Die Stufen von Ihrem privaten Deck, der Strandpromenade, dem Pool und den Gärten sind zum Komplex hin abgeschlossen und privat (Code-Eingabe erforderlich). Dieses Gerät ist PRIME Lage mit nur einem kurzen Spaziergang zu lokalen Geschäften und Restaurants auf der anderen Straßenseite und in der Nähe. Genießen Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt von Charleston, die nur 15 Minuten entfernt ist.

Wir möchten nicht, dass zusätzliche Gäste auf den Sofas schlafen.

* Absolut KEINE Kajaks, Boote, Paddle-Boards, Surfbretter, Sportgeräte usw. sind im oder auf dem Achterdeck der Wohnungseinheit erlaubt oder gelagert (Dies verstößt gegen die HOA-Richtlinien). This condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed! Jamee, the host, goes above and beyond for her guests. She was attentive and responded immediately to any questions we had. From the moment we opened the door we were captivated by the beautiful beach views. The home is beautifully decorated with tasteful accents and a sand and pale turquoise color pallet. The beds were all very comfortable and the three bathrooms were clean and updated and worked out perfectly for our adult family of three couples. We loved the outdoor deck - also nicely furnished and decorated with easy access to the beach and pool right from the deck. Perfect location near great restaurants and shops but a very quiet family feel. We loved it and can’t wait to return!

Perfect beach vacation

This was without a doubt the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. From communication with the owner, to the location to the views, everything. My family arrived the day before me and I was bombarded with texts about how perfect and how clean it was, how well it fit our needs, I could go on. We certainly plan on renting this same property again the next time we vacation in Charleston.

Great beautiful place and location

We enjoyed our time. It’s is literally steps to the beach. The condo was in great shape, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Jaimee recommended a local pool chair company that was amazing and reasonably price. Plenty of dining within walking distance. Also, Charleston is just 20 minutes away. Great time. Def coming back.

Beautiful views, steps from beach and pool.

My family spent the week of spring break at this beautifully decorated ,exceptionally clean and comfy condo. This condo was well stocked with all the comforts of home including games for the kids to play. My three children ages 14,12 and 8 loved the ocean views and the pool steps from the deck. Jamee is so hospitable and really has made the condo feel like your home away from home! We hope to return soon to this beautiful condo in the Isle of Palms.

Location, Location, Location!

You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in providing a great rental property for their guests. The condo was recently updated, nicely furnished and immaculate. Just steps to the private pool and sandy beaches. The condo is located next to many eateries and shops within in minutes of walking distance. The owners were easy to communicate to with and went out of their way to insure we had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay at this rental property again.

Can't wait to return

What a perfect location, beautiful and clean accommodations and a gracious host. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jamee quickly responded to any inquiry I had and provided all the information we needed in advance to find our way around the house and the property. This is a great space with some friendly year-round occupants in the building. I couldn't have asked for a better setup. I'm already looking for dates to book my next stay.

Spacious fantastic property

We enjoyed this property very much. Jamee is very easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about clients having a wonderful stay. She has a go above and beyond approach as an owner. We loved having the spacious 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Our vacation was unfortunately cut short due to Debby but we will definitely be back for a redo.

Lux Dwelling + Gorgeous Beach = Fantastic Getaway

Our stay at Jamee's condo was beyond relaxing, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook meals or snacks, the location was fantastic and the place felt just like home. The condo was clean and updated, with tasteful decor and an emphasis on simplicity with fun beach-themed touches. In fact, we loved the condo and the beach so much we barely left! Jamee was very easy to get in touch with during the booking process, even while she was on vacation! Thank you for everything Jamee, we will definitely be back!

The location is so perfect, in my opinion, and has everything you need nearby which allows you not to leave the island if you chose. Wedding Weekend

There were 5 of us who met here for a wedding and stayed a couple of extra days. So glad we stayed here even though it was a 30 minute drive to the venue. The condo was so clean and comfortable! All the furnishings were so nice and the kitchen was stocked and ready to cook! The porch and the view were beautiful! The host was exceptional with her communication even before we arrived. We had a small issue on Sunday morning and she was immediately responsive and handled it properly even on a Sunday! Hope to stay here again!
