Renee, This is the larger floor plan and all our guests seem to love it. The location to the pool-outside the door- and the fitness center-around the corner-make it perfect. Plus, you just walk down a few steps and you are at the beach. The owner keeps it in top-notch condition and we are proud to offer it to our many guests. Thank you for your review!

Family stay Labor Day weekend

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend in Biloxi. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Access to the pool was really nice.

Sea Breeze is the only condo on the sand in Biloxi and Gulfport. That makes it super special, plus the rooms are very nice. It also offers two pools and you can take just a few steps from the pools and be on the sand beach in a moment! No need to cross Beach Boulevard to get to the sugar white sand. Plus, this part of the beach feels like a private beach as there are no hotels near it. We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation! Hurry back! Nicki and Nancy

We appreciate your positive review! This is an actually on the sand condo, facing the west pool with the easiest access to the beach with no need for an elevator. The grills are just around the corner- as is the fitness room, which one of the nicest at any complex. The central location affords easy access to any activity you want: you are about a mile from the Coliseum, within walking distance of any number of restaurants, easily accessed by the wonderful new boardwalk, and casinos, art galleries, museums, a presidential library, the new Aquarium, just too much to continue listing! We do hope you return soon!

Quiet spot for a relaxing weekend

Beautiful property, bigger than expected. Pool right outside the door, and the beach down the steps. Loved having the beach and pool almost to ourselves. Never more than 1 or 2 other families out at a time. Easy access to fun places to eat and busier beach areas if desired. Would definitely go back!

Nicest Condo Ever

I’ve stayed in lots of different condos.....this was hands down the nicest yet! The rooms were big and the beds were super comfortable.... the condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my favorite. I plan to stay here again.....hopefully soon.

had a great time at Biloxi

we loved the room and the beach. All was quiet and peaceful here. The only glitch was there were roll away beds instead of the bunk beds I saw pictures of on the site. My 6 ft 220 lb grandson didn't enjoy the roll away bed at all. We loved be able to step out the back and onto the beach. The glass shower door fell and hit my foot during a shower one night but maintenance came the next day to fix it. All in all the weeks stay was great. SM Arkansas

We are do glad you enjoyed having the beach just a few yards ftom your living room door!! When you called about the door hinge failing, we had it corrected within 3 hours. I wish it could be predicted when a screw was going to fail!!! That would make for a great day at the casino!!! Seriously, I am sorry your foot was bruised. We have always had pictures of the condo and there have been no bunk beds ever. I know when looking at many condos, one can get confused about some details. I believe that is what happened here. The hotel-style rollaway beds are what we have always had. We chose extra nice ones plus nice linens and this is the first complaint we have had. I am so sorry that your grandson’s 229 pound frame did not fit. With that, I am thrilled you had a wonderful time!! We love our visitors from Arkansas !! (we have vacationed 4 times in your state and love all the caverns!). Remember our Sunday through Friday morning 15% discounted rates! That will help make another vacation more affordable. We look forward to hearing from you in the future!

Unfortunately we left several clothing items behind and when trying to contact both local management and Vrbo to ask them to retrieve them there was little action. They were however quick to inform us that they would charge us 25 dollars to simply look for the items plus shipping if they found them. We agreed to the charges but we never heard back..

Not very clean

On our way to stay I had to call and get the info on how to get the code to the condo for the keys. We don't receive that info before arriving. We entered the unit and the love seat was broke. Curtain was dirty and the toaster oven looked like same one had cooked a pizza and don't clean it after. The wash machine did not work. So much for a cleaning deposit. The first day we heard the toilet gurgling, we went in to find soap suds four inches above the top of the toilet seat. The bed in the master suit was so tall you had to use a step stool and I'm 5'8" plus the bed was so hard it crunched when you changed positions. The pool was dirty. This was our first time at Seabreeze in Biloxi ms and our last time. C & J Wendring

Wow! It was impossible to please you. When you reported the discrepancies, I had it all corrected within 1 hour. The pool was clean.....it has a dark finish and even I thought that the first time I saw it. The gurgling toilet was a city drainage issue which was corrected by Biloxi. I gave you a significant refund and you said you were happy. I do hope the future places you visit make you happy and you are able to make wonderful memories there. I sincerely tried to please you.

Water was dripping from a crack in the ceiling. Put trash can under the drips and called and left a message with an emergency number. Maintenance showed up at 7:30 but had stopped dripping by then. They dried the carpet and said water from the condo above had caused the leak. Never heard directly from PRM. Had a couple of other maintenance issues but they were quickly take care of. Other than the leak, we had a good stay and the condo was well appointed.

From picking up the package with the keys to returning it was all so very easy to do. There was a remote missing and PRM offered to bring one right out. Since we were not there to watch tv, it was not necessary. All we had to do was to step out on the patio and we were only 5 steps from the pool, which was awesome. We were only a few more steps from the beach! We were there so that my granddaughters could go to summer camp at IMMC and they had a great time. We will definitely be staying here again if available. Such a great experience from beginning to end. The plus was Scrapin the Coast started the night before we left and we just stepped out the door and watched the action. I hope this location is available next time we visit the coast.

The BEST experience we’ve had at any property!!!

The property surpassed anything we could have imagined! It was a Mother’s Day getaway for me mom and she didn’t want to leave. It was neat, clean, and well taken care of. The fact that we could walk directly out the patio and be steps away from the pool, and the beach, was an added bonus! Communication with the owners was very personable and attentive! We will definitely be back!!!

Weekend in Biloxi

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Perfect location, very clean, and literally only a few steps away from the beach. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Biloxi, I would highly recommend!

Nice place

208 was a great location. Could walk out into the patio and straight into the pool or down the steps to be in the ocean. The building was very clean but walking to the beach was bad. Broken bottles and trash everywhere and the property should take some effort to clean this area up The beach area itself was nice and clean. My only issue was NO ONE including staff at the complex or pretty much anywhere else in Biloxi was social distancing or wearing masks in stores or restaurants and places were packed.
