Our stay was wonderful! The house was lovely, clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, and in a great neighborhood. It was easy to walk to local shops and restaurants and a short drive to bigger stores. Our host was extremely easy to reach and accommodated some last minute requests.

We came out from AZ for the Broncos/Cowboys game and decided to make it a vacation, since it’s been 8 years since I moved back to AZ from CO. We stayed at Kelly’s place because it was perfect location for everything we were going to be doing. Loved the “old” feeling of the home and the coziness. House was also very well stocked and kid friendly.

Terrific little place

We stayed here for a short stay during our curling bonspiel. The host was great at responding to any questions we had. The house fit our needs and was accurately represented online. I would stay here again if I came back in town.

Wedding Guests

The bungalow is charming. It was close enough to the wedding events in Boulder, and the rental fees were affordable! After the wedding, our family enjoyed eating pizza at Ghost Box pizza. The chocolate shop was sweet, and we enjoyed the Saturday night downtown atmosphere in Lafayette.

Great location for family

We enjoyed our stay at this home, it was easy to find and there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It provided our grown family a place to meet up and to enjoy everyones company in the living room and around the table. Thank you Kelly for providing a warm and cozy home.

Downtown Lafayette charm

We had a lovely visit in this quaint house in downtown Lafayette. We were so pleased to have three double/queen sized beds for us and our adult family members. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials needed for us to prepare our own meals when we wanted, but it is in close walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown restaurants, coffee houses for a night or morning out. There are a few "old house" quirks that just added to the experience.

Excellent!!!!

Where do I start?? 1st I will say renting from VRBO was a living nightmare! Once I finally got booked I was so relieved and Kelly was so nice and responsive. Now let's get into this property!! The pics do not do it any justice it is in a nice calm quiet neighborhood, and u are pretty central to all your needs. Food, dollar tree, gas, walmart, King Soopers(Kroger) all within 10 min of the property! Kelly literarily supplied everything we needed and then some. There were things there we ddint even know we needed this house has everything all u have to bring is yourself! The rooms were nice, pretty spacious and clean! She had Fans, pillows, blankets, dishwasher pods I mean you name it Kelly supplied it. I can go on and on about this property I mean the entire stay was amazing! Your about 30 min away from downtown Denver which is great for me I prefer staying on the outskirts. Only issue we had was the wifi it kept disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes wouldnt reconnect for a good while outside of the wifi signal was soooo poor so wifi is a must it didnt hinder the trip much just a lil annoying to keep having to reset it for it to work for a good few hours then do it again. Nevertheless I highly recommend and when I come back to Colorado I will definitely stat here if available nothing but good things to say! Thank you Kelly for turning my nightmare into a somewhat of a fantasy! LOVED IT!

I wish I could give John an equally good review, but I can't. My cleaning lady called me from the house after John and his friends moved out and said it was a mess. Lots of trash, refrigerator full of food and she said she had to open all the windows and leave the house because it reeked of marijuana. She was upset and mad about how the house was left - said it looked like John and his friends threw a party. I had to pay my cleaning crew extra and have the house treated for smell. The next guest still commented that the house still smelled like marijuana. I really try to give all my guests and excellent experience and it was challenging to put the house back in good shape. I was disappointed. I would welcome a response from John. Maybe he is normally a very good guest and just made a mistake this time by inviting the wrong friends to join him.

Cute house in Greg’s neighborhood

This house was exactly as advertised with extra comforts of home upon arrival. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfectly for us. We loved being able to walk into Lafayette for coffee, dinner, and breakfast. We also explored some of the cute town parks. Waneka lake was a group favorite and we spent a good amount of time in Boulder for a wedding we were attending. Thanks for the great experience and we hope to visit again one day!

Beautifully remodeled home in quaint neighborhood

We stayed at Kelly's house when visiting Boulder for my son's virtual graduation at CU Boulder. It was only 20-25 minutes to campus and we loved the neighborhood. Lots to do within walking distance. Must trys: Tangerine for breakfast and Community for dinner! Kelly was super helpful during the booking process, at check in and check out. Everything you need is in the house, fully equipped kitchen and cute yard. Thank you, Kelly, for making us feel at home!

Spring in Lafayette

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at Lafayette. This house was beautifully situated to the cute downtown. The host Kelly was wonderful to work with, responded promptly and answered my many questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped and a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Also loved the location as we were able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops
