Willkommen in den atemberaubenden Black Hills in der gastfreundlichsten Gemeinde der Region, Piedmont, SD. Wir hoffen, dass dies der Beginn eines großartigen Abenteuers und / oder Urlaubs für Sie ist. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie unser neu renoviertes, malerisches Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Bad, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einer entspannenden Schaukel auf der Veranda. Wir bieten eine übergroße Garage für ein Auto, um Ihr Auto oder Spielzeug zu parken :). Die Vorder- und Hinterhöfe sind komplett eingezäunt. Unser kleines schäbiges schickes Häuschen liegt direkt an der I-90 zwischen Rapid City und Sturgis, SD. Der wunderschöne Piedmont Park liegt direkt gegenüber und ist sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene geeignet. Der Willow General Store ist gleich um die Ecke und bietet tolle Geschenkideen, Eis und Wein. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von den örtlichen Bars und Restaurants entfernt. ATV-Trails und der wunderschöne Black Hills National Forest befinden sich gleich den Hügel hinauf. Wir haben Wifi, lokales Fernsehen und einen DVD-Spieler. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden. Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, wenn Sie Fragen oder Bedenken haben und wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen!

Lovely Cottage

Just what we needed!

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. It was such a nice break from hotels. We caught up on laundry, relaxed on the porch swing, the kids loved the park, and we took in local sites. We would highly recommend this home! We wished we would have booked a longer stay!

Very Nice. Right in the middle of everything!!

This was a really sweet, cozy house. The view from a the porch swing was really pretty. My daughter was delighted with the number of bug fluffy towels!! The location was perfect to get to Rapid and all of the northern towns.

Perfect little house!

We found the house to be just what we needed. The enclosed garage was ideal for our motorcycles. The house was fully stocked, including ibuprofen and coffee. We would definitely rent this home again!

Perfect House With Park Across the Street

We look for places that we can be self sufficient (cooking etc) and where we can have activities during our down time. This place was great. Nice little house with good sized fenced in yard for the kids to play in and a great park for them to play at. House is just a quick drive into town and access to the freeway is easy. I would stay again!

Perfect

This was a nice place to unwind in the evenings after exploring the Black Hills each day! We were able to store our bikes and go for rides after having dinner in the evenings, enjoy the deck and fenced in yard, and had great access to the fun little park out front.

Area was nice with the city park being right across the street. Plenty of parking in the road for big vehicles. Views of the hills from the front deck swing with your morning coffee was amazing. House was very nice and clean. Would stay there again if we get the chance.

Cute Home in Perfect Location

What a lovely home. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for our family. We loved the proximity to all the Rapid Coty had to offer. The yard was wonderful for evening dinner and the front porch swing was a nice place to have a morning cup of coffee. The park across the street was perfect for the kids. Wonderful home that we would recommend to anyone.

Little Chic Cottage was exactly the place we needed

From booking to check in to enjoying our stay in Piedmont, Sabrena and Spencer were amazing! Great communication throughout our trip, and when the grill stopped working during our stay, they replaced it. It has all the comforts of home in a simple way... which was much needed for us. We're looking into scheduling our trip back to The Black Hills next year! Hopefully for 2 weeks!

Great home base

We wanted a home base between Custer and the Badlands to decompress each day. This location was great for that. It was nice to get up and be able to fix breakfast each morning and come home and play cards and have a drink of the deck each evening. There was also a night when there were a lot of kids across the street at the playground and my kid enjoyed going over there to play. I would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The house was perfectly located for what we were wanting to see. The house had everything we needed, was stocked with all of the essentials . All we had to do was go down the road to a close by grocery. The owners thought of everything! They were very approachable for any questions or concerns. Great house in cozy small town

Great little house! We loved out stay. The only problem was getting the kids to want to leave each day to go site-seeing. They loved the house and just wanted to stay "home", relax, and play in the great park across the street. The house was extremely clean, well looked after, comfortable, and well stocked. The decor was simple and in great taste. The VRBO pictures accurately depict the house with the exception that the house actually felt bigger. We enjoyed dinner on the back porch twice. It was so pleasant! We highly recommend this rental to others!

Great Black Hills Location with 2BR

Mostly remodeled. Flooring / trim / doors in bedrooms and main room and bathroom fixtures older and in working condition. Flooring in bathroom and everything in kitchen new. Plenty of parking. Quiet location with park and library across street. Great quick access to I-90 to get to anywhere in the Black Hills easily. Did not contact owners with any issues and they provided 3 points of contact to address any concerns during stay.

Great location between Rapid City and Sturgis.

The house is in a little town between all the mountain rides. Nothing fancy just a nice little house. We had to couples and two single guys. With a extra blow up mattress we all fit great. Only two places to eat in town Elk Creek Steakhouse. We ate there twice and both times I was not happy. The other place was Slash J Saloon. We really liked this place. Family owned, Sarah is I believe is the owner's daughter was a great waitress. Food and drinks was good. The rides in the mountains are unbelievable. Would love to go back again.

Wonderful cottage

The Shabby chic cottage was perfect for our South Dakota stay. It’s in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and the location gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. There was two couples and the cottage was just right for us. Sabrena was a fantastic host, she thought of everything to make us feel right at home, we were lacking for nothing. Communication was excellent! We enjoyed our visit so much we decided to stay an extra day and Sabrena made that process a breeze. We loved the evening and early morning visit from the deer and it was a nice walk to Slash J for an excellent dinner. We will definitely recommend this cozy cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting the area! Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful and Awesome Experience

Our hosts were so kind and considerate of our every need. They would check on us during our stay to see what we needed. The place was clean and was so cute how they remodeled it. It was very comfortable house to stay in. We had a medical emergency and had to leave a day early. They were very concerned about our friend who had the emergency and they offered to refund our last day. We were not expecting this at all. This was so sweet their 11 year old son gave us some vegetables from his garden. We wanted to bless him with a little donation. Hedid not expect this butthe family was so thankful. The hosts were such amazing kind and caring people. I highly recommend this place..

We wanted to create a place for families or individuals to come to relax and enjoy all parts of the Black Hills as we do. We love creating peaceful, clean and cozy places for people to unwind, enjoy each other and fill their cups in a hectic world.

We chose to purchase this house because it belonged to Spencer's aunt. We remodeled it ourselves and have allowed family to come and stay in it and enjoy the beautiful Black Hills. We would like to extend that opportunity to you as well.

This cozy cottage is located just off I-90 conveniently located between Rapid City and Sturgis, SD. The Piedmont Park is located across the street which is a beautiful park for kids and adults. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance (less than a block or two). ATV trails are just up the hill. The front porch is a great spot to just smell the roses!
