It could use an update like get rid of the carpet. Other than that. We loved it. It was quiet. Perfect for our family. I loved getting the free ticket each day of stay to an attraction that was worth the money In itself. I would definitely book again

Our group chose this VRBO because it looked cozy and comfortable, and had ample seating in the living room. Some of the others we considered at this price point didn’t appear to have more than a couch and one or two chairs. It was definitely cute and cozy, but there were stains on the carpet and it didn’t feel very clean (even though you could smell the fragrance of cleansers). The beds were really comfortable and it’s in a nice quiet location about 10 minutes from the strip. We stayed there as a launch pad to hike in the Smokies, and explored Gatlinburg, but would choose to stay walking distance to the strip if we came again. I think if you were in Gatlinburg to ski it would be a great place to stay. Communication with the host was great, and it was appealing to take advantage of the free ticket to various activities but that didn’t fit into our plans.

Property was as described, clean, well maintained and decorated very nicely. Make sure you have an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle to make the trek up the mountain to see the beautiful views.

Only one barbecue grill that I saw and it was by the pool. Queen bed mattress could use an update. And the toilet height in the hall bathroom seemed really low. Overall it’s was a nice place with all the amenities you would need.

We loved the view and the balcony so much and all the ubers/lyfts who helped us get up and down the mountain all weekend were so amazing and welcoming! It was so quiet and clean! The balcony screen door was broken which isn’t a big deal at all, there wasn’t a bottle opener and it did smell a lot like smoke but also didn’t matter in the long run! Such an amazing stay and we plan to make this an annual trip so thank you for being the first!

Nice place to stay. The drive up and down the mountain was cool. We saw a few bears on our way up and even at the condo. Our son thought that was so cool.The unit is right by the pool which was nice but unfortunately it's closed for 2 days so that was a bummer as it was hot and we wanted to cool down without having to drive back down the mountain to go to the other properties' pools.Unit has two bathrooms and bedrooms which is nice for a couple or small family. I don't know how 2 couples would feel in there as the other bathroom was smaller. We had some issues checking in and with the toilet but the owner was speedy to respond. Besides the daily rental price what sold me were the coupons to some of the attractions. We really saved a lot of money using them as the whole trip got pricey.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is besides the pool being closed for 2 days, that carpet was very dingy and either needs a deep shampooing or should be replaced. Also the coating on the pans provided were very scratched up and we didn't feel comfortable eating off of them. We found one to use that wasn't scratched but it was warped and made cooking eggs a bit tricky to get them to cook evenly. If you don't plan to eat there then the rest of the kitchen was nice. There is a full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There was even a washer/dryer in there.All in all I would come back to this place or one of the other rentals in the condo.
