We overall really enjoyed our stay. The property was cute and had excellent decor, bedding etc. very clean and had plenty of amenities. They had complimentary shampoo and conditioner as well. They is a problem with ants though, but the owner is trying to fix with exterminator and traps. Very responsive and kind owner. We did enjoy our stay.

Great little getaway

Cozy little house, chilly in the back bedroom/bathroom, but when you're only sleeping back there it's not a big deal! Loved the gas fireplace in the living room, it warmed the house up nicely. Close walk to everything from food to shopping! Hot tub was an added bonus!

Girls weekend

This was a nice place to stay. The only problem we had was ants in the hall bathroom, and the hall bathroom shower which had problems not spraying water everywhere (shower head is partially blocked by shelving too). I did try to let the owner know on our last day in the rental as I would also want to be told of issues like this, but never got a response. We ended up all using the master bathroom for the duration of our trip. Otherwise, the rental was just as shown online.

Great location for a Branson visit

We had a lovely getaway after dropping our son off at college. The house was as described. Old yet updated, this house was perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no dishwasher though.

This is a cute little house close to the landing. I loved the location and the private patio and hot tub. The cleaning was missed, but Janet was on it and took care of us to ensure we had a clean place to stay.

Amazing weekend!!

First off, the property manager was very helpful and let us check in earlier. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. It was the cutest place, close to everything that we wanted to see. We will absolutely stay at our little home away from home again soon!!!!

Cute Cottage in Branson

Cute, comfortable and cozy cottage in Branson. Perfect for my husband and I! Within walking distance of attractions, shopping and restaurants! Unfortunately, motor went out on hot tub so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Janet did inform us before our arrival date and apologized. She always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Nice location

Need to fix toilets they both run all the time. Maybe spray for ants and spiders. Enjoyed our stay and great location. Be back around Christmas season hopefully house is available.

Branson weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Peacock. It is a very small 2 bed, 2 bath, but was exactly what we needed. If you are planning to cook, there is very little counter space. The house is newly remodeled, except one bath. It is located close to downtown Branson, but is on a very quiet street. Very comfortable!

LOCATION WORTH EVERY PENNY

This is an older house, but it's clean and provides a nice stay close to everything. Not tic was clean and perfect for two. This is just a few minutes walk from the landing and basically right on main street. Host is responsive and pleasant to work with and provides a lot of items most don't. That was a nice surprise!

Great Sister Trip

My younger sister and I took a 3-day trip to Branson and enjoyed the Blue Peacock very much. It is close to most Branson shopping and shows yet feels quiet and private. Our only suggestion is that a little more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the outdoor deck area. It was obvious that the furniture and decking had not been cleaned recently, so that should be addressed in order to make that area more inviting. Other than that, though, this little house makes a great vacation getaway and a comfortable place to hang out between Branson excursions. We loved it!

Great location to Branson Landing

My husband enjoyed our weekend at The Blue Peacock property. Great location - quiet neighborhood. Felt private and safe. House was very clean. We only used the master bedroom - bed was comfortable and soft. Master bath very spacious and updated. Appreciated the toiletries provided. The hot tub/patio area was nice and relaxing after a day out exploring-perfect for two people. It would be nice to have some patio string lighting and a step stool for getting in/out of the hot tub. Kitchen well stocked for our needs - thankful for the coffee pot and provided coffee. Close enough that we were able to walk downtown for breakfast at one of local diners. Will definitely book The Blue Peacock for our next Branson trip.

My entire family came down with the flu the day before our trip. I emailed the owner to let her know we couldn’t come, and she said, ‘hope you feel better. No offer of a refund, or to reschedule. She simply took our money. Would not recommend this property at all.
