Hi, I’m Hannah, owner of Dream Life Properties! Originally from the island of Kauai, I’ve been lucky to call beautiful St. John home for the past 20 years. With a lifelong background in hospitality—including 13 years managing and selling timeshares at the Westin St. John—I know what it takes to help people feel welcome, relaxed, and at home in paradise.

I LOVE everything about island life: lazy beach days, early hikes in the hills, and sharing great meals at our incredible local restaurants. Whether you're here to explore the trails, swim in our turquoise waters, or simply unwind in the sunshine, I’m happy to share local tips to help make your stay unforgettable.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peace and privacy, while still being just a five-minute drive to Cruz Bay, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and all the island’s energy.

Our studio is part of Paradise Found Villas, a small, thoughtfully curated collection of rentals tucked into a safe, quiet hillside neighborhood. It’s ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly home base. Whether you're here for your very first trip to St. John or returning for a soulful island reset, we’ve designed the space to feel welcoming, easy, and grounded.

We specialize in shorter stays, even just 1 night, (a rare commodity on the island), last-minute getaways, and supporting solo adventurers—especially those who may be new to the island. As a woman who travels solo often myself, I understand how important it is to feel safe and supported. We aim to create an inclusive space for everyone, no matter where you’re from, how you travel, or who you love.

The neighborhood itself is residential and peaceful, just next door to The Hills—one of the most beautiful villa communities on island. From here, it’s an easy drive to the National Park beaches, trails, and Cruz Bay nightlife, but when you return home, it feels like a gentle exhale..
