Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the temperature in the home impacted your stay. We understand how uncomfortable it can be to arrive at a warm property, especially during a period of higher summer temperatures. The property does have partial A/C, which is disclosed in the listing, and we understand that during unusually warm conditions, the system may not cool the entire home as effectively as guests expect. When we were notified of the concern, our team responded by sending maintenance to evaluate the issue. We apologize that the visit did not result in an immediate resolution and understand the frustration of having to manage the conditions during your stay. Steamboat Springs is a mountain community where temperatures can vary significantly, and many homes rely on cooler overnight and morning temperatures to help regulate indoor comfort. While we cannot control outdoor temperatures, we do provide guests with recommendations for maximizing comfort during warmer periods. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to review ways we can improve communication and response times when temperature-related concerns arise. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
