parking on the slanted driveway was a little tricky and a few steps up to the door if you are not able to climb stairs. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed our stay very much!

SECOND STAY!!!!I was so happy to be able to come back to Nashville this summer for a second time and stay at Wendy’s home. It’s a perfect location to Uber into the city. It’s a happening neighborhood with its own restaurants also.I was impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen is, and once again, looking forward to the comfortable beds.

From the moment you walk into the property it feels like home. The house was very homely, nicely furnished, smelt amazing, clean and comfortable. Perfect for us as we were two couples sharing this home. There were two bedrooms with each their own bathrooms. The property is perfectly located with lots to do around the area and 15 minutes away from Broadway which was a must for us! You need to check out Skinny Denis Saloon down the street, we could have stayed there for hours listening to the music (it was 50's inspired that night and the dancing was incredible). The property owner was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I love that she thought of all the little things that made our stay better such as TV's in the bedroom, coasters on the nightstand, sound machines in the bedroom, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, a coffee kerig and even included shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. I know in other reveiws people have mentioned the train that runs by the property - yes, that does happen BUT it is not enough of an issue for us to notbook this property again. All in all we will DEFINITELY be staying at this property again, we are actually thinking of booking for next Halloween.

Upon arrival, the house was exactly as described. The house was very clean. It was well furnished. Wendy was very good with communication. Absolutely no complaints about anything at all. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. We only had one vehicle so the parking wasn’t an issue, but it may be an issue if you have more than one vehicle.
