Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal die Tür zu Ihrer Einheit im vierten Stock öffnen, stehen Sie vor einer Fensterwand in Ihrem Studio, die das Panorama der endlosen Wellen zeigt. Links beim Betreten befindet sich ein schönes Badezimmer mit einem schwimmenden Waschbecken aus Glas auf einer Granitplatte. Das andere Highlight Ihres Badezimmers ist die begehbare Fluss-Felsdusche mit einer Palme auf dem Glasschild. Vor der Tür gibt es genügend Stauraum für Ihre Koffer und Sachen.

Die Granitinsel ist mit einer gut ausgestatteten und schönen Küche ausgestattet, die einen Mikrowärmekonvektionsofen und alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner umfasst.

Das Studio ist geräumig und komplett ausgestattet mit einem 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV, einem wunderschönen Schreibtisch und Stuhl aus Wurzelholz aus Bali sowie einer brandneuen und außergewöhnlich komfortablen Couch. Das Kingsize-Murphy-Bett bietet den Komfort eines normalen Bettes und gleichzeitig den Wohnraum, den man normalerweise nur in Einheiten mit einem Schlafzimmer findet.

Diese Eigenschaft ist sehr nah am Wasser (ca. 40 Fuß!) und Sie können buchstäblich im 4. Stock sitzen oder sich in Ihr Bett legen, ohne dass jemand auf dem Boden etwas sehen kann. Die Tür und die Vorhänge sind vollständig geöffnet, und Sie können die Wellen am Strand direkt unter Ihrem Gerät genießen. Während der Buckelwalsaison können Sie auf Ihrer großen Veranda sitzen und die Naturshow direkt vor Ihnen genießen.

Am Ende einer ruhigen Straße bietet das Mahana Gelassenheit, die es in den hektischen Hotels am anderen Ende des Ka'anapali-Strandes nicht gibt, und dennoch sind außergewöhnliche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten bequem zu erreichen.

Wonderful location!

Our stay at Sue’s place was wonderful. Everything was just as expected and we couldn’t be happier. The condo had everything we needed for a Maui vacation. The location is perfect with great beaches and lots of turtles close by. The ocean front lanai made for beautiful mornings and spectacular sunsets. The perfect way to celebrate a special birthday!

Our stay at this property was amazing! The kitchen had everything you would need. The place was clean. It was quiet and peaceful with the most spectacular sunsets we’ve ever seen. We spent a week here and already talk about going back. It is paradise!

You stay here for the view

This was the 4th time I've stayed at the Mahana. The views can't be beat, all ocean front. This particular unit was not my favorite, the remodel is strange, bathroom glass shower wall allows water to spray bathroom floor, furniture is too large for space. Murphy bed is unnecessary and impractical for a studio space. I did appreciate the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided!

Impeccable view.

Just 4 floors up. You get to hear the waves all night and the view is amazing. You can see whales blowing out in the distance. A turtle or sea lion as well.

Best Trip Ever

This was the best vacation we have ever had! Staying at Sue's beachfront condo was one of the highlights of our trip. Falling asleep amd waking up to the sound of waves was so soothing. The views were stunning. We had breakfast on the lanai every day before we went on our adventures. We ate at the restaurant Duke's several times just for the ease of walking next door and the food was excellent. We loved being right on the ocean and walking back to have drinks on our lanai. It was spectacular. It was a great place to retreat to after all our adventures. Sue thought of everything and when we needed more supplies she got us some that afternoon. The only thing is they are still doing construction on the entire complex. We could hear work a few times that we slept in and had breakfast around 10 but it wasmt horrible. The waves drowned out the noise outside but definitely more noise if you stayed in unit. And the hot tub was down a few days but they got it running again. The location and views were top notch and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Sue for all the extra touches you made to the place and for such a fabulous stay. We can't wait for our next trip! Mahalo!

Very nice place and location

This studio was perfect for us. It was a good location to have home base. We relaxed in the morning made breakfast at our pace and then headed out for the day. Talked to the conceigre(sp) a few times, she was very knowledgeable. We were to busy to use any of the amenities, but they looked clean and other seem to enjoy them. Would stay here again

Great location

We love the location. The lanai overlooks the ocean and in fact we slept with the door open to listen to the ocean sounds. Within a short walk of grocery store, restaurants, bars, food trucks and coffee shops. Our only complaint was the lack of bathroom towels. Only had 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Also, there is no pickle ball equipment available as stated in the details. Front desk stated “due to COVID”. Have already talked about reserving it again!

Awesome Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in August 2022. The property was exactly as pictured and described and the details given by the owner were spot on. Easy to park, access, and enjoy! We had no problems so never needed to contact the owner but she gives lots of contact info. in case contact is needed. Planning on staying again in the future as the location was great, pool and hot tub were nice, beach boardwalk was romantic, and easy access to food!

A wonderful place to stay

First I’ll say that I love this unit and would stay here again. Great location with easy access to The boardwalk and Kaanapali beach. You can walk to the supermarket and a couple good restaurants across the street. Food trucks nearby are so-so. The unit is a little tight with the oversized desk but there’s everything you could want included. Snorkel sets, beach towels and chairs, binoculars, card games and a lot of kitchen items for cooking. Oil, spices, syrup, etc. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. Laundry is in the closet and we used it several times. So handy to have. One weird thing was when the wind blew hard (which it did the whole time we were there) the sliding glass door makes a moaning sound like a haunted house. But if you crack it open a bit, it stops. We used the fan most nights and it was perfect. Love waking up to a view of the water. Had our coffee on the deck every morning. Parking is free and the pool is never too crowded. You can walk a short distance down the beach and have excellent snorkeling. There’s some construction going on but only in the day and the crew is very friendly and respectful.

Exceptional Views

Our first time to Hawaii and we loved it. The Mahana complex is efficiently run, with friendly and helpful staff. It is situated very close to the ocean and has everything we needed for our stay. The location to the boardwalk was a nice bonus. Also we appreciated the quiet. The condo (412) was exactly as advertised with no surprises. It is small, but worked well for the two of us (12 nights). It has everything you need, including chairs, umbrellas and such for the beach. The condo is nice but the view on the balcony is exceptional. We would definitely stay at the Mahana again, but for a longer stay would probably look for a unit with a little more space.

Amazing!!

Sue is absolutely amazing! Anything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect, she provided. I'm talking everything from tons of towels, full kitchen, to snorkeling gear! The studio was VERY clean, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai! Sue was amazing with helping us and staying in contact the entire time, and we plan to come back and stay there again, as soon as we can! Thank you Sue for being so wonderful, and making us feel so much it home, that it was very hard to leave! Mahalo!

A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk, which goes for miles and leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door or one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment. There is direct ocean access and excellent snorkeling. The beach size varies greatly with the tides and season.
