Öffnen Sie die Tore zu Ihrem privaten gepflasterten Innenhof und betreten Sie dieses charmante historische Haus, Circa 1900 wird Platz für bis zu 8! Die Treppe hinauf zur überdachten Veranda, wo es zu einem offenen Wohn- / Ess- und Küchenbereich führt. Die Küchentür führt auf die zweite überdachte Veranda, die zum großen gepflasterten Innenhof führt! Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses mit eigenem Bad.

Circa 1900 befindet sich mitten in St. Augustins historisches Viertel. Nur wenige Schritte von Antiquitätenläden, Essen und allen möglichen Attraktionen entfernt. Innerhalb von Blöcken ist das Castillo de San Marcos, Ripleys glauben es oder nicht, der Jungbrunnen, Francis Field Ereignisse, das alte Gefängnis und viel mehr.

Diese Lage ist auch in der Nähe zum Angeln, mit dem Pier Vilano nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Viele Orte, an denen Sie Ihr Boot anlegen oder eine Charter mieten können. Crescent Beach liegt im Süden ein paar Meilen für diejenigen, die sich an einem ruhigen Strand entspannen wollen oder sich den Menschenmengen auf der St. Augustin Strand. Viele Möglichkeiten!

Beautiful property

The house is very well appointed and has almost everything one needs. The decor is beautiful and the location was within walking distance to nearly all the sites. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to stay in this house again!!!

Historic walk about

All good, we love the town. This spot was perfectly located to walk everywhere. The main road does present traffic noise, but we brought dogs and like to get going early anyway. Easy trade off for us. Cute house. Ty for having us.Cute

Not what I thought it was

Communication with the manager was great but the house had lots of issues since we arrived, (we arrived Wednesday) 1. The bathroom sink was clog ( they repair on Friday ) 2. Microwave not working (they came to change it in Saturday at 11 am 3. The kitchen sink was having issues too ( the repair of Friday ) 4. The AC was unable to manage we just leave it and it was extremely cold 5. The yard which was nice ( completely dark at night ) the yard did not have a light outside 5. The floors of the house were dirty Even though the manager was really nice and as soon as I emailed him he called me right away The problems of the house were there as soon as we arrived. We should be there to have a vacation and not to be dealing with things that should be checked before we arrived. Those stuff should be checked out before renters arrived not when we are there. I would not stay there anymore. Another thing I would like to let people know is the house provide very very little toilet paper just the one in the bathrooms which was used btw almost empty same with paper towel (1) just 1 only one bag trash for each bathroom and 1 for the trash. Also almost empty bottle of dish washer. I have to tell people to buy all those stuff before arriving to this house . I understand that they don’t have to have a ton but at least some bags for the trash and 4 or 5 toilet paper and paper towel and one decent size of soap to wash the dishes.

Lovely place

My wife and I stayed 4 days/nights during my nephew's wedding. Communication about access etc was great from the property manager. The place is walking distance of historic downtown and museum as well as a fenced in back yard where the dogs could roam. We both had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Large group and pet friendly

The location is centrally located to downtown and very close to the field where concerts are held. We enjoyed the music from the festival on the porch! Ample room for 3 adults, 2 teens and a dog. Clean, cute craftsman with modern amenities. We really enjoyed sitting in the back yard and fired up the little Weber for some burgers.

CIRCA 1900-St Augustine Rental

Excellent property for our trip to St Augustine. Circa 1900 was clean with all the amenities as stated. Convenient location, near Historical sites, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog - great to view the old homes and large trees.

Great home that allows pets

We loved the updated house and location. Very easy to walk downtown to restaurants and shopping. The backyard was great for the dog. The house is close to the road and traffic noise is very noticeable from the rooms in the evening. Great stay.

Great home and location

Great location! Within walking distance to the historic district. Home was comfortable and clean. Girls trip and we used all three bedrooms. We all showered in the master. Had a relaxing fire out back one evening which was a nice touch.

Great spot, convenience to downtown

We had a group of 5 stay at the property and just loved it. The convenience to downtown with all the shops and restaurants was great. We had some light sleepers in the group so the nearby train was tough for them. However, it didn’t bother me! Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent !!

The property was perfect for us and our dog, with the fenced in yard. Comfy bed too! Neighborhood was pretty and just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to lots of dining options and waterfront views. Short Lyft rides to other restaurants as well. Overall this ended up being a perfect selection.

This home is in the heart of the St. Augustine historic district. Easy walk to all major sites. Short drive over bridge to beaches. Exactly what I was looking for. The home has a comfortable layout. Nice size bedrooms. Nice shower in Master. Clawfoot tub a guest bath for kids. Tastefully furnished, creating a sense of calm. When I visit St Augustine again, I would want to stay here.

Getaway with friends

The house was clean inside. The bathroom with the tub is not practical for an older adult to get in and out of . The tub did not have a standard stand up shower it had a handheld shower nozzle not very practical. The location was within walking distance to town for us.. It was close to the main highway so traffic noise was loud but didn’t keep us up after a long day at the beach or shopping! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Cozy St Aug neighborhood

3 couples, 3 bedrooms, lots of room! Gathered to visit at a big dining room table! We all used the walk in shower rather than try the legged bathtub! Beautiful bathrooms, slept well. Took the hop on tram tour to see what we wanted to do! That worked well! Left our cars at the fountain of youth all day! So much to see-lots of walking! Nice stay!

Perfect location

Location of home is within walking distance of most of the historical district, so we never had to use our car except to go to the beach. We had 5 adults, so there was plenty of room for all. The only regret was not bringing any firewood for the firepit out back!
