Lighthouse Point 5C ist eine Eigentumswohnung auf der obersten Etage, die nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem Pool entfernt liegt und Gästen ein großartiges Urlaubserlebnis bietet. Diese Eigenschaft ist eine großartige Option für Familien. Genießen Sie den Blick auf den Pool und einen Blick auf den Tybee Island Lighthouse von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus.

Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den Wohnbereich mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem Flachbild-TV. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich auf den Balkon, wo es Platz für 2 Personen und Zugang vom Hauptschlafzimmer gibt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und umfasst eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen TV und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und einer Duschkombination. Das Lighthouse Point Condominium liegt am ruhigen Nordende von Tybee Island, direkt an der Bucht, wo der Savannah River den Atlantischen Ozean trifft. Genießen Sie spektakuläre Ausblicke und lange Spaziergänge am nördlichen Ende von Tybee. Die Strände am nördlichen Ende sind natürlich und ruhig ohne echte Wellenbewegung. Beobachten Sie die Delfine und die Schiffe, die durch den Kanal fahren. Lighthouse Point ist eine geschlossene Wohnanlage mit privatem Zugang zum Strand, Tennisplätzen, WIFI-Zugang, Spielplatz, zwei großen Swimmingpools (45x25 und 50x20) und einem Kinderpool (18x10). Der Komplex befindet sich in der Nähe der Tybee Island Light Station und des Museums sowie des Jaycee Parks.

Great enjoyable experience

Being able to see the morning sunrises from the balcony, steps from the beach, safe gated community with well kept facilities & maintenance make this condo a great place.Their after-hours customer service was also very responsive in helping us get in when we had an issue with our door entry code.Would be even nicer if the place has a gym. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Location was great. However, it wasn't mentioned it was 3rd floor with no elevator. Interior was dated, found trash behind the bed. Which was disappointing considering the price. But pool was very nice, and view of the lighthouse was pleasant surprise.

Location was good, but its listed as " just steps to the beach" , when in actuality, its about a 8-10 minute walk. The beach was private, which was really nice. Parts of the parking lot, next to the pool, flood when it rains really hard. Our condo was nice enough, but was dated. Our sliding screen door out to the balcony was off the track, leaned up against the wall outside. There were small holes in the walls in both the living room and ceiling of the main bedroom. Which was all not that big of a deal, but the beds WERE A NIGHTMARE! They were like sleeping on torture devices. Springs poking us all night long! Our teenager AND our young children, who can sleep on the floor comfortably, complained about their beds as well. They even got out of bed and slept on the couch.

Great location for a family vacation. Nice pools

This was a nice place, very clean and a great location on Tybee. It is not a 5-star unit but you would have a tough time finding that on Tybee. If you are looking for a "home base" with nice pools and proximity to the beach on the north side of Tybee, this is a great place to stay. The pools were great and the grounds well kept. All of the appliances worked well and the balcony is spacious. The unit is somewhat outdated and could use a new coat of paint and the loveseat/pull-out bed is worn a little, but other than that we had no complaints. One item to note which has been mentioned in other reviews is this is a 3rd-floor unit with no elevator, so 48 steps up and down each time. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The communication with the property manager throughout the process was great. The unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location

The property definitely could have been cleaned better. Our feet were covered in sand as soon as we walked in. 5C is on the 3rd floor so be ready to struggle loading luggage up and down the stairs. Great view of the pool and short walk to the beach. The north end wasn’t crowded at all and the waves were shallow and great for the kids. We enjoyed the beach and the pools, but the condo could use a facelift! Broken lamp leaning against the wall when we arrived and the couches were old and uncomfortable but we made it work and enjoyed our stay at the beach despite it not being the best condo ever.

Fun at tybee

It was our first trip to Tybee and we loved it. The beach is .3 miles away from the condo it was a long haul with little kids. One of the pools was also not open during our entire stay. The condo it’s self was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

We loved our vacation at Tybee. This location was really amazing.. close to the beach and clean swimming pools. We had some issues with our rental (washer/dryer was broken and fridge acted up) but we were able to text the office for a quick resolution. We would choose a different property next time as the 3 flights of stairs was a bit much for us, but would rent near this location again. We had a blast.

What a wonderful place to have gotten the pleasure to visit! My family thoroughly enjoyed our time on Tybee Island. This picture was from our dolphin tour which was so much fun and gave us a little history about Tybee Island. Our condo at Lighthouse Point was perfect. I will so book thru Tybee Vacation Rentals again on our next visit to this extremely relaxing, welcoming beautiful vacation spot!

Short during week vacation

Overall, we had a great time. Condo needs updating. Couch was dirty, dryer took forever to dry anything, if you had two hair dryers going in both bathrooms, the power went out and we had to have someone move to the kitchen area to finish. Could use a little decorating touch as well.

Quiet, quaint, great weekend getaway

Our stay was perfect! The condo was the perfect size for the 3 of us, and the balcony was huge! From the pool view to the short walk to the beach we had everything we needed. The condo is very well maintained and was very clean We highly recommend Lighthouse Pointe and look forward to coming back again next summer!
