Die Küche wurde wunderschön modernisiert - viel Arbeitsfläche und Inselraum, wenn Sie bleiben und kochen möchten. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich direkt in der Wohnung. Es gibt ein umgestaltetes und geräumiges Hauptbadezimmer, in dem Sie sich verwöhnt und besonders fühlen. Es wird Ihnen nichts ausmachen, wenn Sie einen regnerischen Tag in dieser Ferienwohnung in Princeville verbringen. Absolutely stunning rental! Quiet and peaceful, overlooking the ocean- tons of privacy and really high quality place. Even the bedding and towels felt bougie. 10/10 will definitely stay here again, next time, for the entire trip instead of breaking it up. Smaller bedroom had a not so comfy bed, and the front door is tricky, but everything was wonderful.

Lovely stay with a lot of really nice touches, like beach towels and chairs. Gorgeous view and the bed was super comfy. Extremely helpful to have some spices and a bit of cooking oil since we did cook. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

Absolutely enchanting! I could watch the water all day.. we saw so many whales! Beds were pretty comfortable and everything was clean and beautiful. Sofa was comfortable to watch a movie on in the evening. Lots of books and some games available to use. Didn’t have any trouble at all with bugs. Water was nice and hot and plenty of linens and towels. Would absolutely stay here again!

It is a very nice place, but Princeville for us was a liitle too limited on things to do in walking distance. We prefer having more options, but thats just us. The rental was very nice and clean and the neighborhood is very nice and always felt safe.

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving. The location was absolutely lovely—quiet, peaceful, and the perfect retreat. It was incredibly convenient to pop over to Hanalei, and we loved being able to return to the calm and serenity of Princeville at the end of the day.The Princeville shopping center is just a quick 5-minute drive (or about a 30-minute walk), and having Foodland nearby made grabbing groceries very easy. We also really enjoyed the local eateries—The Spot was a standout for breakfast.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the sunrise each morning. The rental is just steps away from the bluff, and we loved settling into the chairs there to watch the sun come up over the water. You’re so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves as you fall asleep, which we personally found incredibly relaxing. But don’t worry—if you prefer silence at night, closing the windows blocks most of the sound (as our friends can attest!).The kitchen was nicely set up with plenty of glassware, plates, and silverware. The cooking tools were a bit of a hodge-podge, so if you plan to cook frequently, you may need to get a little resourceful, but it worked fine for our needs.Overall, this was a peaceful, well-located spot that made our trip to Kauai even more special. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet condo with an unsurpassable view! This was our third stay at Ali’i Kai and this is my favorite unit yet. So close to shopping, walking paths, and my favorite beach (Anini), yet very private and peaceful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

I would say the check-in process for this rental unit made me uneasy because I wasn’t sure what surprises or potential issues might come up. My vacation is meant for relaxing, not for reading contracts and worrying about unexpected terms.The rental listing never mentioned anything about a separate contract. However, after I booked the unit and paid the non-refundable fee, I received an email stating that I had to sign a contract in order to receive the check-in information. I’ve never encountered such a process with any of my previous vacation bookings.They should clearly include this requirement in the listing so potential guests know they must sign a contract before paying a non-refundable fee.Because of this check-in process, I would not recommend this rental unit to others — although the unit itself is good.

Awesome stay!

The property and unit were great! We enjoyed the beautiful views from all of the rooms, especially the primary bedroom! The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals there. It was also nice to enjoy the pool in the afternoon after our daily hikes/ trips to the beach. Appreciated the convenience of using the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Views and Peaceful

This was our first stop on Kauai, and we really enjoyed the panoramic views. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, and relaxing on the deck while viewing the beautiful ocean. There is a nice breeze which helps keep things cool inside. We drove into Hanalei to enjoy the beach and for some meals. The local market had plenty of supplies and fresh food, too.

If you want to sleep with the sounds of waves this location is perfect.

The view from the bedrooms and living room was just gorgeous. We could hear the wonderful ocean waves throughout. The rental had so many amenities from a well stocked kitchen, to beach chairs, coolers and my kids even had puzzles to put together during down time. The master shower was such a treat after a long day at the beach. The washer/dryer was a life saver to clean and dry all our wet swimsuits. The only comment we had was on the pillows in the master - they weren’t very comfortable for us. Other than that minor comment - we enjoyed every minute of this beautiful rental!!

Excellent Condo! Pick this one, you won't regret it!

This condo was beautiful. It is the absolutely perfect place, the views are unbelievable from every room! The short drive to Hanalei Bay was so easy and we really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, bug spray, sunscreen, and other beach items that were in the condo. We also used the pool at the condo, nice short walk just at the other end of the parking lot. There were games, cards, and books in the closet. There were books about the area, the islands, and a binder of very useful information about farmers' markets, beaches, hidden spots, etc. The kitchen was so well equipped. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO condos, this was by far my favorite because it had everything you could think of, it felt like home! If you want to stay on the North Shore, this would be the one to pick! I was a little worried about the rainy forecast, and for a while was regretting booking the north shore instead of the sunnier southern shore. However, there was part of every single day with sunshine. It rained everyday, but not all day. When we did go to the south side of the island we found it to be crowded and the beaches were smaller. The best beach on the whole island is at Hanalei Bay and this condo gives you perfect access from beautiful Princeville.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved our stay at Alii Kai but we felt like the photos of the views were misleading. The unit living room faces the next building not the ocean. Once on the balcony the views of the ocean are incredible. The master bedroom also has an unobstructed view of the ocean. I suggest looking at a map of Alii Kai before booking as the other units and other buildings have better views. The kitchen and living room furniture are quite outdated and not comfortable.The bed was very comfortable. The master bath has been renovated and is nice but the rest of the place could be a lot nicer for the $. The toilets tend to run so you have to shake the handles. The manager informed us the unit did not have beach supplies or a cooler but they could be rented nearby. When we arrived we found ALOT of great beach supplies, snorkles, beach chairs etc and 2 coolers in the closets. Seems like previous guests left these behind which is great and the management should be aware of what the unit contains.The unit is good but could be great.

The condo was clean and felt spacious. The vies from the balcony was beautiful. My only wish was that the balcony would have extended to the master bedroom. Then you would have truly had an oceanfront view. The view from the balcony was a bit impacted by the condo building on the left.
