Very thing was clean except for the main bedroom pillows they smell like body order. Overall, the house was great and in an area with ease to shopping. Little things like a light bulb were missing in the main bedroom and streetlight next to the garage door, plus one of the curtain holders for dining room was missing.

Nice place for a family visit

Nice location and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped and location was very central for our visit to welcome our new grandaughter. Towels in bathrooms could use an upgrade. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Just used it for sleeping. We were visiting family in the area so didn’t need anything except showers and beds. Nice place in seemingly good area. Coulda used either a dresser or stand for our suitcases but otherwise comfortable.

Very convenient location. Better than staying at motels or hotels,

The townhouse was very lovely and cozy.My sister and niece and I came for a family funeral. The neighborhood was very quiet and located within a 15 minute drive to the church, cemetery and the home of our family. It was also very close to our bank, the markets and restaurants and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport. I would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the Boise area for a short time.

Great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and ready for us when we got there. A few recommendations would be maybe putting another tv in one of the bedrooms. There was only one tv, and it wasn't connecting to the wifi very well. Other than, that we loved everything about this home.

Great location

Locarion was great. Key code didnt work propertt manager fixed right away. Would be 5 stars however beds were very firm (peraonal preference i guess) no clear check out instructions and the pario/backyard was really nice but could have used some outside seating. Would stay again due to proximity ro family and activities. Communication with host was exceptional!

We are glad your overall stay was good. You are correct that everyone has differing opinions on bed firmness. That said, we select only name brand high quality bedding. AS to the outdoor seating, we will discuss this in our next team meeting.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed for three days and it was a perfect location. We were warm and cozy in the cold weather. The management company is very quick to respond and are incredibly helpful. The only thing the unit could use: more dish towels (there was only one) we didn't make enough dishes to worry about using the dishwasher. we did not use the TV until the last day and could not get it to connect to the network. Oh well, we weren't worried. I know the management will take care of it. Wifi was working perfectly for our other devices. I would recommend this unit as it was VERY clean, VERY comfortable and a great location especially if you are in town to watch your child graduate from NLC.

Shawn, We're sorry that this was a disappointment to you. We clearly state check in before booking. When guests request an early check in, we have to accelerate the cleaning crews and/or change their route to get all of our homes clean for the stated check in time. The $45 fee is simply passed to the cleaning crew for their extra work and travel to accommodate early check ins. That said, we do welcome you back any time.

No Internet

There was no internet. We were in communication with the host pretty much our entire stay trying to get it fixed, and it worked for about 3 hours in the middle of our 3 day trip before it went down again. I was told that the surrounding units had internet, as if that was relevant and it was somehow my fault that the internet wasn't working where I was staying. I was also told to restart the router in a nearby unit I was NOT staying in, with no explanation for how to go about that. The hosts communicated quickly, but the internet issue was never solved. I was disappointed with the host's way of responding to this. I asked for a partial refund, which I thought was very reasonable since I didn't get everything the listing said I would, but they said no since it was supposedly the internet company's fault, not theirs. Either way, I didn't think I should be the one to eat the cost of that. I felt that the host should take responsibility for what they promised to a guest. It was just unprofessional. Other than that, our door code didn't work at first, so I had to message them about that, and our hot water wasn't working the first evening we were there. Both of those things were resolved quickly. The neighborhood seemed safe, and the house was nice enough. I was disappointed with having to communicate so much with the host throughout my trip without ever getting the issue resolved, and that the host didn't take responsibility for things they said the home would include.

Perfect Fit

My family and I enjoyed our first stay in Meridian at this air b n b. It fit our needs perfectly, each kid had their own room and the back yard was spacious enough for them to run out energy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Only thing missing for me was a towel or two for the kitchen but overall everything else was on point.

I had this townhouse built to my exacting specifications. I wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. I picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. I picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restairants.
