Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete Apartment befindet sich in den Stadtteilen Upper Nob Hill und Russian Hill in San Francisco und ist eine von sieben Wohneinheiten, die in einem sehr gepflegten, inhabergeführten, charmanten Edwardian Boutique-Gebäude untergebracht sind. Fantastische Aussicht von der Dachterrasse! Die 1278 Jackson Street liegt an der historischen Seilbahnlinie, die vom Stadtzentrum / Union Square zum Aquatic Park / Fisherman’s Wharf fährt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm und sehr komfortabel zu gestalten. Es bietet Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Sofa, das im Wohnzimmer in ein Queensize-Bett umgewandelt werden kann. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Stock, 13 Stufen von der Lobby im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes entfernt. Nur wenige Schritte von guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Ganz tolles Apartment

Das perfekt saubere und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Apartment liegt ideal um San Francisco zu erkunden. Preis Leistung ist absolut angemessen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Gregory ist ein super Gastgeber. Er gibt wertvolle Tipps, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem eine tolle Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Die Cable Car fährt direkt vorbei und es gibt Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Rooftop hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Golden Gate Bridge. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung hat der Gastgeber persönlich gemacht, was wir sehr toll fanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greg and Gary’s property in Nob Hill, San Francisco. From the moment we booked, their communication was stellar—they were prompt, attentive, and provided all the necessary details, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The property itself is immaculate! It was clear that Greg and Gary take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. Everything was spotless, from the living spaces to the bathroom, which really put us at ease. What really sets this place apart, though, is the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Greg and Gary went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches and supplies that made us feel right at home. Whether it was a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets for chilly nights, or local tips for exploring the area, every detail was covered with care. Nob Hill is such a beautiful, vibrant neighbourhood, and the property’s location made it easy to explore the best of San Francisco. We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was an amazing host and his place was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, easy to walk everywhere. Super Nob Hill Stay

My husband, sister and myself stayed in this wonderful VRBO! We were greeted with “Welcome” treats that made the perfect stay. Gregory was quick to reply to all our questions and was the perfect host. His VRBO was the cleanest place out of all our vacation rentals! There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The remodel and new amenities ( closet unit and shelving) to the place was a nice surprise. My two sons, daughter-in-laws and grandson joined us daily to have lunch or dinner together. The too were impressed with the unit but even more so by the views on the roof deck. Each night laying in the bed was like sleeping in a cloud with the warmth of the comforter and our head snuggled into the pillows. The unit was so quiet that we wondered if there was anyone else in the building. The Buses and the Cable Cars going by was hardly noticeable. We even tried getting a video of the cable car going by that by the time we heard it, it was already past our windows. I cannot wait to go back and stay in Gregory’s VRBO! Thank you Gregory so very much for such a wonderful rental and the extras you provided. FYI the wine and cheese was a hit!

Immaculate wonderful place

This place is very modern, clean and immaculate in every way. Everything provided was of exceptionally high quality and we enjoyed our stay very much. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it very well stocked. A small local market as well as Trader Joe's were within walking distance so getting some groceries was easy. This property is also located within walking distance of many of SF's well-known tourist attractions. We must mention that Greg was super helpful and helped us carry our bags from our car which was a huge plus. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or anything we needed. We highly recommend this place.

My new bride and I stayed here for one week in early November for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Charming Convenient SF Apartment

Everything was very clean when we arrived, recommendations to local restaurants were greatly appreciated, some supplies were a great bonus. Rooftop access was great and provided wonderful views when the fog wasn't too thick. Neighborhood was mostly quiet with the exception of the passing cable car but it was a worthy tradeoff for the convenience. Great neighborhood & great host, definitely recommend

San Fran Love!

We spent an amazing week in San Francisco! The building was beautiful and the set up and look of our place made us feel right at home. Greg was such an AMAZING host. He provided a listing of local restaurants, a little starter snacks in the fridge and even offered my son and I his parking spot. We traveled to San Francisco for a conference and chose Greg’s place as home base. This is the best vacation home experience we’ve had. Communication was gracious, detailed, and helpful. Greg greeted us personally and left a lovely welcome package with yummy wine and super recommendations. The apartment was beautifully designed and delightfully outfitted with delights and conveniences. The neighborhood is centrally located and full of amazing culinary offerings. We loved staying here. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of delicious restaurants and an excellent market nearby. Clean, well-appointed, conveniently located Nob Hill apartment

The apartment is well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is outfitted with all the basics to make the stay a pleasant one. Others have mentioned street noise. The apartment faces the street and is only on the second floor, so it's true that you hear some street noise. But I didn't find it to be to the level of distraction or disruption (the street cars run 7am to 10pm and aren't constant). The host was kind and responsive, walked me through the building and apartment on arrival. The roof deck has incredible views (Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, etc.) - guests should definitely go up there. The location is also great - very convenient to walk, hop on Muni or get taxis to any neighborhood in the city. Overall I had a very good stay and would consider booking here again.

Great San Francisco Location

My family and I had a great time visiting San Francisco and staying at this apartment. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Most tourist attractions are a 20-25 minute walk away, and if you are tired, you can catch a cable car up the hill. Even though we were adjacent to a track, with the curtains drawn, I did not hear street noise. The host left a list of restaurants, and recommendations for our stay. We had plenty of room, even with 2 teenage girls, and would highly recommend this property.
