Very clean and roomy with comfortable beds and nice linens. Looks like it was originally a duplex, although they are connected via a doorway in the hall: one side has a full kitchen, small table, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroomss, washer/dryer, and living area; the other side downstairs has a small garage, full kitchen, large table, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a couch; upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and large living area. Plenty of room to spread out or to congregate. The hot tub / pool was extremely clean and great for some evening relaxing.
The kitchens were well-stocked with cookware, plates, cups, etc., and there were plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cart. They also provided consumables such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc., although if you have a large group or are staying a long time you might need to buy some more. Fortunately, the Blue Marlin grocery store is super close.
The location is great as a beach entrance is just down the street. It's such a short walk, that we didn't bother taking a bunch of stuff to the beach -- we just came "home" when we needed a break.
The hosts were excellent communicators. There was an issue the first day outside of their control, but they took care of it within just a few hours.
We had a wonderful visit and look forward to coming back!
