This one bedroom hosts a maximum of 3 people. All rooms are thoroughly disinfected after each stay as a precautionary measure. Renovated and direct ocean front First Floor condo on Crescent Beach. Bedroom with king bed. New flooring, furniture, new shower, fresh paint, towels, linens! Kitchenette with oven, living room with queen sleeper sofa and dining area. Living room opens to ocean-front patio on first floor. See the ocean from your condo. Enjoy miles of beaches, restaurants or visit the historic sites downtown.

The space
The space offers a contemporary feel with new furniture and the ocean within steps of the unit. The complex has a heated pool, security access to the ocean, BBQ area and parking. Discounts are offered for longer stays. Love love walking on the beach, it's medicinal and magic!

After a bad first day (drapery rod anchors in drywall pulled out, and both cable box and refrigerator not working), Host had people there early the next morning to make things right. After that, we had a great week and enjoyed our condo.

Beacher’s Lodge A

We loved our stay at Beacher’s Lodge! You could tell the owner cared about making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The unit has been recently renovated and was really nice. It was perfect for our 2 person mini vacay! I had appts at Mayo. It was less than an hour drive there, but allowed for a quiet location away from the busy town of Jacksonville. The unit was very clean and welcoming. There was even a gift basket in the fridge when we arrived! The condo building allows pets, but this unit didn’t. I love my animals, but am not a huge fan of smelling other people’s pets. So I was very glad this unit smelled nice and clean. The owner quickly responded to messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location and beach were great! The pool looked awesome, but we didn’t get a chance to test it out. I wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely be looking for this rental again when I am back in town, and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
