Dieser Ort hat einige der unberührtesten und am leichtesten besuchten Strände der Insel - es ist nur 3 bis 4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Sugar Beach. 5 Meilen von schönen, sandigen, abgelegenen Strand. Oder gehen Sie direkt zu einem kleinen versteckten Strand direkt vor dem Komplex.

Unsere Wohnung ist direkt am Meer! Maalaea Village ist ein Juwel mit seiner zentralen Lage und seinen fantastischen Passatwinden. Sie bieten eine kühlende Brise, die die Temperaturen genau richtig hält. Wir haben auch eine timergesteuerte Klimaanlage, nur für den Fall, dass die Brise in der Einheit nicht genug für Sie ist. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Deckenventilatoren.

Von der Veranda aus blicken Sie hinaus und beobachten, wie die Sonne über Haleakala (Haus der Sonne) aufsteigt, der lange schlafende 10.000 Fuß große Vulkan. Beobachten Sie grüne Meeresschildkröten, die in der Brandung nach Luft schnappen und sich sogar am Strand sonnen. In den Wintermonaten (November bis April) haben Sie einen Platz in der ersten Reihe, um Wale zu brechen, wenn sie auf die Inseln zurückkommen, um ihre Jungen in den warmen Gewässern Hawaiis zu gebären und zu pflegen. In den Sommermonaten während einer guten Südwelle können Sie Surfer auf dem legendären Surf Break "Güterzug", der schnellsten Surf-Welle der Welt, beobachten.

Wunderschön angelegte Landschaft mit einem beheizten Pool wird jeden Stress, den Sie mitgebracht haben, schmelzen lassen. Schlüpfen Sie in den Pool und genießen Sie den Blick auf den Ozean, während Sie in der Sonne Maui entspannen. Dies ist auch der einzige Komplex in Maalaea mit einem Jacuzzi.

Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ist komplett mit Kochutensilien, Töpfen, Pfannen, Mixer und allen anderen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, damit Sie bequem kochen und essen können. (Auch ein Keurig für Sie Kaffeeliebhaber!) Es gibt auch einen großen Grillbereich am Meer, so dass Sie die Aussicht genießen können, während Sie kochen.

Unsere Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer neuen Matratze.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Schlafcouch. Es ist zwar bequem, aber es ist ein Schlafsofa und kein zweites Kingsize-Bett.

Unser Badezimmer ist wunderschön gefliest mit einem sauberen, modernisierten und stilvollen Look. 100% Baumwolle, weiße Badetücher und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich vorhanden.

Ein 5 Minuten Spaziergang führt Sie zum Hafen von Maalaea, wo Sie einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Feinkostladen, Handwerksmarkt, Restaurants und das Maui Ocean Center (Mauis # 1 Touristenattraktion), die Pacific Whale Foundation, Minigolf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die meisten Ozean Aktivitäten auf Maui (Sonnenuntergang Abendessen Kreuzfahrten, Hochseefischen, Schnorcheln und Walbeobachtung).

Das zentral gelegene Maalaea macht es einfach, überall auf der Insel zu sein. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, 5 Minuten Fahrt südlich und Sie sind in dem langen Dorf Kihei und ein bisschen weiter, die Resorts von Wailea. Zwanzig Minuten westlich liegt das alte Walfangdorf Lahaina mit seinem prächtigen Banyanbaum und seinen Einkaufsgalerien. Man könnte nicht in einer besseren Lage sein, um alles zu erkunden, was Maui zu bieten hat.

Perfect stay

The condo is well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect vacation but the view from the lanai is the best we ever had. We enjoyed it so much having our morning coffee on the lanai and see all the whales and turtles. Gail was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy as well, parking is just in front of the complex. Hope that we could come back again some day

Wonderfully stocked condo with turtle views! We rent a lot of condos and this one is stocked. Gail, the owner, is a lovely hostess and communicates well all in the app. Easy! Condo is located in the middle of everything and a short drive to fun areas. Quiet condo building so we loved the peaceful days. Turtles popping up in the waves, easy to see from the lanai. We even saw a monk seal twice! A/C is only in the living room, not in the bedroom. We love to sleep cold so wish the ac was throughout. The tropical breeze is a wind tunnel from bedroom to living room so open the windows and it does cool. Furniture is firm and we understand why... it holds up to many guests. We however prefer a bit more cozy. A lounger on the lanai vs the bench would be amazing! The condo is not located on a beach... I love to walk the beach. There is a gate to a rocky "mini beach" area but not for sitting or walking. The condo property is nice but a bit older. Grills are old and just ok but they work ok. Pool is small but works for a lovely dip. Overall a 4.9 rating and all was lovely. We stayed a week and a half.

Convenient location

We had a great time here. We personally loved the location - very convenient if you plan to do lots of activities on the island. The property does have a small beach access point but don’t expect a walk out large sandy beach you can chill out on - it’s not that at all -which we knew before coming. We were gone most of the day seeing sites around the island, so we didn’t really view this location as our “beach” location and that was fine for us. In the morning you can somewhat see the sunrise…it’s like a side view which was still very pretty. We had one evening in the condo and we couldn’t really appreciate a sunset view at all so don’t expect to see a sunset on the balcony. The condo itself had all the amenities we wanted/needed like AC, washer & dryer, iron. We were there for 7 days and ran out of toilet paper I think on day 4 or something so not sure if the number of rolls available is adjusted based on length of stay but if staying for more than 4 days you may end up needing to purchase some toilet paper. Otherwise the rest of the usual stuff was covered like laundry detergent and dish soap. The property itself was well maintained - there is a pool, BBQ and lawn area on site. If you rent a car, there is free parking on site - have to get a tag for the car at checkin. Happy with the location and would recommend it.

Perfect location!

We would highly recommend this property for it's quiet location, but central to Maui. Best for 2 people as it is fairly small. We enjoyed watching the turtles at every incoming tide.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. The condo was comfortable, spotless and had all the necessities and amenities we could need. The view was fabulous from the balcony, which is difficult to get in Maui at a reasonable price. We loved the location…very quiet, and a close drive to the airport, restaurants and beaches. The communication with the owner was excellent before our arrival. Also, Gail went out of her way to help us after we left some belongings accidentally, sending them to our home. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Perfect quiet spot in paradise

This was everything we were hoping for and more. Sea turtles and breaching humpbacks in sight from our balcony. Comfy beds (and hide-a-bed!). Water and dryer. Super super clean Located in quiet part of town but easily accessible. The ability to cook our own meals, when we were tired of eating out, was great too.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo is very beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need.Having beach chairs and umbrella was very useful.The lanai offers amazing views of the ocean and we spent quite a lot of time enjoying the scenery in the mornings and evenings. That is definitely something we’ll remember for a long time.The location is superb! We really enjoyed the Haycraft beach park that is only few minutes walking away from the condo! The beach doesn’t get crowded and has really calm water to swim in. We discovered that beach following Steve and Gail’s advice.The hosts are very nice and provided us with all the needed information well in advance. Thank you Gail and Steve for making our trip unforgettable! We’re definitely going to come back! :)

Amazing View and Entertaining Turtles

An absolutely lovely condo overlooking Maalaea Bay. Our favorite place to stay on Maui because it’s centrally located and a bit off the beaten path. This is a perfect place for two people. VERY well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. A big storage box on the lanai with everything you need for a day at the beach. A comfortable king sized bed. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. We’re already planning a return trip. Highly recommended.

Great central option for Maui trip

I would def stay here again. Great and convenient location for all activities on Maui. The property is well maintained. Fun to see turtles in the little beach access by the condo complex. However if you are looking for a large sandy beach to swim/hang out on the beach area here is very small and rocky so you would have to drive or walk down the road to a more sandy beach but that didn’t bother us since we mainly explored the island. The sunrise is beautiful from the balcony. The condo has a washer/dryer which was great and included detergent which is really helpful to not have to pack for a week trip. There were also beach chairs, body board, beach towels, and ice chest which was helpful for a beach day. There is AC but it is in the living room so it gets a little hot at night in the bedroom since it’s in the back of the condo. Gail was very nice, provided great communication/information and was responsive. There is a nice little shopping area with restaurants within walking distance. We loved hanging out on the balcony in the morning and really enjoyed our time. Overall was a great experience and a great option.

Maui oasis

Our stay at this Maui condo was truly memorable. Sitting on the 2nd floor balcony with stunning ocean views made this one of our best VRBO get aways ever. The condo was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed, including binoculars to see the whales. The beach was beautiful and the seeing the sea turtles was a real treat. Our host Gail supplied a welcome book that was full of wonderful tips, advice and information about the island. We took her advice and loved exploring Maui. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this lovely condo to anyone visiting Maui.

We came to the islands for our Honeymoon. While all the islands are special, there is just something magical about Maui that we fell in love with. Laid back yet lots to do. We loved it so much we bought this condo and plan to use it as our second home when we retire. In the mean-time we hope we can share it with you! We've also hired a full time management company so that there is always someone available if you need something during your stay.

We love Maalaea because it is central to everything in Maui, yet quiet and not crowded. The best kept secret on Maui! 7 miles to Kihei, 16 miles to Lahaina and 8 miles to the Kahului airport area. We especially like this complex with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, and a BBQ area right near the water so you can enjoy the view while grilling your favorite meal. We waited a long time for a unit like this to come available. A fantastic view, walk out the door anytime day or night to the beach! We know once you stay you will want to come again and again.

You can't get any closer to the Ocean than this! We go to great lengths to make this unit as clean and comfortable as possible.. Walk to the Aquarium, Maui's most popular tourist attraction. Or stroll to the harbor and take a cocktail cruise or venture out for deep sea fishing. We've tried to include everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
