Das Sealodge D7 ist wunderschön renoviert und bietet einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Meer entlang des Anini-Riffs. Vom Wohnzimmer aus können Sie die Fischer auf Anini beobachten, Buckelwale beobachten und exotische tropische Vögel beobachten. Was fĂŒr ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub. Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, Queensize-Bett im Loft-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Mit voll ausgestatteter KĂŒche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Kabelfernsehen mit DVD-Player und kostenlosem WLAN. Zwei Badezimmer, beide mit Badewanne und Dusche, eines oben und eines unten. Da dies eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist, ist niemand ĂŒber Ihnen!

Unsere Ferienwohnungen in Kauai in der Sealodge befinden sich am Ende einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr, die an einer dramatischen Klippe endet. Die Sealodge-Eigentumswohnungen blicken auf den Ozean auf ihrer Lanai-Seite. Eine kurze Wanderung von diesen preisgĂŒnstigen Kauai-Apartments bringt Sie zum abgelegenen Sealodge Beach. Der Dschungelpfad ĂŒberquert einen kleinen Bach und steigt dann zu einer einsamen Sandbucht ab. Das Meer am Sealodge Beach ist flach und von einem Riff geschĂŒtzt, sodass es sich ideal zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen eignet.


Die Sealodge-Eigentumswohnungen wurden so gebaut, dass Sie die rollenden weißen Wasserwellen aus den Fenstern des Wohnzimmers, des Schlafzimmers und der Veranda sehen können. Von allen drei Standorten aus können Sie die Brandung hören, nach Walen, Spinnerdelfinen und exotischen Vögeln Ausschau halten. Es gibt einen Pool und einen Grillplatz (Grill ist Holzkohle und Sie mĂŒssen Ihre eigenen Briketts mitbringen). Sealodge ist komfortabel, ruhig, Insel lĂ€ssig und mit Meeresbrise gekĂŒhlt (keine Klimaanlage).

Great location and love the management company, they are on top of everything! This unit has gorgeous views from both bedrooms and the lanai. It had a lot of vacation supplies (ice chest, snorkel & fins, umbrellas and towels - however, the beach chairs were unusable) if you need them. The only issues that needs attention, was the upstairs bathroom floor, but nothing that made us want to call management about 😀. Also LOVED the secluded beach, spent lots of time on it and in the water snorkeling (turtles ✔!!). Overall, wonderful place and obviously, would stay again.

Location on a cliff over the Paicific; listening to crashing waves and watching humpback whales from the balcony (binoculars), simply can’t be beat. Almost perfect. Only downer was the bed is not perfect, a mattress topper from Costco would make all the difference. Otherwise it’s a great property. Clean, modern and well appointed.

Very Nice Location

Overall our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location by the ocean in a nice, chill complex with friendly people. Everything about the condo was well taken care of, mostly. OK, so, we had to chase out a giant roach (might have been more) - we get it, welcome to island life. But. The folks in charge of this rental did not respond to any of our text, phone or email messages regarding these creepy guys. Gotta downgrade on that attitude more than the roach, which we wouldn't even had mentioned if they had responded.

Our stay started off with waking to the sound of a jack hammer outside the condo as repairs to the sewer line were being made. We were not informed of construction at any time prior to our stay. The next day, as we were drinking our coffee, we found a huge cockroach-like bug in the coffee pot.

Amazing Ocean View

The photos don't do justice to the views and the sound of the ocean from the large windows looking straight out onto the Pacific, with only a few palm trees and the sky framing the view. Sleeping all night long while listening to the constant sound of the surf against the shore at the bottom of the bluff was amazing. This was a great place to wander out back of the condo onto the lawn on the bluff in the evening and watch the waves and feel the breeze. I can't imagine a view any better than from here, just relaxing and watching the albatrosses skim the ocean. Two bathrooms and room for six people also make this a great place to stay. The biggest grocery store in the area is a few minutes away, and there are beaches galore within a short drive. I highly recommend this Condo for a Kauai visit!

We particularly enjoyed Hanalei which was only a short drive away. The view of the ocean was phenomenal and the breeze at night along with the sound of ocean waves was relaxing and peaceful. Mixed Reaction

The rental unit has outstanding views from multiple locations in the condo, has newer kitchen appliances and is relatively well-equipped. However, the unit itself is old and has not been maintained as well as expected. Damage to both bathtubs (stain and rust), poor grouting around the tub, chipped paint around window frames and front door, spongy planks near edge of balcony, etc. No shampoo/conditioner in first floor, tiny soap supplied, etc. The front door keypad malfunctioned, so we had to use the lockbox key. When we tried to contact the rental agent, including use of the emergency number, we did not receive an answer for as long as 1/2 hour. That's unsatisfactory.

Cons: There was a large tattered tarp covering the porch area outside our front door because the stairs to access the unit were under repair. We had to climb up then down several stairs with heavy luggage to get to the unit. This was not communicated beforehand. The unit itself was fairly clean but the windows on the beach side were very dirty inside and out, covered with small "tufts" of some sort of grey matter. The front door could really use a new handle, and stuck so that you had to put your weight against it to open. Also there are 2 keypads, one which is no longer used but it was not apparent or in the instructions so we were using the wrong one for the code at first. Easy fix- remove it or make instructions more clear. Pool was pretty chilly, might be nice for hot summer months but not January. Pros: The view cannot be beat! Gorgeous unobstructed view of the water. The place itself was cute, nice size with extras such as snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella. The area is quiet and felt safe. The private beach was nice - sand was very course but it was pretty and not crowded since it was private. The hike the get there was also pretty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but feel with a little TLC this place could be even better! Pros: The view cannot

Reviewer Comments: It is always great to be on Kauai. We are familiar with Princeville and Sealodge in particular.Familiarity is an asset. The only thing we found difficult was the "up and down" route to the condo. I have some difficulty walking so it was a bit of a chore for me, and it also hampers carrying packages and luggage to the condo.

Beautiful view and sounds.

Hello. Overall good stay. Many amenities provided although no laundry detergent. The place was very musty upon arrival. Open Windows helped. Downstairs bedroom is dangerous with position of bed and banged my head hard on the overhang trying to get around bed and post. Sound of the surf and views are amazing.
