Our stay was perfect. One of the best hosts out there. Communication was key to our stay due to the impending hurricane. They had plans in place for us, with numerous options in case we would have been hit. They provided snacks, beverages, seasonings, the list goes on. The home was clean and neat. The outdoor space was picturesque, and the outdoor sinks and table allowed us to process the 9 gators we caught. Don't hesitate to book your stay. Just show up, they already took care of the rest.

Love staying at this house so much. The owner is the very best person I've ever worked with on any rentals I have dealt with ever! Very clean and has everything you need to make your stay great. I would highly recommend this house for your stay. I've stayed there at least 6 times and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The house was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. There were 7 of us, and we felt safe and comfortable. The best part is the host. He was very gracious, friendly, and hospitable. He is very accommodating and checked up on us making sure we had everything we needed. We had booked over a dozen VRBO rentals, and this is by far the best experience we had.

This was a great place for our family to stay. The cabin was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the dock and the canoes. The teens had fun fishing and crabbing! I would suggest plenty of bug spray- just goes with the territory!

We had such an incredible time at this picturesque location. We soaked up New Orleans and Baton Rouge, but cherished our family time together at this house. It is absolutely stunning and my teens loved crabbing and kayaking. We grilled steaks, roasted veggies, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and all slept well! The owners are extremely generous and thoughtful, communicating regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family and I had a great first visit to Louisiana. Property manager was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We didn’t have time to use all of the wonderful amenities.

This house and host are the best. Everything you could possibly want to have a great time. Beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. I think I’ve been here at least 5 times and would not stay anywhere else. Can’t go wrong.

Family getaway

We came to Slidell to visit family and stayed at this property. We loved it here. Great location to see wildlife and relax. We had an unexpected hiccup in our plans and the owners were very accommodating and willing to work with our schedule to get the most out of our stay. We highly recommend this property!
