Keep your boat at the deep water boat slip. Play Marco Polo with the kids in the 19 ft long, 5ft deep swim spa can be set at hot or cool, or do laps against its two swim current speeds. Sip cocktails in the jetted seats at night with its fountains and colorful "disco lights" . Or stay dry and roast marshmallows over the firepit (with wood provided.)
And then there is the house! Inside it's beautifully furnished coastal style with water views from almost every room. The main living room is surrounded by deck with comfortable seating to play games or watch TV. The gourmet kitchen looks out to it so the cooks aren't left out of the fun. It's a gourmet kitchen with 2 sinks & 2 dishwashers & 2 ovens, and both gas & induction cooking. Blender, juicer, mixer,, toaster, coffee grinder, coffee and k-kup maker as well as spices are provided. There's an eating bar for quick lunch for the kids or dinner at the the antique oak floorboard dining table surrounded by windows. The large 2nd entry/laundry room off the kitchen provides lots of space for coats, shoes, and extra stuff you bring.
The 1st floor master suite has access to the deck often has moonlight views of the water. With its King 4 poster bed with gas fireplace (winter months only)and French doors to the marble bath with his and her vanities, bidet and glass shower, you can even watch the fireplace or the creek from the jetted soaking tub.
Upstairs is the Queen ensuite 2nd master suite with beautiful views to the water. There is an office/art studio connected by to it by French door in case you need someplace private to work.The 3rd orange bedroom has a Queen bed and connecting bath to the 4th bedroom with 2 double beds.
All quality linens, towel,swim spa towels are included. 5 kayaks and 4 bikes are included. Firewood is included. Some life vests are included, but you should try to bring your own too to ensure fit.
The dock is yours to use while you are here. ( Owner’s boat may be in one slip). Dock has 30 & 50 amp power and water one slip. And facedock with 6’ depth. It also has crabpots for you to use.
And your Fido might be included- we will need to discuss it's size, breed and training.
