Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer auf drei Ebenen. Auf der Hauptebene befindet sich eine Bibliothek mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein komplettes Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und zur Küche. Up Stairs Level verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit komplettem Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Spielzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafplatz, einem kompletten Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Alle Bettwäsche ist neu, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Luxus und Komfort.

Der Vordereingang und der Raum mit nach vorne gerichtetem Fenster bieten Blick auf einen schönen ruhigen Garten, und alle nach hinten gerichteten Fenster (oben und unten) bieten Blick auf den Hafen von Marina und den Pazifischen Ozean. Das Wohnzimmer hat 17 Fuß hohe Decken, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 Personen, einen Holzkamin, luxuriöse Bodenbeläge, einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, Kabel und WLAN sowie ein Premium-Kabelpaket. Der Esstisch bietet ausreichend Platz für mindestens 8 Personen sowie eine Stereoanlage und einen DVD-Player. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt Gedecke für mehr als 12 Personen, hochwertiges Kochgeschirr und Besteck sowie Küchengeräte wie Espressomaschinen und Küchenutensilien. Das Game Room verfügt über klassische Spielgeräte, eine Stereoanlage, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, ein Kabel-TV und WLAN.

Der Zugang zum Jachthafen und zum Strand ist weniger als 800 m entfernt und mit dem Auto, Roller oder Fahrrad in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt auch an der Mündung des Chetco River und hat ein tolles Mikroklima. Dieses Gebiet ist die Küstenlinie der Wild Rivers mit dem Klamath River, dem Smith River, dem Winchuck River, dem Chetco River und dem Pistol River, die alle innerhalb von 40 Meilen in den Pazifik münden. Outdoor-Aktivitäten sind reichlich vorhanden, von Wandern, Angeln, Krabben, Kajakfahren, Bootfahren, Segeln, Surfen, Radfahren, Camping und auch Jagen.

You don’t have to look any further

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, well furnished, well organized, had everything you need to have an amazing stay in Brookings. The view was beautiful from the main level and the lower and upper bedrooms. Even the one bedroom that did not have an ocean view had a nice view of the front yard which was also lovely. Tastefully decorated comfortable beds and cozy couches. It was rainy during our stay and the real fireplace with wood provided was absolutely one of my very very favorite things. The easy peasy directions for leaving the house after our stay was another bonus. Take the trash out and dishes in the dishwasher. And leave! I would give this place six stars if I could. Family of eight adults perfect visit!

Thanks So Much!

This property was of the nicest we've ever stayed, and so reasonable! We had three couples, and all were very comfortable, including a lower floor that's like its own apartment and an upper floor with lovely bed and bath and awesome view of the harbor. The kitchen was well-appointed and an easy one for a group to hang-out. The deck is wonderful for cocktails in the sun. And, we could bring the dog - Thanks so much!!

Amazing Location & Property

I could go on forever with how amazing this location was to stay at for a week! The house was very spacious for our large party, Sian was awesome to work with and very responsive, we loved the views, beautiful gardens, the house was very well kept and had everything we needed! Before we left, our families were already talking about going back and staying again! Thank you Sian for having such a beautiful home for others to enjoy!

The house and yard were beautiful. Lots of space. The views from the patios and bedrooms were great. The pics don’t do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed to cook meals. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful View

From beginning to end, it was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do the view and house justice. It was incredibly restful and perfect to have family come for dinner! Gourmet kitchen with everything you needed to cook with. Beds were so comfortable! Incredibly clean. Never wanted to leave. A perfect place

Four couples stayed here for a hiking trip. The facilities and amenities were outstanding. The deck in the afternoon when the sun came out was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and easily accessible. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Perfect Brookings VRBO Stay

Relaxing and comfortable.

This house has the best equipped kitchen of any house my women’s group has ever stayed. The views of the harbor and ocean beyond are spectacular. Our host Sian was so very accommodating making sure we all had everything we needed. We loved this home it was our second retreat there in two years.

Excellent view, amenities and beds!

We loved our stay here. Our family makes a trip to the coast together every spring, and this was our first time in this home — I don't think it will be our last. We had everything we needed and more, including kitchen supplies (espresso machine!), bedding, wood for the fire, and chairs for sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the harbor. The beds were so comfortable, and we all slept fabulously. Communication with the host was fabulous and easy. All good things to say!

Everything you could possibly need!

This home is lovely looking out on the Brookings harbor. Beautiful sunsets and deck to relax on. Our hosts are gracious and readily available for any questions. Very clean and comfortable bedding and towels. The kitchen has most everything you’ll need to cook and entertain around a large table and bedrooms are nicely appointed with recliners in the master to take in the view. Don’t miss out on this lovely home with a cozy front courtyard too.

Everything they said and more.

Clean and well equipped. 7 adults and two dogs and we were comfortable. We were offered extra days, but we couldn't accept because of the weather, but otherwise we would have. I thank the hosts for everything . 40 + wind and rain did leak through the windows , but the Hosts took care of it when we called . We would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Place

Beautiful Home Beautiful Area We usually make it to the Oregon Coast every year for vacation. This has been by far our favorite VRBO rental to date. We found this house to be exceptional. The layout of the house was great with everyone having their own space and bathroom. The cooks in the family were very impressed with how well equipped and nice the kitchen was. The house was immaculate with higher end furnishings which you don't always find in rentals. The view of the harbor and ocean from the deck was wonderful. What a perfect place to begin and end your day. The pictures and reviews are spot on. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. We arrived to a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee on the counter and to top it off was given a free night. They were very helpful in letting us know good places to eat in the Brookings area. WOW these people are amazing, very very kind folks!!! We will definitely be back.

As described, but better!

The house is just as described and more. We are very experienced house renters all along the Oregon coast, this house by far was one of our most favorite. We have a 2 year old and a 14 year old and both loved the house! The 14 year old enjoyed the basement room, bathroom and game room, coming up for beach excursions and food. The 2 year old loved the space and learning how to go down the stairs on her tummy! The main sliding door opens onto a 2 year old safe deck that she absolutely loved spending her time on. The view was gorgeous, watching the fleet coming and going every day and evening from the harbor and enjoying the varying moods of the ocean all from the main living space and master bedroom. It snowed while we were there and our daughter loved running in the small front yard and making snow angels. For those with littles that worry about stairs, bring a portable baby gate for the basement. There is no door to block them and as quick as littles are it won't take them long to figure out where the stairs are. Also bring plastic ware for everyone's safety! The dishes are beautiful and sturdy but there were no plastic bowls or plates for the little, also a high chair or chair for table seats. We rent homes so that we can cook and save money in that way. This kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything (but a griddle) that we could need to make our meals. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this home. The comfort, cleanliness, location, site and amenities truly couldn't be beat!
