This place was great for a group setting. We loved the amenities of the resort and awesome outdoor activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook ware. There was just a few issues like the coffee pot had a crack and spilled all over the counter top. The lights in the master bathroom toilet was out. And the shower curtain above the mother in law did not close all the way.

Family getaway

The house and property was nice. Just very disappointed that the hot tub never got to the 103 degrees that the house information said it would be working at. Also stip of outlets in kitchen didn't work . Also outdoor firepit didn't work, flame barely came out. We did have the resort repairmen stopped by but nothing was fixed. Hopefully the owners will be notified so it can be taken care of. Add the price we paid for 2 days, we feel everything should work perfectly.

Beat up and not ready for guests

We arrived to find the property very messy, no towels, sheets not changed etc. The Suncadia team was able to get someone over to clean a few hours later and the staff were friendly but on a short stay, this ate into nap time and our use of the house.The home has a lot of nice amenities listed but many of them don’t work. Microwave, BBQ, vent for range. We spent a lot of money on food to grill and it went to waste. Suncadia said they would credit us for 1 night so if we see that we’ll update the review as they were apologetic and realized the home was in bad shape. The separation of living spaces was nice at least.

I selected this property specifically because it appeared to accommodate three families. Unfortunately, the listing was inaccurate. It stated that one of the bedrooms had both a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, but in reality, it only had a full-size bed. This created a significant hardship for one of the families. The father, who is 6’2”, had to share a full-size bed with his partner, and they were unable to have their child sleep in the room. We relied on the information provided in the listing when making our reservation, so this discrepancy was very disappointing. Also, the hot tub was only 85 the first night and we could not use it as we had planned.There were also a couple of minor issues. In the binder, the Wi-Fi password was listed incorrectly, while a sign in another area had the correct password. Also, one bathroom did not have shower gel because the bottle was empty, but fortunately the resort delivered a new bottle.Other than the inaccurate description and the problems with the bedroom and hot tub, the property was perfect for a multi-family gathering. The location was ideal, the garage game room was fun, and the barbecue and kitchen arrangements were great. And we were able to make s'mores on the fire pit. It also had the perfect furniture set up for eight people to comfortably watch the World Cup final game. I can recommend the property IF they do not need a queen size bed.

The house was extremely dirty and in need of a very deep clean.

The house was dusty, had cobwebs everywhere, windows were dirty, shower curtain had pink mold on it. We stayed over Thanksgiving and paid a lot of money to be there over the holiday. We had to go out and buy cleaning products because the place was so dirty. House rules say “no pets” but the owners have a dog and cat (food and litter box there). Our friends who have cat allergies suffered the entire stay (also could have been caused by how dirty the house was). I wrote to the property manager asking for this to be rectified and for reimbursement for cleaning products purchased. He said the resort would get back to me but I never heard anything back. I followed up multiple times. I plan to contact Suncadia resort directly. This is the first time we had a poor experience in Suncadia.

Such a great getaway

This was such a great little getaway for us. The house was amazing, and clean - everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot tub was used multiple times a day, by both adults and kids. The only real bummer was that it was so hard to schedule pool time.

Luxury Stay

Easy check in and check out process. The house was immaculate and easily fit all of our guests. We had 13 people and there was room for 4 more to sleep. The hot tub was huge fitting 8 people.
