was perfectly placed where we could do everything Rocky Mountain and Estes. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed hiking, and were in a great location to enjoy great restaurants. The view was spectacular from the porch and we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating.

Fantastic views and close to Rocky Mountain Nat Park

My wife and I enjoyed our four night visit in May 2025. The very comfortable accomodations are located in a quiet part of town and close to everything, including the entrance to RMNP. Great communication from owner before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer. We loved that it was so close to RMNP as well as restaurants and liked the fact that neighbors were pretty far away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

This is a very nice home and we have enjoyed staying there both times that we booked it. It's a very quiet neighborhood but is still very close to everything you need. We even made a new friend who owns the property next door. We would definitely consider staying here again. We've seen wildlife in the yard on both stays. Owners are very responsive if you have questions or issues.

Cozy mountain comfort

What a great place to bring our teens to stay and relax after each day of hiking in the Rockies. The property location is convenient, comfortable, and the property owners were a delight to work with.

Beautiful Cabin!

We had a great time. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location, lots of wildlife and beautiful views. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Perfect location and gorgeous views

You can’t beat the views while sitting in front of the fire. My fiance and I stayed here a week and it was perfect! A short drive to RMNP and the beautiful downtown area. We loved our trip and can’t wait to come back.

Our family purchased this home in Estes Park in September of 2018. My father had taken me to Colorado many times as a kid. When my dad shared the mountain experience with me for the first time I knew I would always come back. We chose Estes Park as the people here are great and the atmosphere in town is very warm and inviting. We have another rental property just down the road that we have owned for the last 20 years and had the opportunity in 2018 to purchase this one. In the spring there is lush green trees and wildflowers. Summer offers beautiful scenery and cool mountain air. Fall abounds with golden aspen and wildlife to include elk, deer, rabbit and even the occasional bear. Winters are very mild and there is even downhill skiing and snow boarding within an hours drive. We are located just five minutes to downtown Estes and 5 minutes from the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and love this area.

Our family enjoys sitting on the deck and watching the clouds roll in over Longs Peak in the afternoon while our three daughters use grandpa’s binoculars searching the mountains and looking at the humming birds and scenery. The sky is so blue and the smell of pine trees in the air is relaxing while my wife enjoys a favorite book. Many evenings are spent on the deck, eating as a family. Many nights are spent talking and telling stories next to the fire in the living room and planning the next days hike around Estes or in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Breathtaking views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide can be seen from our property. We have over 30 mature pine trees on our property with large rock-out cropping and the home sits on 1.34 acres. Deer and herds of elk visit our property frequently. Our home has easy access year round with paved road to our house and large asphalt driveway. Quiet secluded area and large moss rock fireplace in the living room are a few of the unique features of our cabin.
