Eine Anmerkung des Eigentümers:
Wir sind seit vielen Jahren auf Maui Urlaub und haben immer wieder zum Sugar Beach Bereich zurückkehren. Wir lieben es, am unberührten Strand zu laufen und zu joggen, auf der sanften Brandung zu schweben und die fabelhaften Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Wir entschieden uns, eine Eigentumswohnung am Kihei Beach zu kaufen, weil es ein ruhiger, entspannender und freundlicher Erholungsort mit niedriger Dichte ist. Sie sind buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Sand entfernt und das war uns wichtig. Wir genießen auch die wunderschön gepflegten Anlagen, Palmen und schönen Poolbereich. Wir schätzen auch die Bequemlichkeit eines kurzen Spaziergang zu einem lokalen Bauernmarkt und ABC-Geschäft. Wir sind glücklich, unser kleines Stück Paradies mit Ihnen zu teilen und hoffen, dass Sie die Eigentumswohnung und die Position so viel genießen werden, wie wir es tun.

We had three condos on the property for our wedding/family vacation. This one was by far the best. We also appreciated the congratulations card, balloon and the chocolates left a check in. The views were amazing and we loved having the bakery, fruit stand and local stores across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh Maui! The condo was just as described. Gorgeous ocean front view we loved sitting on the balcony. It was centrally located with many food options near by. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Unit was very nice and the pictures were exactly as shown. Loved being right on the ocean

Our stay was very nice however we had issues with the AC. The property itself has issues when it rains and they put up barriers at the driveway and you are locked inside if you do not move your vehicle off the property before they go up. That was an inconvenience especially when you are trying to bring in groceries.

During your stay, our team was in touch and found that the system was functioning properly. It may have been cooling the space more than expected, and we offered to adjust the settings or provide extra blankets. Since we always respect guest privacy, we did not enter the unit without permission. We're always happy to assist in any way we can to ensure a comfortable stay. Regarding the driveway barriers, we understand this may have been an inconvenience. These are precautionary measures that help prevent flooding on the property during periods of heavy rain. While rare, we are working with the property management to improve communication so guests have more notice and can plan accordingly. Thank you again for staying with us. A week in paradise

This was our 6th visit to Maui and our second time renting a condo vs staying in a hotel. We loved everything about this unit. Sometimes you aren't sure if photos on a website may be misleading but this met and even exceeded our expectations. The unit is lovely and the location was ideal - listening to the surf all night long, walking/jogging on the long stretch of beach, watching the outriggers, walking across the street to the farmer's market, everything was just perfect. We treated the condo as if it were our own, and indeed we wish it was.

We had such a great time. What a great view, you can't get much closer to the ocean. The lanai was great for watching the sunset with a cocktail or two. We watched whales breaching farther out in the ocean. The 2nd floor location is convenient, and the condo has all the amenities you could want for. The lawn is as nice as a golf course green, and great for reading, and soaking up a few rays. The pool is refreshing, if you don't want to go into the ocean. I could spend a few more weeks there anytime!!

Unbelievable!

This condo's location was the best in Kihei! It was central to everything and so beautiful with the beach right outside our balcony. (Very rare find). We enjoyed falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves. The condo was equipped with every amenity we needed with personal touches of decoration here and there. Very clean. There was a store right across the street for essentials. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and will go back to this condo again. WONDERFUL!

Incredible!

Our stay here was all we could have hope for in a place to stay for our honeymoon. Every night we slept with the patio door open and could listen to the waves crashing. The location was away from the busyness of the resorts, yet anything you wanted was just a short drive away. The pictures are very accurate. We were happy to have an in unit washer/ dryer and a coffee pot. Across the street was a nice farmers market, the best shaved ice place, and a convenience store. We aware that the birds in the trees will use your car for target practice - and a lot of it!

We'd come back

Excellent location right on the beach. We enjoyed a 2 hour daily walk on the sandy beach encountering very few people. Resort grounds are well maintained. Coffee every morning in the lobby was a nice touch. Condo had what we needed, but was a bit light on beach stuff, just two beach chairs and a small cooler. But, if you want a nice beach it's right here. Only real complaint is road noise. Windows in bedroom really let the noise in. I'd give it 5 stars otherwise.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

This was our first trip to Maui and our third trip to Hawaii. We absolutely loved the condo. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean and everything we needed was available. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We really enjoyed the complex. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool was refreshing. The location of this condo was perfect. It was very easy to get to everything; dining, shopping, beaches, & major Maui sights. The scuba diving in Maui is fantastic, this condo was the cherry on top of our Maui vacation. For anyone who loves shaved ice, there is a local place across the street from the condo next to the ABC store. YUMMM We have already started planning our trip for next year.

The perfect place for an incredible vacation!

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here and I have not one criticism to say about this condo. Everything was perfect! I was quite shocked that the kitchen was so well stocked. Anything you wanted to cook had the perfect pot/pan/utensils/etc., to prepare the meal. The bed was soooo comfortable! I had a hard time getting out of it each morning. The two TV's were a nice addition. The lanai furniture was so comfortable and the high tables allowed us to have a complete view of the ocean. The condo was also stocked with paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo and bath soap. That was also a surprise to us. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay and enjoy the beautiful ocean. I really hope that we will be able to come back to this place some day.

This condo unit was everything my sister and I expected. It was clean, well furnished and right on the beach, in a very small complex, away from the hubbub of tourists. One does need a car however, because the supermarket and restaurant in Kihei are about two miles away. The farmer's market across the street has great fruit, vegetables and baked goods. We enjoyed watching the canoe club members' daily practice, swimmers, paddle boarders, sea turtles and even a couple of dolphins from our lanai. For those of you that don't mind driving the distance to Lahina, the Ulelana show is wonderful and affordable. Be sure to check on show times, because there are some black out nights. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a much longer stay.

Perfect for Peaceful Getaway

A condo on the beach, this was the perfect location, sand access but having adjacent grass was a great option. Grounds so well manicured with beach chairs and lounge chairs set out daily. Clean spacious and well Furnished, loved the balcony furniture for watching the rolling waves and whale watching! An amazing and a most comfortable bed we enjoyed the best restful sleeps. Kitchen very modern and high end appliances, well Stocked with all necessities. The fridge in the lobby had extra items if needed. Friendly staff and Resort Concierge was so accommodating helping us in booking tours. Several owners on the property to give us pointers on best places to go /eat. Mostly couples so was so peaceful. All main roads are so very accessible for sightseeing and getting to other beaches and shops. ABC store and fresh farmers market across the street with everything you may need! Loved it!! Coming back.

Awesome week on Maui

We have family on Maui so have visited dozens of times over the years and stayed in dozens of condos. This condo was definitely one of our favorites. Kihei Beach is in a great central location to anywhere you'd want to go on the island. Angelina was great to work with and very accommodating allowing us to get in early and check-out late on our last day. The condo has everything you could possibly need to make meals if you like, chairs and a cooler for the beach and the 2 bathrooms were and added bonus as was having ABC store right across the street as well as the best shave ice on the island, Bed was super comfy and bathrooms looked newly done, Having someone greet us and explain how everything worked was a nice touch. Only negative was the dryer. We couldn't get it to stay on for more than 5 minutes, Even with that said I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. We'll definitely be back again. Sugar Beach Fun

We've stayed at this property before, in a different unit. #207 was our selection this trip. We found the condo to be very clean and well organized. Many pluses, including the view from the balcony, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Comfort was a problem, though. The master bed was a memory foam mattress that is worn out. And it sits so low it is hard to get out of in the morning. The couch needs to be replaced. It's broken down and you roll to the middle when you sit. The chairs on the lanai are wooden and have pads, but get rather painful after a while. Everything else was in good shape, and it was nice to have W/D in the unit. Must do small loads only. All in all, we will stay again at KBR, just not in this unit.

Condo location doesn't get any better than this!

We stayed just a week but wished it could have been much longer! This was our first time to Maui and we made a very good choice on the condo and the whole holiday location! It was wonderful to sit on the lanai early mornings with a coffee and watch whales jumping right out in front of us - WOW! The condo is just the right size for us and had everything we could want. And the bed is awesome! The breeze coming right in off the ocean felt great! We really liked the location too as it is a nice quiet area but close enough to get anywhere in minutes and we enjoyed the farmers market right across the street too. The beach in front is nice to take long walks on to refresh and unwind. We rented a convertable and drove the road to Hana on a beautiful day....what a road I'll say! We also drove up to the crater Haleakala on a misty day which was very neat but a bit scary at times. The Tedeschi Winery down that way is worth checking out and the drive is beautiful....gotta love the taste of the 'Splash'...mmmmm! There is no shortage of beaches to choose from here that's for sure! We discovered just how big the waves can be at Makena Beach (also known as Big Beach) so beware! But the sand everywhere is wonderful. And our weather was perfect...88-90f every day. We bought food for breakfast at condo and some lunches to go from the market and ate out suupers in the evening. There are lots of great choices but if you want a good italian meal check out 'Aroma'. Cool Cats and The Big Wave make great lunch sandwiches too. We also very much enjoyed a whole morning on the 'Frogman 2' boat with a full 2 hours of snorkelling, 1 hr at Molokini and 1 hr at Turtle town, including morning treats and a great sandwich after on deck.....quite a deal! And we saw 3 turtles and lots of fish! The crew was great too. Our whole stay was wonderful....fun and relaxing and adventurous and new all at once! We'll probably come back and would surely consider staying at this condo again. We loved it! It very much help make our vacation most memorable! We miss the sound of the ocean already! Tolle Lage - Entspannung pur

Tolle Lage und super Blick. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Matratze ist sehr gut. Nur die Couch ist nicht so gut (durchgesessen). Zwei neue Bäder. Alles sehr sauber. Waschmittel, Geschirrspülmittel u d Raps für den Geschirrspüler werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Agentur steht immer zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

After going through the strict COVID protection protocol at the airport & standing in line for an hour, walking into this condo really lifted our spirits and rejuvenated my husband & I! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The 2 tv's were set to Hawaiian music stations and were playing lovely Hawaiian music. The drapes on the patio doors were pulled all the way back, revealing the beautiful view of the ocean from our patio. The AC was on, not freezing cold, but just right. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we would have at home. Everything about that condo was welcoming & there was no detail missed! It was our home away from home & we will be back!

Everything was great!

The only thing was the lady who checked us in didn't send the welcome text until after we went to wrong place, not her fault but would've saved a lot of grief, then she was not informative at all. Didn't tell us to register vehicle, (got towing notice is how we found out), had to ask where trash was then found BBQ which we were also looking for. Then think she wanted a tip? Was strange. The dryer wasnt draining but just took clothes home. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed, loved it and the resort and beach!!!!!!! We will return we think and usually never go anywhere twice! Girls at end of stay very helpful, got an extra late checkout, was very nice!!!! Very on top of emails!

Everything was perfect

The overall experience was incredible. Manny met us as soon as we arrived. He was so nice and helpful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We stayed in room#207. The room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The view from the lanai was amazing. You are literally just steps from the sand and it is a true oceanfront view. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful Maui

Kihei Beach Condo has a central location on the island that allows easy access to all the wonderful activities Maui offers. The condo offers a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. It is clean clean and very nicely appointed. Would highly recommend for any couple looking for a getaway!

A stones throw away from the beach and water.....

Only wish that the property management would have gone over the use of the dishwasher and dryer. Could not get these two to cooperate what so ever. Ended up washing dishes daily by hand (no big deal) but could not "keep" the dryer on to dry our clothes or towels. Ended up using the Lanai but not on the railings. Disturbed that the Exterminator came in while I was in the shower, ( I did not hear him knock and my husband was on the lanai) of course he apologized profusely but it still happened. Property Management should advise us in advance that the monthly spraying will be done during our visit. this is why it did not get 5 stars. Location is close to "downtown" Kihei 2-3 miles and right across the street is an ASBC market, Sugar Beach bakery, Expensive Farmer's Market (small) and a Shaved Ice place...so that was convenient. Over all, yes we would stay here again, lovely accommodations. We were there last week in July and there was a heat wave....could hardly use the Lanai because it was too hot, no breeze....the way the Lanai sits, you are protected by the building next to you. Paddle fan on Lanai would be perfect.

Perfect getaway

We came back to Maui after 40 years to celebrate our anniversary and retirement. This condo was perfect: close to everything, had all the comforts of home, and right on the water. We’ll be back for sure.

We have been vacationing on Maui for many years and have found ourselves returning to the Sugar Beach area time and again. We love walking and jogging on the pristine beach, floating on the gentle surf, and taking in the fabulous sunsets. We chose to purchase a condo at Kihei Beach because it is a low density, quiet, relaxing and friendly resort. You are literally steps from the sand and that was important to us. We also enjoy the beautifully manicured grounds, palm trees, and pretty pool area. We also appreciate the convenience of a quick walk to a local Farmer's Market and ABC store. We are happy to share our little piece of paradise with you and hope you will enjoy the condo and location as much as we do.
