Wunderschönes, zentral gelegenes Zweifamilienhaus auf der Strandpromenade. Diese Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zweieinhalb Bädern befindet sich direkt am Meer in der Strandpromenade von Mission Beach.

Mit: Hauptgeschoss mit Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, alle mit Blick auf das Meer und Terrasse auf 2 Ebenen außerhalb der Schiebetüren des Wohnzimmers. 2nd Level Master-Schlafzimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer; direkter Zugang zum Meer; fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, Kirschbaum gebeizte Ahornmöbel mit Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Snackbar mit drei Hockern; Kalksteinboden; Badezimmer mit Granit und Steinböden; Geteiltes Badezimmer für 2. und 3. great house in amazing location!

We spent a week at the house and couldn't have been more happy with the stay! The house was spacious and very private, despite it being one of two residences in the building. Patio backed right to the boardwalk and the beach for fun people watching and beautiful sunsets. Walkable in both directions to shops and restaurants, including Belmont Park. Would definitely stay again!

Great beach location

Property needs TLC and a good cleaning crew. All kitchen pots, pans need replacing. A working can opener is a must. The outdoor grill needs to be replaced.

Fantastic!!!

My sister and I met here with our kids and have a wonderful time. It is in a perfect location and the fact that it is orange help to you to find out when you’re walking up and down the strand. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils and when I have a problem with the sink, the owner had the maintenance man come ride out to fix it. I will definitely stay here again, it is a very fair price and providedThe perfect environment for the gang to get together.

The property is perfect. It is right on the boardwalk facing Mission Beach. Kitchen was big all the rooms were big. Loved loved loved it. The couch downstairs is old needs TLC. Owner was very responsive. We got a lot of stares and comments on the house color but it was easy to find when you walked the beach or boardwalk. I will plan on staying here in the near future. Host was very responsive. Area absolutely perfect everyone in my family had something to do, swim, bike, skateboard, rollerblade or just walk. The boardwalk filled with people. Great for people watching. Ocean view from balcony was amazing. Beds were comfortable and clean. Cons: tiny garage. Mid size suv barely made it. The basic home was clean (beds floors countertops, but all the windows facing the water were broken and the outside of the building was kind of dated in need of upkeep. More pros: close to everything San Diego zoo La Jolla cove too many to list Overall was a wonderful time in a family oriented safe environment. Mission Beach is definitely where it’s at

May on the Beach

We loved our week on the beach in this bright beauty! While the weather was unseasonably cool, we were able to open the patio doors and still enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and boardwalk. The house was well-equipped. We especially appreciated the beach toys and amenities provided for young children. There were some areas of wear, but that's to be expected when you're this close to the salt water and wind. You may consider putting a deadbolt or sliding lock on the front door. My two-year-old quickly learned he could exit without supervision. We were always watching closely, but that made me a bit nervous. Overall, we loved our stay and would hesitate to visit again.

Great Place!

This board walk property fit my expanded family perfectly. My family and I (8 of us) have been staying on the boardwalk for our annual January staycation for the past 10 years. We have stayed in a couple different properties and this one was the best price and fit. We do all our own cooking, the kitchen was well equipped, and big enough to fit a few people. There was plenty of seating at the dining room table and the living room. There’s a wonderful area outside to sit that is elevated above the boardwalk so you can see everything, everyone and the beautiful sunsets. There were only two drawbacks that I can think of, but definitely not deal breakers. The unit above, if there’s people in it, can be very noisy. The gals that stayed above us were relatively quiet, but we could hear chairs moving and toilet flushing. The other thing was that the windows were not cleaned before our visit. One of the perks this place has is the tandem garage. Parking at the beach is at a premium and hard to find at times. I was able to fit my SUV, with a little help from my friends, and all of our bikes were secured inside. Overall, my family and I have a greed that we will be staying here again!

Location, location, location. That’s what you are paying for with this house. Honestly, the location could not be better. The beds were comfortable. Rooms spacious. The three bikes were a nice convenience. Spacious kitchen too. But the house is worn out and dirty. The furniture is old, ripped, and stained. The windows/screens are filthy. The sliding glass door’s seal is broken so condensation prevents being able to see out the glass. I’ve stayed in at least three dozen VRBOs and I’ve never been charged a $5,000 damage deposit. I went along w the deposit because I thought maybe I was getting an amazing house. Wrong!! I guess the deposit is for location. Anyway, if location is what you are looking for and can get past the dirty, worn out and tired interior then this place is great. Oh, and if the third floor is being rented and they have small children running around at 5am or an insomniac moving chairs at 3am then prepare to be woken up. You can hear every little noise coming from the third floor apartment. BTW, the beach is amazing in this area and the lime scooters are a must do.

Average Beach House

The location is obviously wonderful and we really enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk, etc. Check-in was easy, no issues at all with the management, and the house itself is lovely and well laid out. Our issue is the poor quality of the furnishings. The living room furniture (aside from one couch) is really uncomfortable and no one wanted to sit in there. The 3 single beds are way below standard as well; loud, creaky and uncomfortable, only suitable for young kids. Broken boogie boards, rusty old beach chairs and a very tired outside couch all could be upgraded to make this a really great beach house and worth the money.We did appreciate the BBQ (with gas!) and the long garage where we were able to get 2 smaller cars to fit, a big bonus in Mission Beach.

Always Amazing

We stayed in this property last year and this year, the same week. We love it here! The BBQ was broken when we arrived which was unfortunate, but it was replaced at the end of our week. Overall the home is very clean, and has the perfect layout for families. We love being able to sit on the patio and watch the kiddos play on the sand.

Sleeping woes

The location is unbeatable. House was very clean. The only issue was there were people above us and it sounded like they were falling through the ceiling. This was all day and into the evening and again at 7am. You couldn't nap, watch a show or go to bed early. Other than wanting a good night's sleep, the place was great!

Beach Living at its finest

Our Family vacation couldn't have found a better place to stay at. Unit is spacious, well stocked, has an amazing view. Beds were above average, pillows were very good. Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedroom with 3 twin beds and the bedroom with a full bed was great! Kids and their bathroom was out of sight from thier parents. The door in their bathroom to allow a person to use the toilet and shower and another use the sink was very helpfull. Would recommend 10 out of 10 and if we are back we'll book this exact unit. Garage is fairly large, but the garage door is small. Its also a tight alley that requires some maneuvering to get a vehicle in and out of the garage.

We LOVE San DIego. The weather is almost always sunny and warm (we are originally from Minnesota :). The location of the condo is perfect for relaxing, enjoying family time or getting a great bike ride or walk in. Access to casual eateries or upscale dining - the diversity of activities - entertainment and dining makes San Diego our home away from home.

Brand new completely remodeled! Beautiful inside and best beach location -far enough north of Belmont to not have crowds but still within walking distance of everything around.
