Everything was great, but a couple of things you might pass on: The shower door has an issue and the master bedroom bed corners are a trip hazard… And the mattress is pretty much worn out. Great view and a very nice place to stay

Baseball trip

The condo was as listed. It needs some updating in master bathroom and passcode lock. We had to carry a key around everywhere we went. Condo also needs a thorough deep clean.

The view is beautiful. Some updating is needed as previous reviews noted, needs keyless entry so you don't have to keep up with an actual key, it's inconvenient to go to one place to pick up the key before you go to the condo, and go back to drop off the key when you check out. Needs extra blankets on hand. The TV did not work in the bunk bed room, so my grandsons had to sleep in the living room to watch TV in the evenings. Issue with the shower door in the master bathroom. You have to purchase a parking pass, which should come with the condo when you rent it and 50 ridiculous.

Good

We have stayed at The Lighthouse many times over the years. We have noticed that there is a sign of "Aging" beginning to creep in to some of the properties. The HOA needs to become involved in seeing that the owners keep up the "High" standards of their rental units and not let them become "Run Down".

It's great to hear that you have stayed at The Lighthouse many times over the years. Your feedback regarding the signs of aging in some of the properties is valuable. Maintenance and upkeep are important aspects of maintaining the high standards of rental units. HOAs (Homeowners Associations) typically have guidelines and regulations in place to ensure that the properties are well-maintained. If you have specific concerns about a particular unit or notice any issues during your stay, it is a good idea to bring them to the attention of the property management.

Disappointed in this unit

We weren’t pleased with the oder upon entering the room. It smelt like someone had just used our bathroom. Walked through to find it unclean, including hairs that were left behind by former guest. The tv in the living room never worked all week and I called guest services daily to be told they’d send someone to fix it but went the whole vacation without tv because nobody EVER showed up. So annoying when you have children that want to watch tv and they can’t. This condo didn’t even have forks to eat with. I had to have guest services send some of those to our room to avoid a Walmart run. We won’t be staying at a Brett Robinson property again. We were disappointed in this unit.

Condo needed work

There were unpainted patches on the wall, the deck furniture was torn and rusted. When we booked we thought we were booking with Vrbo but it was with Bret robersons. They told us at check in there was a $25 parking fee but when we got there it was $30. And no one told us about all the construction! And what upset my husband was the chair guy put up so many rental chairs out you had a hard time finding a place for anyone not wanting to rent. It was clean and overall we enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful sunny relaxing time
