Unit 402 ist eine schöne Wohnung, die perfekt für einen ruhigen und entspannten romantischen Kurzurlaub oder für einen unterhaltsamen Familienurlaub ist.

Condo was outdated. Needed repairs such as painting, new doors and furniture. Although we didn’t spend much time in the condo it was ideally located for us. Could be very nice if updated.

Awesome Week!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and the pool was great for late night swimming. Lots of families and kids for my children to hang out with. We will definitely be back! Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Family Holiday

Check in was easy and Unit was clean and ready at 3pm! We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the condo and beach . Whenever we had a hiccup, Zareh, our property contact was on top of the issue to ensure it was fixed right away.The girlies had loads of fun in the waves.Only concern we had was the seaweed at the beach , excessive and no sign of it being cleared away!From our condo , We had a front row seat to a Space Launch to take supplies to the Space station, it was amazing!Certainly would book at this condo again.

Space Coast

Our stay was planned around our grandson and his birthday. The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and access to the pool was easy. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the Space Coast and to see a launch. Our view from the balcony was perfect.

Great Vacation

Nice quiet condo

This property was easy to get and close to every thing you need. The beach is a right there. Pool was well kept. This place has everything you need for beach supplies. You can make meals there. The drive to NASA was easy to get to.

Nice Clean Place close to Ocean

Our stay at this property was great for our needs. Traveled with two small children (5 and 2.5), and the guest room was a great set up for them. I had just wished the kitchen had a few more items (salt and pepper, plastic baggies, cooking spray, etc.). The ocean access and pool were fantastic! Would definitely book again.

Excellent holiday accommodations and experience!

The property and condo are both exceptionally maintained! The condo had everything we were looking for - very well stocked. 402 was bright, tastefully decorated and perfectly located by the beach, in a safe area. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The pool is beautiful. The property manager stayed in communication with us through our visit and promptly responded to emails. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

We were down for the Artemis launch and the property was fantastic

We enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. The location was perfect. The only down side was the bedding for the king bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed, appears the elastic is no longer holding. Otherwise every thing was great. Will stay here again in the future.

Clean modern unit, on the beach

This property was great, clean in a great location with lots of amenities. Having an assortment of beach gear, from towels to chairs and boogie boards was great. The laundry in unit was a plus. There was plenty of space in the unit and it has been fully updated as shown in the photos. The communication with the property manager was good, with clear instructions for check in and she checked in periodically via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is also really clean and treated daily by the condo staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect beachfront property!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It’s beautiful and tastefully decorated in soothing beachy colors. It’s very spacious and laid out so well. I love that the bedrooms are separate from each other and also separate from the main living areas which allows people in bedrooms to not be disturbed by night owls or early risers. The full size kitchen made it easy to cook meals there. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom and also being steps from the beach. It’s great for one person or larger groups as there are roll away beds in addition to the 3 beds, including a pack n play for babies/toddlers. There’s tons of storage so we didn’t have to trip over luggage all week. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. Zareh was great to communicate things and was quick to answer questions that came up. We loved our stay there so much we hated to leave. We will be back!!!

Excellent vacation choice

Sandcastles is a wonderful resort. This condo was quiet, the onsite manager was helpful, and the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as advertised. All we had to do was go to the local Publix and fill the pantry and fridge. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the beach access was great. I can't say enough about the location. Our only issue was that the wireless internet did not work. I planned on relying on the wirless to help my stay in touch with my office and keep up with work while at the condo. I eventually ended up going to Walmart and buying a 25' ethernet cable to connect to their router directly. Not a deal breaker, but it was an annoyance. Of course, if that's the worst thing that happened, we had a great vacation...and this condo was a perfect choice.
