Fantastische Wohnung von 100 m2, an der Hauptstraße von Armação de Pêra gelegen, mit Blick auf einen der besten Strände der Gegend.

Mit zwei sehr geräumigen Schlafzimmern bietet es Platz für 6 Personen oder mehr (Verhandlung), zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, eine Küche mit allen vorhandenen Geräten und einen Balkon vom Strand aus ideal für ein Familienessen mit Blick auf das Meer.

Der nächste Strand liegt weniger als 30 m vom Apartment entfernt. Geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die Sie vom Balkon Ihres Apartments aus am Strand beobachten können.

Neben dem Apartment befinden sich auch ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Supermarkt, ein Tourenschalter und mehrere Geschäfte.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen guten Zugang für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sowie einen Parkplatz in der Garage.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely position by the beachfront. Supermarket next door for all your needs. Apartment was comfortable and had all essentials, only concern was bare wires on lights on ceiling. Would stay again.

Could not have been happier.

I cannot fault our stay at this beautiful apartment. We have visited Armacao for many years, and my elderly mother likes to visit often. We were let down with our accommodation booked with another company just 3 days before travel, leaving us with little time to find another suitable apartment. With this in mind, I have to say how responsive the host was in replying to my messages without delay. The whole process was extremely well organised. When we arrived, we were met by Iris, who met us with keys, and gave us detailed information about the apartment, and how things worked. The apartment was clean, extremely well equipped, very light, with lots of space. The view from the balcony must be one of the best in Armacao. We would love to visit again, and would like to thank Iris again for her help. Thank you.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en famille dans cet appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle! Très grand et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Réseau wifi / tv câble opérationnel. Balcon un peu petit mais suffisant pour manger. Pas de Clim mais nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Supermarché juste en dessous de l’appart très pratique!! Point négatif c’est le parking au sous sol très étroit et difficile. Sinon séjour au top

Apartamento em excelente localização , com a praia do outro lado da rua, lojas e supermercados bem perto. Tem todas as comodidades para se passar umas férias excelentes, encontra-se bem apetrechado , faltando somente a instalação de ar condicionado . Os proprietários são simpáticos e sempre prontos a resolver os problemas que existem. Pontos menos favoráveis foram a garagem e a limpeza do apartamento que estava mal efetuada.

A casa não podia estar mais bem localizada, frente ao mar, desde o acordar ao deitar o mar está sempre ali... Quartos espaçosos e com possibilidade de dormirem várias pessoas, para as nossas 2 filhas foi otimo. 2 WC, dão imenso jeito 😉 A cozinha era um pouco acanhada mas tinha tudo o que era preciso. Sala ampla, agradável. O que menos agradou foi ter peças de decoração e afins a mais, para quem tem crianças pequenas é preocupante, pois temos de andar com mil cuidados para que nada se parta. A D. Ana e a D. Vanda foram simpáticas, acessíveis e atenciosas.

Great view!

The apartment is in a great location with a lovely view of the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops. The balcony gets the sun all day with some fabulous sunsets. The kitchen is quite small but well equipped except for the fact there was no corkscrew! Some of the furniture is a little tired and the bathroom doors definitely need replacing or redecorating. The Wi-fi is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Não posso deixar de iniciar este comentário sem referir que tudo foi cumprido conforme referido na descrição do anúncio, incluindo a vista inigualável sobre a baía de Armação de Pêra. Casa com personalidade e história recheada com todos os utensílios necessários à estadia. Todas as comodidades próximas, incluindo supermercado, padaria, cafés e restaurantes. Deixo também uma referência especial à Ana e à Vanda sempre atenciosas e solícitas. Aconselho.

Excelente apartamento!

Localização perfeita, em frente à praia. Casa equipada com tudo o que é necessário: loiças, eletrodomésticos, roupas de cama e lençois. Apartamento ideal para uma família. Correu tudo dentro das combinações, com o apoio essencial da senhora que nos abriu a porta. Muito simpática. Vamos voltar!

Falta de limpeza e camas pequenas

A paisagem e a localização são os pontos fortes deste apartamento. Mas o que considerei muito mau foi a falta de limpeza, a má qualidade das camas e das roupa de cama e banho. Para mim é fundamental encontrar um local confortável e asseado. Considerei o valor cobrado excessivo para as condições encontradas.

Excellent location!

We spent the winter Oct-14 to June-15 in Armacao de Pera staying in this charming apartment with the best location next to the beach. We spent our first winter in this (then small) fisherman village -78-79 and fell in love with it and since then we have been returning here for several shorter holidays. Here you will find everything within a short walking distance: lovely long beach, old town, two supermarkets, one downstairs in the same building, the second one just around the corner, and also a bigger one (Pingo Doce) in a walking distance. There are several restaurants just a few steps from the front door and more within a few minutes walk, Tourist Office is on the other side of pedestrian street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is perfect for enjoying the nice view to the beach, but not too disturbing with all the people down the street. From the terrace and kitchen window it’s nice to watch the waves coming in to sandy beach or children playing on the playground just across the street. The apartment has a parking place in the basement reached by the elevator from the apartment. Two elevators is a plus for access with the wheelchair or baby carriage. The apartment is in the area where plenty of handicapped visitors are moving around, there are no big highs and the streets are even. The beach, which is just 20 meters from the front door, is one of the best in Europe. You can walk on the clean sandy beach for several kilometers, passing by some restaurants that are just a bit higher on the beach so that the whole beach is natural, and there is a nature reserve just a bit further down. The apartment has two big bedrooms with windows to the large back yard and kitche and living room facing to the sea side. The beds are very comfortable and quite new. Lots of linen is available, also towels, pillows and blankets, nothing missing. Two bathrooms with WC makes it easier even for two people only. Living room has plenty of sofas and armchairs also for a bigger company. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the floors are easy to clean and there is plenty of cleaning stuff. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is easy to use. The owners are really helpful and easy to deal with. Any requests are responded flexibly. This is a perfect choice for one or two couples or a whole family with children. Perfect spot to watch the tide on the sea and enjoy amazing sun sets. Highly recommended!

Excelente localização

Passei uma semana de férias em junho neste apartamento. Está localizado, em frente à praia, com vista para o mar. É muito espaçoso, com divisões amplas e frescas. Tudo correspondeu ao combinado. Recomendo. Célia Melo
