Die Black Butte Ranch ist eine weitläufige familienfreundliche Gemeinde inmitten von Ponderosa-Kiefern mit spektakulärem Blick auf die Cascade-Bergkette in Zentraloregon. Das Black Butte bietet auf der Ranch zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Innenpools, Whirlpools im Freien, ein Dampfbad, Fitnesseinrichtungen, Wanderwege, kilometerlange Radwege, Tennisplätze und ein wunderschönes Clubhaus im Lodge-Stil mit WLAN. Das Resort beherbergt auch zwei unberührte 18-Loch-Golfplätze, Pferdeställe, Seen zum Fliegenfischen, Kajakfahren, Standup-Paddle-Boarding und Kanufahren. Unser geräumiges Ranchhaus befindet sich am 13. Loch des Big Meadow Golf Course auf halbem Weg zwischen der neu gestalteten Hauptlodge und dem Pool- / Aktivitätszentrum Glaze Meadow. Es ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum privaten Paulina Pool, Tennisplätzen und Paulina Springs. Winterurlauber werden die beliebte Rodelbahn nur ein Loch entfernt lieben. Unser Haus bietet einen Kurzurlaub für eine oder zwei Familien, um die Magie, die Black Butte zu bieten hat, in sich aufzunehmen.

Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! The kitchen is very well equipped and the great room perfect for family time - lovely view of golf course, private setting, cozy fireplace. It was the prefect home-base for enjoying the Sisters Folk Festival.

Wonderful family time

This was the third time our family of 10 has stayed in this beautiful home. The home was remodeled a year ago making it more open, light and spacious. The location on the golf course gave us easy access to sledding hills and walking paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Great property! This home was/is very comfortable for 2 families. It is clean, cozy, spacious, and nicely updated. It’s also located on the golf course and the views are lovely. Beautiful Remodel!

With so many dated rentals in BBR it was so nice to stay in a brand new remodel (main level only). Loved the kitchen, dining, living area upstairs - great for entertaining. Very well stocked kitchen. Tons of rooms and bathrooms downstairs so would work well for multiple families. Hope the owners plan to remodel the lower level too! Great property, we'll be back!

Lovely home & great location!

Gathered for a “girls’ reunion … 5 glorious days of sunshine & peace. Would highly recommend this great home & Black Butte Ranch for any occasion. There is something for everyone at BBR from babies to seniors. We golfed, biked, hiked, & played pickle ball. Host Ann was very welcoming & available , although we had no issues at all. The home very well equipped for cooks & families’ needs. Would definitely come back!

Fun for the family

Our family of four adults and two children really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The remodeled kitchen is beautiful and opens up the whole living space. The bedrooms are large and the beds have good mattresses which makes for good sleeping. The home is on the golf course so the grandchildren could play in the snow and we could watch from inside. The kids found a terrific sledding hill nearby. This home worked very well for us.

Great house, annoying rules.

The house itself is pretty fantastic. The entire upstairs was renovated recently and has an absolutely beautiful and well-stocked kitchen. The downstairs feels dated and has a weird layout, best for kids or close friends. The hot tub was great, but was only heated to 90° when we arrived which meant we missed a full night because it took so long to warm up. It wasn’t super clear from our communication that we had to go in a specific entrance and get a code for a gate. We also had to pay an extra hundred dollars for activity fees, but you have to pay to do the activities the owners were nice enough to give us a late check out, which frankly is necessary because they expect you to do all of your laundry, so unless you want to wake up early on your last morning and not use the hot tub, you need to start laundry the night before. You also have to drive your trash 15 minutes away from the exit before you leave. Overall, it was a good stay, Just be prepared for a series of minor frustrations.

Black Butte Stay

This was a beautiful home and very well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed. Kids enjoyed some of the games in the cupboard. We really enjoyed staying there. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into the place. As mentioned in other reviews, the upstairs is nicely updated, but the downstairs with the other bedrooms and bathrooms is dated, yet functional and clean. It may help folks to know there was a pretty extensive list of things to do for checkout to avoid additional cleanup fees. We took it in stride, started early on checkout day, and made a checklist to ensure everything was completed, but we started on washing towels, etc the night before just to be safe. May be less of an issue for a smaller group/family. Everything was very well detailed in their binder at the house. Also, seemingly small in the grand scheme but make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Only small bar soaps were provided. This was the first rental we've stayed at that this was the case. We noted it later that it was not listed in the amenities online, so we will pay better attention next time. Overall, really wonderful place! We had a great time!

Large home with a beautiful view

My favorite part of this home is the incredible deck with a view of the golf course. There was plenty of outdoor furniture and it was perfect for our family to have dinner together. The upstairs had recently been redone and is beautiful and very functional. With 4 rooms and 3.5 baths, there is a lot of room for a family.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This is a wonderful home for our family vacation (3 kids & 3 adults). The upstairs part of the house had just been renovated, and is somehow clean, modern, and cosy at the same time. We loved the space, and hosted some friends who were staying at BBR as well for dinner on large back deck. One bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs worked perfectly for our family, and the hot tub was a bonus. Communication with Ann (owner) was straightforward and we look forward to staying again

Pre-Christmas family fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The house is light and bright and roomy enough for our family of 10—ages 6 to 76. Ann, the owner, was very responsive and helped us immediately with a small problem. Holiday decorations created a festive atmosphere. There was snow so sledding right outside the house made it possible to keep an eye on the younger kiddos. The large dining room table was perfect for playing games. All in all, we had a great time and would happily rent this house again!

Perfect Christmas Getaway!
