Real Escapes Properties ist stolz darauf, diese professionell eingerichtete, geräumige Eigentumswohnung mit drei Betten, drei und einem halben Bad anbieten zu können. Diese dreistöckige Endeinheit der Demere Moss Town Homes befindet sich in großartiger Lage - in der Nähe des Strandes und des Viertels Pier Village.

Die erste Etage des Demere Moss # 20 ist eine Doppelgarage. Außerhalb der hinteren Treppe finden Sie eine Sitzecke mit einem Propangrill. Wenn Sie die Treppe zur zweiten Ebene hinaufsteigen, befinden Sie sich im Hauptwohnbereich dieser gut ausgestatteten Einheit. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Gästetoilette. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im 2. Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch. Dieses helle und luftige Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen TV, einen Deckenventilator und einen eigenen Balkon.

Die dritte Etage verfügt über einen zweiten Wohnbereich mit bequemen Sofas, doppelten Deckenventilatoren und Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Am Kopfende der Treppe befindet sich eine große Waschküche mit zusätzlicher Ablagefläche, ein Waschbecken, ein Bügelbrett, ein Bügeleisen sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe. Rechts neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad, das zur Wahrung der Privatsphäre geschlossen oder von der Höhle aus geöffnet werden kann. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem eigenen Bad. Die gesamte Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bereit für Sie und Ihre Familie!

It is a great retreat for guests since it has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bath, with a separate family room. (Upstairs TV was not connected during our stay, as requested.) The main floor has the Master bedroom with a small balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. Garage area is quite large for storing cars, bikes, etc. Furnishings are comfortable with wonderful beds and linens. We always feel at home here and plan on visiting every winter as long as possible.

Real Escapes and the town home owner had thought of every detail. The home is beautiful, and the description we read on VRBO did not hold a candle to our actual experience! The beds were so comfortable, the linens were high quality and abundant. The 2+ car garage was a great landing spot for all of our sandy beach gear. We had plenty of room for 2 cars, our trailer and golf cart and we still had room to spare. The location of the condo allowed the directional challenged people (me) get to the beach, village, and grocery without worry. My husband commented often that the town home was so comfortable that other than going to the beach...he had little desire to leave! I know the rest of the family felt the same. We hope to stay at Demere Moss for our next SSI stay!

The only 2 issues the property had were that the linens smelled terrible and the microwave is in need of replacing.Regarding the linens; it was obvious that they had been left in the washer and smelled moldy. I had to do a cleaning cycle on the clothes washer and then re-wash all the towels that I wanted to use to get rid of the terrible smell.Regarding the microwave; the front of the microwave was falling off. The unit was still usable, but it is definitely time to replace it.
