Ein wunderbarer Ort für Familien, um sich zu treffen. Direkt am Eingang der Miami University gelegen, sind Sie nah an allen Aktivitäten, haben aber einen privaten, ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen. Genießen Sie ein Glas Wein draußen auf der hinteren Terrasse, die bequem genug ist, um die ganze Nacht zu sitzen und zu reden, oder ein paar Holzklötze auf das Feuer werfen und die großen Schaukelstühle und den großen privaten eingezäunten Garten genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind für einen ruhigen Raum und Komfort mit allem Luxus wie zu Hause ausgelegt.

The host was prompt and helpful in responding to messages during our stay, and the property is very clean and well maintained. We had our dog with us, so the fenced in backyard was a great feature. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Miami campus. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Oxford

The house was in a perfect location and had all the comforts of home. The host was very accomodating and the beds were comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay. Close to Miami of Ohio

It is a clean house. Very close to Miami of Ohio. It has all the amenities, TV in every room, Air conditioning, Wifi, Coffee maker, pretty much everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

Had a great time here, everything was as listed and the back patio was fun! Very close to downtown and far enough away to be quiet. Would recommend here again!

Cozy Stay

We all loved this cozy little house for a snowy swim weekend in Oxford. Very convenient to swim center and town, without being in town. Very well equipped house, everything needed was there. Plenty of cooking utensils. Very warm, easily sleeps 8. Great hot showers. Would definitely book this house again.

College getaway

Great location for visiting family attending Miami! Fenced yard a plus for traveling with dogs. House is old but decorated nicely. Owners are very responsive and truly want to do all they can to make your stay enjoyable - for example, multiple tvs with guest access.

Great family stay

We stayed for a weekend to see our son in a competition and brought our dogs. Yard was fenced (has a shed / fire pit) and while the house was old it was clean, decorated well and had everything we needed. It’s on a major road but we did not notice the noise. Beds had extra padding and bathrooms were up to date.

The house was clean on the inside but yard maintenance was very poor. Grass had not been cut in months and deck was dirty. FYI- upstairs tub drained poorly and tub floor was very slippery. Also recommend that there would be an instruction sheet on TV , appliances, etc. Location was perfect for our visit

Hockey trip

We came to Oxford for our sons playing hockey. The house location is perfect to downtown and the university. The house is clean and has a lot of items you will use to cook. The host answers questions promptly. I would stay again if I would have another trip to Oxford.

Fantastic property to stay at!

Really a wonderful house and wonderful owners. We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to MU campus, nice yard for our dog, first floor bedroom for my 84 year old mother. What a gem! Clean as can be with very comfortable beds. One in our group said that she now knows that she needs a new mattress at home since she hasn't slept that well in years. Thank you to the amazing owners! We look forward to returning when we can enjoy the very cute 3 season room - a little too cold this time but we were tempted to hang out there simply because it's so inviting!!

Weekend in Oxford

The house location was great. Just out of town, but only minutes to the University. We were able to bring our dog, due to the backyard being fenced in, which was great. The house was clean, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was awesome. It would be nice to have a few more essential amenities, such as condiments, and cooking/baking essentials. We did feel that the property was overpriced, as it is an older home, with not a lot of recent updates.

Great House!

We enjoyed our time at the rental, very clean and bright, plenty of room, very nicely decorated and everything you need (except a hand mixer, I brought my antique hand mixer and big whisk from home to make Christmas goodies to take to my niece. The location was nice but my youngest dog ran out the front door and luckily I got to him before he became road pizza. Very busy high speed road.The kids were grateful for the smoking porch, I was grateful for everyone having a good time & being happy. I’ll be moving to the area in 2025 so I enjoyed visiting an area I’ve never been to before.

Good place to stay

We wanted to be close to the university, and this house was very close. It made it very convenient to get to and from a swim meet requiring several trips a day. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Owner made sure we had paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee. The little basket of snacks was a nice token. Only suggestion I have is there were not many mixing or serving bowls and baking dishes. We needed to cook for the weekend and did not find these items in the kitchen. Oh yes, the fenced in yard was so nice. Thanks you for allowing our dogs. We were respectful of the property and appreciated the clean house when we arrived and we left it in good condition. Thank you for having us.

Truly a wonderful private and quiet place for families to gather. Located right before the entrance of Miami University. You are close to all the action, but have a secluded, calm place to unwind. Kickback and enjoy listening to nature outside on the back patio or around the fire pit, with a private large fenced in yard. Inside the bedrooms are designed for a peaceful serene space, five star comfort with all the luxuries of home. 1 mile from Goggin and Rec Center. Alumni owned and operated.
2 story farmhouse with very large fenced in yard and spacious layout inside the home for large families to spread out and enjoy time together or relax in their own separate quarters, also large screened in patio and a deck to enjoy the peacefulness.
This home has a living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances, basement, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Almost all updates in the house in every room including new furniture, tvs, beds and linens!

NOTICE: No parties, gatherings or any people other than approved guests who are the registered number of guests staying on the property, for liability insurance purposes- this is important. We have outside cameras and our neighbors will alert us if we see more than the guests registered arriving at the home. The police will be notified immediately. No underage drinking or drugs of any sort! This is a quiet, family, peaceful, retreat and not meant for parties and carrying on of any sort! This will not be tolerated!

Come enjoy the patio room! Enjoy relaxing in the hammock chair and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature! It’s the best place to be to get away from it all at the end of the day or waking up with your morning coffee!!

Large forest to the right with complete privacy and we have added a double layer fence to the only neighbor that lives a whole lot in between so you'll never hear or see anyone and get the peace and privacy you deserve during your stay.

Writers desk with plenty of space to work and a rolly chair that is height adjustable. Monitor will be there for your use with usb cable. Great place to watch the kids and work or watch Netflix and get a few things done online.

If you’re looking for comfort our beds are the most luxurious and plush!! We even have 3 inch gel toppers on most beds for added maxed out plush softness to soothe the aching body at the end of a hard day!
