Entzückendes, komplett renoviertes und renoviertes Cottage in der historischen Innenstadt von Englewood. Erleben Sie "Old Florida" vom Feinsten in dieser ruhigen Umgebung. Cottage befindet sich in einer Wohngegend und zurück von der Straße entfernt. Sie können den Komfort in dieser komplett renovierten Einheit genießen oder draußen auf unserer abgeschirmten Veranda entspannen.

Nur wenige Minuten von Geschäften und Restaurants der Dearborn Street entfernt. Nur zwei Meilen von den herrlichen Stränden von Manasota Key.

Unser Eigentum ist ideal für Bootsfahrer und Fischer! Wir sind nur eine halbe Meile von der Sunrise Bootsrampe und Park in Lemon Bay. Unsere große Auffahrt wird mehrere Autos und Ihre Bootsanhänger aufnehmen. 4 Minuten nördlich und südlich der Immobilie gibt es mehrere öffentliche Bootsrampen. Wir sind tierfreundlich (nach Zustimmung des Inhabers - bitte teilen Sie uns Ihr Haustier mit!).

Dieses Cottage im klassischen Stil verfügt über eine brandneue Küche, ein Bad, Fenster, einen Fußboden und eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Ruhige Nachbarschaft mit großem eingezäunten Garten.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 43-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen 39-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein ausziehbares Bett, das in zwei Einzelbetten für zwei Personen zieht.

Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Essen und Getränke sowie alle Speisen und Utensilien zuzubereiten. Auch in der Küche enthalten: Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls in der Unterkunft enthalten.

Das Haus ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Bettwäsche und Decken ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich und in jedem der beiden Schlafzimmer gibt es Deckenventilatoren. Kostenlose Highspeed-WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Kühler stehen für Ausflüge zum Strand zur Verfügung.

Jeder Gast erhält einen personalisierten Code für den schlüssellosen Zugang, der für die Dauer seines Aufenthalts gültig ist. Check-in ist 15:00 Uhr und Check-out ist 10:00 Uhr.

Great Location Close to Beaches

Clean, newly renovated cottage with charming historical touches and modern conveniences, close to downtown Englewood and beaches. We enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere, walking through Lemon Bay Park, and attending the events in town. Owners are professional, conscientious and responsive.

Cute Clean Comfortable Convenient

Lovely cottage, beautifully redone with all the comforts of home! It's in a quiet neighborhood, private setting yet within walking distance to parks,shops, restaurants, and only a few minutes to beautiful Manasota Key beaches. Englewood is now my favorite spot to visit on the Florida West Coast!

A quick family getaway

Our daughter, son in law and our new born granddaughter had a great time at the Englewood cottage. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. John and Toby were very nice and easy to communicate with. Englewood is a great laid back beach town. They have nice beaches and an array of restaurants to please everyone.

Cute little place for a get away

Cute little cottage with lovely backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. The cottage kitchen was well supplied. The linens provided were very nice. The whole place was spotless. Just a short ride to a really nice beach and plenty of good restaurants. The only reason for the 1ating of 3 stars, is we did not receive the code ahead of time, BUT as soon as we called the owner, the issue was resolved quickly and plenty of follow up during our stay to confirm all was good.

Overall we had a very nice stay. Joe was incredibly responsive every time we called. The kitchen could have had a few more things we needed, like more cups ( which we bought and left) larger pots and more utensils. Other than that, it fit our needs.

Perfect family get away

This place is was a great place to stay! I loved the atmosphere of the cottage, it felt like home and our hosts went above and beyond. We really didn’t have to bring anything with us other than ourselves and some clothes, everything was provided. My son loved playing with the trucks and the beach toys and loved playing in the pool while my husband made dinner on the gas grill. Super close to the beach, just 5 miles away, you can’t get much closer. Shopping and amazing bbq close by. The hosts were in contact and easy to reach the whole time in case we needed anything. Thank you for the amazing accommodations! I hope we can come back soon!!

Super Cute!!

This place is perfect!!! So clean, very colorful and up to date. They even had coffee there from our favorite coffee shop in Englewood for us!! Convenient and quiet location. Yard is well maintained with beautiful hibiscus flowers. Nice grill, outdoor seating with covering for the sun, and they even had corn hole game set up! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect place, perfect location

Our stay in Englewood was absolutely perfect. The house was jut as it appeared in the listing. It had everything we needed, the art work on the walls was great and the location in Englewood couldn't be beat. Loved the neighborhood, went for walks with our dog each day. As we are planning to move to the gulf coast later this year, it really helped us get to know the area. We were even able to extend our visit by a day. The property manager were great to deal with, couldn't have made it an easier on us. And the coffee from a local coffee shop that was there in the kitchen was delicious and a nice added touch. We found the shop downtown and purchased some to bring home. All in all, a great week. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay there again.
