Beach House Bliss

Such a wonderful property! Less than 5 min walk to beach and pool directly across from unit as well as on the beach. Beach supplies and bikes were such a great amenity to have. The back porch was equipped with lots of seating making it a perfect spot for meals and relaxing. Absolutely loved the unit and will be renting in the future.

Great location!

Great location, lots of room to spread out whether in the dining and living area or on the porch outside. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Family was happy to find beach chairs and a wagon for our trip across the street to the beach.

Definitely staying here again!

Great condo

Great 3 story condo WITH AN ELEVATOR which made hauling luggage and groceries up to the second floor so easy. Unit is NOT on the beach but across the street - no ocean view. Two pools and easy access to the beach. Lots of chairs, floaties, umbrellas, etc. kitchen is well stocked but could use a couple hot pads/mitts. Good value for the money. We had a clogged bathtub drain on arrival and maintenance fixed it quickly.

Ideal Location with All Amenities!

This rental unit is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a wonderful week getaway. It was close to the pool and beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. There were lawn chairs on the beach for us to watch the beautiful sunset each night. Perfectly located!

Great place!

This condo was fantastic for our stay! There were beach chairs and toys available for us to use and they came in handy since those items are hard to travel with. The condo was very roomy and we didn't feel cramped. We were all able to fit comfortably at the dinner table and on the patio. Overall, it was a great stay!

Loved this property a lot!

We loved this property! The location was excellent; so close to the beach and even closer to the pool. The townhouse had everything we needed and space for all of us. We especially loved the sunroom - so comfy and cozy, even during a rainstorm! Plenty of beach toys and chairs available too, the kids loved picking different toys and floats to try.

Location, Location, Location!

Location, location, location!!! This is a fabulous property located walking distance to the beach, bay and pool. It had all of the amenities you could need on your AMI vacation and more! The furnishings have been updated beautifully so it's even better than the pictures! I'd definitely rent again!

Wonderful townhouse in a great location!

Our family of 4 just had a wonderful stay at this townhome! The location is great...within walking distance (either by beach or sidewalk) of restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach is just across the street, and the pool is steps outside of the front door. We loved the oversized shower in the master bath. All of our needs were met, with lots of great beach toys in the garage, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We can't wait to go back next Spring!

Perfect size and location

A nice property that has what we need for a lovely vacation

Towels plenty and nice ones, beach supplies were very plentiful. Wagon great to have. Beach towels plenty for 8 like beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked but not with seasonings. Beds were great and anything we needed communication was available and responded quickly.

The condo was great. Just as pictured. Nicely updated & very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was right in front of this condo which made it great for running back to make lunch. A short walk to the beach, & what a beautiful beach! Not crowded in May. Highly recommend this condo.

A perfect Florida wedding

We just completed our stay at the lovely home of Aleta and Marcel and could not be happier with our experience. The home is beautifully furnished (especially the new Home Theatre system, thanks Marcel) and centrally located. The pool is just outside the unit and the beautiful beach is just across Gulf Boulevard. The owners are easy to reach by phone and were quite helpful. We will definitely schedule our next Florida visit to this home and recommend it highly.

Fabulous week with friends

I had a fabulous week with my group of friends at Bradenton Beach Club 225! The condo is adorable, impeccably clean and laid out for entertaining. The location across from the pool and steps away from the beach and the bay was fantastic. Within 2 minutes we able to walk to see both the sunrise over the water in the am and the sunset at night. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals, even a grill! The furniture was stunning and comfortable. I will stay there again!

Location can't be beat!

Our family of six were comfortable here. There are six chairs at the dining table as well as six chairs in the screened lanai. Location can't be beat! You can see the beach from the lanai and master bedroom. The free trolley stops nearby on both the north and south routes. There's a working elevator to help you get your items up and down the stairs. Bedrooms are spacious Closets are large The garage is HUGE and comes stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

We would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a perfect week and the location played an important role in that. The house was well equipped with a variety of beach items. The beach access was ideal. The pool was directly across from this unit. In addition, the bayside boardwalk was an easy step away as well. We could enjoy sunrises on the bayside and sunsets on the gulf side. It was easy to stop back for afternoon siestas away from the heat. The area of the beach seemed less busy than other spots, too. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. 5 stars all around. The user guide was very informative, and access into the unit was simple for multiple people with the key lock. The management was accessible via text and we were thankful for the built-in damage waiver as we had a minor accident with something breaking in the house, but it was covered by the security damage fee. It felt like everything was thought of in advance on how to make a rental an easy part of the vacation. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Unit Needs some attention.

Have stayed at this property many times and this unit the past two years. That being said unit definitely needs some attention Ice maker has not worked since the last year we stayed, came and tried fixing it this last time but still fills up inside and have to open door to retrieve ice. Living room had large water stain in living room, living room light did not work. Maintenance came and could not fix. Blinds on patio broken( maintenance could not fix, will need to be replaced) Toaster was broken ( did bring us a new one) No pot holders (did bring us some) Our master had no pillow cases or any extra ( had to bring us 6 of them) Had to bring us toilet paper Jacuzzi never worked the 8 days we were there Shower head in master was leaking, spraying everywhere and had to be tightened by husband. No stop behind the front door was broken off Hose outside unit needed o ring spraying everywhere when turned on( maintenance did fix) My family also rented out the penthouse (Key) Unit too was not cleaned well. This property with a $1100. Plus association fee I feel needs some attention to detail. This unit is very accommodating and nice overall Just needs some TLC

OUR TIME IN PARADISE

HAVING WORKED IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITH EXTENSIVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE THIS PROPERTY IS OF TRULY OUTSTANDING QUALITY. THE OWNERS HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING AND THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS REALLY IMPRESSIVE. THIS WAS A FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH MY HUSBAND, MOTHER OF 79 AND TWO BOYS AGED 11 AND 3 AND HALF. THE PROPERTY IS PERFECTLY POSITIONED FOR THE POOL ACROSS A VERY SAFE LITTLE ROAD WHICH IS PART OF THE CUL-DE-SAC WHERE THE PROPERTY IS POSITIONED. IT IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES STROLL TO THE PRIVATE BEACH OR PIER WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH THE WILDLIFE AND DOLPHINS. THE BEACH ALSO OFFERS JETSKIS FOR HIRE (95 DOLLARS FOR ONE HOUR). ANNA MARIA ISLAND APPEARS AT FIRST TO HAVE LITTLE GOING ON, BUT THAT COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. FROM LOVELY RESTURANTS THAT CATER FOR ALL BUDGETS, WITH VARIED CHOICE ( GREAT SEA FOOD OF COURSE ) TO NUMEROUS LITTLE BARS WHICH ARE SLEEPY OR MUSICAL TO SUIT EACH AND EVERYONES TASTE. THERE ARE LOVELY LITTLE SHOPS WITH DIFFERENT ITEMS TO BUY ALTERNATIVELY YOU ARE IN EASY REACH OF THE MALLS, HYPERMARKETS OR PHARMACIES. THERE IS A FREE SHUTTLE BUS THAT CAN TAKE YOU AROUND THE ISLAND TO WHALE AND DOLPHIN WATCH OR SIMPLY SIGHTSEE/SHOP. WITH ACCESS TO A CAR YOU CAN EASILY GET TO SARATOSA OR LONGBOAT ISLAND (BOTH WORTHY OF A VISIT), EVEN TAMPA ITSELF IS ACCESSIBLE. THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY HAVE PUT TOGETHER A BRILLANT PORTFOLIO OF SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT YOU COULD DO. HOWEVER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING, THE BALCONY OF THIS PROPERTY IS A LOVELY PLACE TO SIT AND RELAX. WE STAYED HERE AFTER A HECTIC WEEK IN THE PARKS OF ORLANDO AND THERE REALLY COULD BE NO BETTER WAY OF RECHARGING BEFORE THE UNFORTUNATE BUT INEVITABLE RETURN TO THE RAT RACE. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING IN THIS AREA LOOK NO FURTHER. BOOK IT AND COUNT DOWN THE DAYS TO SUPERIOR QUALITY IN PARADISE.
